Sea Turtle Rescue Release from Loggerhead in West. Palm Beach Florida. His Run for Freedom, Beautiful!

I was in West Palm Beach Florida last week with my daughter during her Spring Break (that is why there were no posts from me).

We went to the Loggerhead Turtle Rescue in West Palm Beach, where my mother volunteers at times.

It was beautiful how this turtle ran to the water for FREEDOM.    It had been rescued off the pier after being hooked on a fish hook.  It was found to have a few fish hooks in it and had surgery.  After a few months at Loggerhead it was ready to be released on 3/18/14.

Here is the video of it being released.  Being there in person is much different from watching it on video.  It really was awesome how it ran for Freedom.  It had been blindfolded until they put it down, so as soon as it saw the water it ran as fast as it could.

Military Training over Miami with simulated gunfire for the next few nights. Starting- 3/14/13 to ?

The military will be training over Miami Florida for the next few nights, starting 3/14/13.

A press releases issued by Miami Dade County advises that the exercise includes the use of military helicopters and simulated gunfire. The training is meant to prepare participants for combat missions in urban areas and to prepare forces for upcoming overseas missions, according to the release.

I find this bizarre.   Our cities should not be used for military training with simulated gunfire.  They will be using blackhawk and chinook helicopters.

Why train over a big city?  They are making the excuse of training them for over seas deployment. They trained already over Miami once in January without warning people ahead of time.  They are doing it again?

Considering the military is not suppose to be on our streets in the first place, they should not be training over our streets either.  There are many places where they could train for 'overseas' deployment.

It seems to me they are doing a lot of training in our cities now and that training is actually for U.S. deployment at some point, considering they have purchased 2 billion rounds of ammo, besides DHS putting armored vehicles on our streets.

Why don't they be honest and say the training is for their combat against the U.S. people in our cities, using NDAA as the ability to put the military in the U.S.

I wonder if they will be using drones in the training too?

Bob Cook, who lives near Baseline Road and Fort King Street, said he was frightened when he saw the aircraft come over his home Saturday.
"I turned and ran. That's not right what they are doing," he said.
Cook said the aircraft were no more than 150 feet above the ground and whipped the tree tops with their propeller wash.
Burns did not say how low the aircraft were flying, but did say they were within Federal Aviation Administration compliance.
"Sometimes when people are not used to seeing or hearing those type of aircraft they seem a lot closer than they are," he said.
Some locals also reported seeing the aircraft flying without lights.
Burns said some of them do fly without lights because, "We are trying to simulate a combat experience as closely as possible."

Seems a little dangerous for the military to be flying so low over our streets and people's houses.

Our streets are not for military training to kill others!  We should not have to hear machine gun fire from a military helicopter flying low over our city streets!  

Pilot Whales beach themselves in Scotland, S. Florida and Great White dead on beach in Mass. Our contaminated Oceans

The last day has brought beaching of Pilot Whales around the Atlantic coasts.  From Scotland to S. Florida, Pilot Whales beached themselves. 

I wrote about the S. Florida beaching, last night.

I stand by my analysis, especially  with the Scotland beachings.  The whales are willing to commit suicide it seems, instead of staying in the water.  The sound of the grinding Earth may be too much for them and their sensitive sonar.  

29 Pilot Whales beached themselves in Scotland, yesterday. 17 whales have died at that beaching and they believe 12 will live.  
  

Then there is the bizarre story of a Great White dead on the beach.  No obvious signs of trauma, foul play, accident, etc.  Besides that, what is really strange is, it had nothing in it's stomach.  So it had not eaten.  Yet they say the amount of Great white's this summer in Mass., has been tremendous due to all the seals there.  Why hadn't it eaten, if there are so many seals? 

Our oceans have become contaminated from Fukushima, BP and their oil leak and how they continue to spray corexit in the Gulf of Mexico.  They would not tell the EPA what is in it, so the EPA says "Oh, sure do what you want and kill the sea life and contaminate the water of the Earth."  The U.S. govt. looks the other way when it comes to big business. 

It just came out that Russia has been dumping major amounts of radioactive waste in the Arctic for decades.

  The catalogue of waste dumped at sea by the Soviets, according to documents seen by Bellona, and which were today released by the Norwegian daily Aftenposten, includes some 17,000 containers of radioactive waste, 19 ships containing radioactive waste, 14 nuclear reactors, including five that still contain spent nuclear fuel; 735 other pieces of radiactively contaminated heavy machinery, and the K-27 nuclear submarine with its two reactors loaded with nuclear fuel.

It is simply amazing to me how the Earth has been contaminated from those at the top and the governments of the world.  It is also amazing how they say Nuclear energy is clean!  Nuclear energy is the most Toxic form of Energy that is destroying the Earth and the living creatures of the Earth!

Radioactivity does not just go away! 

Those at the top of the feeding chain don't give a Shit about the Earth, sea animals, human beings and all other living forms.  They care about their power and money. 

How can people really believe that the Earth can keep surviving the toxic contamination that is happening?  Our oceans are dying, the proof shows up over and over again.  From all the dolphins and millions of fish that have washed up ashore in the Gulf this year and since the BP oil volcano began. 

I also stand by the fact I believe we will see something major, Earth wise in the Atlantic in a short amount of time, due to the Whale beachings.   26 more quakes overnight in the Virgin Islands on the Puerto Rico Trench. 

Big Quake coming in Atlantic/Caribbean? 22 Pilot Whales beached themselves in South Florida today 9/1/12

I have written about this many times.  When whales have beached themselves in the Pacific at various Islands, including New Zealand there will be a very large quake within a week afterwards somewhere around that area of the world.

Today, a very unusual beaching occurred in South Florida.  This happens quite often in the Pacific, but not on the U.S. Atlantic side.

If you think about it.... Whales are very sensitive with their sonar regarding sounds.  Think about how tectonic plates will grind, imagine that sound amplified through the water.

MIAMI (Reuters) - Twenty-two short-finned pilot whales beached themselves along Florida's Atlantic coast on Saturday, and 17 died despite a day-long effort to save them, authorities said.

Five calves and juveniles were rescued and taken to a nearby rehabilitation center, according to Carli Segelson of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

She said the others, males and females, died of natural causes or were euthanized.

The creatures, which are the biggest in the dolphin family after killer whales, came ashore near Fort Pierce, on Florida's south-central Atlantic coast.

The U.S. National Park Service, Florida Fish and Wildlife and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration participated in the rescue effort.

Segelson said pilot whales, which are considered highly intelligent, are a species that commonly strand themselves on beaches around the globe.

Such incidents often have been blamed on infestations of parasites that affect the whales' brains and their ability to stay on course. They normally stick to deep waters, where they feed on a diet that includes squid and octopus.

The cause of Saturday's beaching was not immediately clear. Allison Garrett of NOAA said necropsies might help explain what drove the mammals ashore.

"These are very social animals," Garrett said. "If one of them is sick and goes and strands, the others will stay with it, they won't leave."

Male pilot whales, which are normally dark black and larger than their female counterparts, can grow to about 20 feet and tip the scales at as much as three tons.

They always say "They don't know why they stranded themselves."

I always say, why don't they ever put two and two together and connect the dots?  Why don't they see what happens after the strandings that is Earth related?

If I can connect dots why can't they?  Yes, I always put the same questions in when I write about it too.  It has been a no fail (so far) Earth related prediction of a quake happening in that part of the world after the strandings.



Remember that the Virgin Islands are swarming right now with quakes.

Update 9/4/12 - 397 quakes are on the map now of the Virgin Islands and 4's and 5's happening. 

Since I posted the above the USGS Map now shows 311 quakes on the map that are 2.5 mag and higher in the Islands.  The recent ones, USGS has right under a 4 mag., they have them at 3.8, 3.9 etc.

So looking at the area, seeing whales beaching in Florida... I then have my original title question.... Is there going to be a large quake somewhere down there in the not too distant future?

Banks are dropping foreclosure proceedings against people, themselves!  MERS banks are walking away from mortgages and foreclosures as THEY DON'T WANT THE FIGHT!

Do you realize it means, those people are getting their homes and they will not be thrown out on the street!

This means THE PEOPLE ARE WINNING!  YOU JUST HAVE TO STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND STAND UP AGAINST FRAUD!

The Stern law firm (which has a class action suit against it for Fraud in Florida) gave GIFTS to Those Who signed the MOST PAPERWORK TO KICK PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HOMES!  THE MORE FORECLOSURES THE MORE GIFTS TO THOSE WHO COMMITTED FRAUD FOR THE FORECLOSURES TO HAPPEN! 

This is SICK!  Yet the White House and Political Stooges in Washington D.C. are doing NOTHING!  They are Standing by the banks!  They may express outrage, but where is the Action?  IT IS ALL TALK AND NO ACTION AGAINST THE FRAUD OF THE BANKS!

The banks seems to be Proud of all their Foreclosures, it seems they want foreclosures they make much more money by having millions HOMELESS and they let the homes SIT EMPTY!

The politicians may say things about investigations right now, but I have no doubt they will change their tune after the election!

NEW YORK (AP) — In an effort to rush through thousands of home foreclosures since 2007, financial institutions and their mortgage servicing departments hired hair stylists, Walmart floor workers and people who had worked on assembly lines and installed them in “foreclosure expert” jobs with no formal training, a Florida lawyer says.

In depositions released Tuesday, many of those workers testified that they barely knew what a mortgage was. Some couldn’t define the word “affidavit.” Others didn’t know what a complaint was, or even what was meant by personal property. Most troubling, several said they knew they were lying when they signed the foreclosure affidavits and that they agreed with the defense lawyers’ accusations about document fraud.
“The mortgage servicers hired people who would never question authority,” said Peter Ticktin, a Deerfield Beach, Fla., lawyer who is defending 3,000 homeowners in foreclosure cases. As part of his work, Ticktin gathered 150 depositions from bank employees who say they signed foreclosure affidavits without reviewing the documents or ever laying eyes on them — earning them the name “robo-signers.”

The deposed employees worked for the mortgage service divisions of banks such as Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase, as well as for mortgage servicers like Litton Loan Servicing, a division of Goldman Sachs.

Ticktin said he would make the testimony available to state and federal agencies that are investigating financial institutions for allegations of possible mortgage fraud. This comes on the eve of an expected announcement Wednesday from 40 state attorneys general that they will launch a collective probe into the mortgage industry.

A Letter From Congress About Foreclosure Fraud and Servicers Foreclosing

Barney Frank, Corrine Brown and Alan Grayson wrote a letter to Fannie Mae's President, regarding their concern about the Foreclosure Mills in Florida and all the Foreclosure Fraud happening. 

They say since Fannie Mae is basically a government entity, they are worried about Fannie Mae's mortgages and if they are correctly being foreclosed on and if everything possible is being done to avoid foreclosures.  They also asked if Fannie Mae is using the Foreclosure mills.  They are very worried about servicers foreclosing on people, when they are not the owners of the mortgage.

I LOVE IT!  In other words - Everything that MERS is - they are now concerned about!  Since mortgage servicers are the ones foreclosing on people, Right there the Congressmen say IT IS FRAUD!  They have said it outright!!

When it comes to fighting foreclosures, homeowners and their lawyers may have found a new strategy to score courtroom victories.

Defense lawyers across the state are increasingly attacking the validity of affidavits that owners of notes must file with the courts as part of the foreclosure process.

Attorneys like Dustin Zacks, of the firm Ice Legal in West Palm Beach, are successfully arguing that plaintiffs — usually a trust that owns the note or the servicer of the note — are violating court rules by filing affidavits with no records attached to support their foreclosure suits. The records include details of the loan, borrower fees and payment history.

The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure (Rule 1.510) states that “sworn or certified copies” of all records referred to in the affidavit must be attached as evidence in the foreclosure case.

The rule helps ensure that homeowners’ due process rights aren’t violated — namely that the lender has to prove it is entitled to press its claim.

This is some information about a Class Action Suit against MERS lawyers and MERS.  Florida is a Judicial Foreclosure state, yet they are really leading the pack against MERS in many ways!
