U.S. government is committing Treason against All it's citizens. NSA Hands ALL Raw Spying data to Israel of U.S. citizens, including Governments and Officials around the World.

More and more truth is coming out from Snowden documents.

The NSA provides raw spying data of U.S. citizens, government officials from around the world to Israel.   They are giving Israel the raw data, without anyone in the U.S. looking at it first.    Oh, they are suppose to destroy any information given about elected U.S. government officials and keep the information from U.S. citizens only one year.  Of course we can trust that is happening.

So, we have a government here in the U.S. that doesn't just spy on their citizens but it appears it is doing it for another country.  Doesn't it appear that Israel has enough influence already on U.S. policy?   It appears that now Israel is able to control our spying and thus they are able to control our elected officials through information from them being spied on.

Our liberties are not just being raped for the benefit of 'the fight against terrorism' they are being raped for another country to essentially control all that is happening.

So, Israel has been able to get all the raw data from the NSA spying on all the UN officials?  Is Israel been able to get all the raw data of spying on other government officials and the citizens of other countries?

We lost our freedoms for a country that commits horrible crimes against humanity every day.  They have attacked people in Gaza with chemicals, they have stopped food from getting into areas and have starved the people to death.  They have committed horrendous crimes against people and still do.

It seems to me that TREASON is being committed against the people!  It appears that our whole government is treasonous as they are providing information to a 'foreign' government that is personal and I would assume a lot of it is 'top secret' from government officials around the world.

This is when NDAA needs to come into affect!  All NSA and government officials and all those who have committed TREASON against our country need to be arrested immediately!  It is treason to go against our Constitution first and foremost by spying on everything we do but to give it to a foreign country is doubly treason!  

I see it as NSA is the spying organization for another country and they pass information on about our government officials communications besides the citizen's communications. Then Israel is able to use that information AGAINST those in our government and the citizens.That as treason. Aiding and abetting another country where they can gain the upper hand.

As a note, I have been viewing MSM sites and T.V. news and have not seen a single bit of information about this new revelation, they are not revealing it to the people as a whole.  Guess they don't want to reveal the U.S. in controlled by Israel.

Military Training over Miami with simulated gunfire for the next few nights. Starting- 3/14/13 to ?

The military will be training over Miami Florida for the next few nights, starting 3/14/13.

A press releases issued by Miami Dade County advises that the exercise includes the use of military helicopters and simulated gunfire. The training is meant to prepare participants for combat missions in urban areas and to prepare forces for upcoming overseas missions, according to the release.

I find this bizarre.   Our cities should not be used for military training with simulated gunfire.  They will be using blackhawk and chinook helicopters.

Why train over a big city?  They are making the excuse of training them for over seas deployment. They trained already over Miami once in January without warning people ahead of time.  They are doing it again?

Considering the military is not suppose to be on our streets in the first place, they should not be training over our streets either.  There are many places where they could train for 'overseas' deployment.

It seems to me they are doing a lot of training in our cities now and that training is actually for U.S. deployment at some point, considering they have purchased 2 billion rounds of ammo, besides DHS putting armored vehicles on our streets.

Why don't they be honest and say the training is for their combat against the U.S. people in our cities, using NDAA as the ability to put the military in the U.S.

I wonder if they will be using drones in the training too?

"I turned and ran. That's not right what they are doing," he said.
Cook said the aircraft were no more than 150 feet above the ground and whipped the tree tops with their propeller wash.
Burns did not say how low the aircraft were flying, but did say they were within Federal Aviation Administration compliance.

Seems a little dangerous for the military to be flying so low over our streets and people's houses.

Our streets are not for military training to kill others!  We should not have to hear machine gun fire from a military helicopter flying low over our city streets!  

Rand Paul's Filibuster - Some Powerful Statements against Obama. Updated - As he says them.

Something to think about.

Why is Rand Paul the only one in D.C. who has shown concern about Obama being able to murder U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without due process and thus wiping out our 5th amendment.   Except for a few other Senators that have questions for Paul, there is silence about Obama and his drones.

Considering the majority voted for the NDAA, it is not a surprise.  Obviously this was planned for drone murders in the U.S. by Obama when the NDAA was conceived.  Remember Obama is the one who required that U.S. citizens in the U.S. be part of the wording of NDAA.  Video is at the bottom of that fact being revealed.

Think about that.

I am watching Rand Paul and his filibuster and listening to what he is saying.

First of all, I stopped having respect for Rand when he was a traitor to his father and endorsed Romney last year.

What Rand is saying right now is very powerful.  What he is actually saying is grounds for impeachment against Obama.  Yet, is anyone really listening?

Why hasn't those in the Senate and Congress begun articles of Impeachment against Obama.

Rand is saying Obama would be dangerous with the rights to make decisions in private of who he is going to target and kill with drones.

Some of the bullet points of important information,  I have written fast as he said them, once I began listening.

Paul says - Obama has ignored the constitutional court decisions against him. This appointments when Obama declared Senate out of session when it still was - was struck down by the court. But Obama has ignored it and the appointments are still in place.

Rand saying Obama has shown not going by the constitution and the power of drone killings in the U.S. will be in his hands when he doesn't pay attention to the constitution?

Says U.S. citizens being killed without due process.

Obama can secretly decide who to kill and there is no process. Does that mean people who were at a Liberty meeting and going to a Libertarian meeting and hate their government and are vocal about it, but they are peaceful - can Obama use a drone against them because he feels they are a threat.

Will Obama release the names of those he is going to target before he kills them? Does the 5th amendment apply to anyone anymore.

Will Obama publicly or secretly charge people? Will people have a chance to prove their innocence? Is everyone guilty now and not innocent in the eyes of Obama?

What is happening is bigger than the people, we will lose the constitution if this is allowed.

What is the standard for killing Americans in America?

War is a perpetual machine that is never ending, just as the Iraq war supposedly ended years ago, but it is actually still going on.  There is no stop to this war on terror.

7:36 Paul says he would be willing to end the filibuster if Obama would simply come out and say that he would not kill non-combant Americans and acknowledge their power is not unlimited. 

Obama needs to just answer the question that he will not pick and choose who the 5th amendment applies to, that is applies to every citizen.

So much is being said, I believe every single U.S. citizen should be made to listen to these hours of information!  It is our country!

I am finding out that our country is so far gone down the illegal road that it needs to be completely reformed!  All of the elected officials except for a few, Paul, etc need to be taken out of office.  We need a NEW government!  We need our  government once more that is By the People and FOR the people!  This government is not!  

A President with a Nobel Peace Prize wants to be able to MURDER U.S. Citizens at his will and when he wants in the U.S.!  How bizarre is that?!


10:47 PM - Sen Cruz has just revealed that George Bush tried to get the State Court of Texas to submit to the "World Court" of the UN.  regarding a case and be subjected to the World Court.  He just said Bush attempted to give away the sovereignty of the U.S. courts to the World court.  The case went all the way to the Supreme Court.

Holder to Paul "Drone Strikes on U.S. Citizens in U.S., Under Extraordinary Circumstances" - YES Obama Can carry out murder, Drone Strikes in U.S!

Well Eric Holder has finally spoken and answered Rand Paul's questions about drone strikes against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.  

It would be at the discretion of Obama and under extraordinary circumstances but it can be done. 

Right now... I really can't say more about this, as I am really pissed off!  I am absolutely Fu**ing amazed at where this country has gone and how most of the Fu**ing people in the U.S. don't give a sh** about what their government is doing!   How in the hell did we go so far down the rabbit hole?  What in the hell can we do about it? They are pushing us to the brink, who are awake and aware and see what is going on.  How do we stop this outrageous Orwellian world/country they have/are creating?   

We do not have a country that is "For the People" or a government that is "By the People."  We have a government that is against the people.   

What is an extraordinary circumstance?    Someone who doesn't agree with what is going on?  Someone who voices their opinions?  This is so outrageous!

My Video - The Ed Show Rant, making the case for Our Rights, NDAA bill and the CNN Fraud

Ed of The Ed show in MSNBC made the perfect case for those who believe in our 2nd Amendment rights and Assault Weapons.  He did this when he was ranting against Ted Nugent and the "Right" being against Gun Control.   He showed all types of weapons the U.S. government has including drones.   He said "The government doesn't use bayonets or horses anymore."

That was Perfect!  For us to keep our rights un-infringed upon of the 2nd amendment we the people are already out armed.  So having Assault weapons for any case of tyranny against the government is nothing compared to what there is against the people.  Ed failed to mention the reason why Ted Nugent was Standing Up for Tyranny in the fact of the NDAA bill which gives the rights of the government to assassinate U.S. citizens and to hold them without any rights forever.   Funny how he and the rest of MSM have failed to mention this fact.

Also Anderson Cooper and his "Keeping them honest."  CNN committed fraud along with Anderson Cooper by showing the Saint Rose School drill in Newtown Connecticut that was happening the same day as the Sandy Hook shooting.  They played video from that saying that it was Sandy Hook.

And we are suppose to believe anything they tell us?

I passionately believe people need to join the NRA in MASS!  That is a way of showing this government where we STAND!  They are defenders of our 2nd amendment!

We have Constitutional Law on our side - We simply have to enforce the nullification of Unconstitutional Laws by Congress

I have researched court rulings on the constitution.

It seems though Congress and the President may pass and sign federal laws, any that are unconstitutional (like NDAA, FISA, a gun ban, etc) are in reality null and void.   The constitution is the Supreme Law of the land and all states can easily nullify them.  They already have that right, they just have to use it.

The courts, especially the Supreme Court has to rule by the constitution.   They are required to hold the constitution up as the supreme law and then interpret any laws passed by Congress and the Senate using the Constitution as the standard of the law.  They then can nullify federal laws as unconstitutional.  The suits have to be filed and be heard by them of unconstitutional laws.

That means there is no way that the NDAA is in any form constitutional, even though the U.S. government wants to say it is for all the "domestic terrorist", which they think everyone of us are.   This means spying on us without warrants and reading our emails and listening to our phone calls etc is completely unconstitutional.   Needless to say arresting and holding a U.S. citizen without rights to a trial and so on are completely unconstitutional. 

This also means that the state legislators need to have the balls to stand up for the citizens of their states and nullify all federal laws that do not abide and follow our constitution.

It seems they have been able to get by with all the unconstitutional laws due to all of our inactions and ignorance of the laws.   That is what they have counted on and of course all those smart phones, T.V., etc keeps the people in "dumb down" mode.

I believe this gun grab may have been a catalyst to wake people up.

The point with this is... instead of getting ourselves worked up over what they have been doing, we simply need to stand up and give it back to them by the Supreme Law of the land that they can not change.  Once we have the knowledge, we also have the power to stop it.  We just have to do it smart without violence.

Supremacy Clause

The Supremacy Clause only applies if Congress is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers. Federal laws are valid and are supreme, so long as those laws were adopted in pursuance of—that is, consistent with—the Constitution. Nullification, is the legal theory that a state has the right to nullify, or invalidate, any federal law which that state has deemed unconstitutional or exceeds Congresses’ constitutionally authorized powers. The courts have found that under Article III of the Constitution, the final power to declare federal laws unconstitutional has been delegated to the federal courts and that the states therefore do not have the power to nullify federal law.^[2]

The First Supreme Court ruling declaring a federal law being unconstitutional was in 1803:

• Despite the fact that the Court seemed to agree that Marbury was in the right, they ruled against him, because they found that they didn't have the power to hear the case.
  • Section 13 of the Judiciary Act of 1789 established the court system and gave the Supreme Court the original jurisdiction to issue a writ of mandamus.
    • Although, to be honest, the Judiciary Act of 1789 should be read to say that the Supreme Court has appellate jurisdiction in mandamus cases. Most legal scholars feel that the Supreme Court misinterpreted the law. Section 13 talks about the Supreme Court's Appellate jurisdiction, so it's wrong to read that it gives original jurisdiction.
  • However, Article III of the Constitution says that the Supreme Court will have original jurisdiction only in cases "affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, consuls, and those in which the state is a party". In all other cases, the Supreme Court only acts as an appellate court to 'inferior courts'.
    • Article III is talking about representatives of foreign governments, not US Ambassadors and Ministers.
    • Article III also has an exceptions clause which states, "...with such exceptions and under such regulations as Congress shall make." This can certainly be interpreted to mean that the Judiciary Act of 1789 augments Article III, as opposed to being in conflict with it.
  • Therefore, the Court found that the Judiciary Act of 1789 conflicts with the Constitution.
  • The Court found that in cases of confliction, the Constitution, by right of it's being the basis for the entire government must take precedence. It is superior, paramount, and is unchangeable by ordinary means.
    • Article VI could be read to show that the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land (aka the Supremacy Clause). Or, you can read it to just say that all laws passed previous to the Constitution no longer count.
    • The Constitution is very clear on how it is to be changed (and it's purposefully hard). If Congress can unofficially change the Constitution through normal transitive legislative means, then what's the point of making it so hard to officially change the Constitution?
  • The Court found that they have a duty to say what the law is. Therefore, the Supreme Court has the right to say that a law enacted by Congress (or anybody else) is invalid, if it conflicts with the Constitution. The judicial power of the US is extended to all cases arising under the Constitution.
    • Since the Constitution is defined to be a supreme law, somebody has to take on the duty of striking down laws that conflict with the Constitution. And if that isn't the Supreme Court, then who? Court says, "Given the structure of the government, there must be someone whose job it is to say the legislature has done wrong... that power shall flow to the judiciary."
• So basically, the Court found that they were being asked to uphold two laws that were in conflict, one saying that they could issue a writ of mandamus and one saying they couldn't. Since the Constitution trumps any law Congress makes, the Court is forced to follow the Constitution and find that the conflicting law is not applicable (aka unconstitutional).
  • So they told Marbury that even though he deserved a writ of mandamus they had no power to grant one.
    • Ironically, the ruling significantly increased the power of the Supreme Court by ruling Congress had no right to increase their powers!
• This case established that Article III of the Constitution is the maximum jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and Congress can't give them more powers by just passing a law.
  • They would have to pass a Constitutional amendment in order to give the judiciary more powers.
• This case also established that the Supreme Court has authority for judicial review of legislative acts.
  • This ruling gave one supposedly co-equal branch of government oversight over another co-equal branch of government!

What this fully means is that We the People of the United States can have the Federal Laws that are completely unconstitutional nullified.  It is time for us to take actions.   I don't know constitutional lawyers.  Maybe someone who is reading this can pass it on to lawyers that are willing to stand up for the constitution.  Also, I believe our military needs to start standing up to the oath they all took which is for the constitution and enemies that are foreign and domestic.   

The enemies of this land are not the ones screaming and shouting about unconstitutional laws, the enemies are the ones who are committing treason and passing unconstitutional laws.


It is now time for us all to stand up on an intellectual basis and not a violent one.  All we have to do is demand that our states rule and nullify by the constitution.  If they will not we need to start filing in Federal Courts all across the land lawsuits against all the unconstitutional laws/bills passed by those who are in Washington D.C.


We need to do this through intelligence not through violence.  We would never win being violent.  The way to win is through what we already have we just have to start having it applied!  No more fear!  Stand up for what our rights are right now.  The Supreme Law of the land is the Constitution!  

LETS DO THIS THE SMART WAY AND LETS LIVE TO TELL ABOUT IT AND TO ENSURE WE HAVE A FREE COUNTRY FOR OUR CHILDREN!

ALSO WE CAN TAKE ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE AS HAVING DEBT AS MONEY AND HAVING A PRIVATE BANK AS THE RULING ENTITY OF THE UNITED STATES IS ALSO UNCONSTITUTIONAL!  IN FACT TAKING US OFF THE GOLD STANDARD WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!  THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Our 2nd amendment is there to protect us against a government that over steps it's bounds of our freedoms.  Due to the government having bigger and badder weapons it is only correct that the U.S. citizens keep up with what could be used against us through tyranny. 

I got an email this morning and I believe it makes a strong argument.

Senator Dianne Feinstein,

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government's right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma'am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.

I am not your subject. 

I am the man who keeps you free.

I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. 

I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.

I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.

I will not be disarmed to suit the fear that has been established by the media and your misinformation campaign against the American public.

We, the people, deserve better than you.

    FYI - Obama was on Meet the Press this morning 12/29/12, from my understanding  portions of what he said:

 President Obama on Sunday said he would make gun control a priority in his new term, pledging to put his “full weight” behind passing new restrictions on firearms in 2013.
“I'm going to be putting forward a package and I'm going to be putting my full weight behind it,” said Obama in an interview aired on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I'm going to be making an argument to the American people about why this is important and why we have to do everything we can to make sure that something like what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary does not happen again.”

 Obama on Sunday repeated those calls and said he would meet with lawmakers on both sides of the aisles to see action. 
I'd like to get it done in the first year.  I will put forward a very specific proposal based on the recommendations that Joe Biden's task force is putting together as we speak.  And so this is not something that I will be putting off."
But the push for heightened gun control will likely face tough political opposition, with the nation’s largest gun lobby, the National Rifle Association (NRA), saying they will oppose any new restrictions. 
The group earlier this month held a press conference calling for national program to place armed guards in the nation’s schools, a move they said would be more effective at preventing future tragedies like Newtown. 
Obama on Sunday said that he hoped to involve all “stakeholders” in the national debate over gun violence, but expressed unease with the NRA’s proposal. 
“I am not going to prejudge the recommendations that are given to me.  I am skeptical that the only answer is putting more guns in schools.  And I think the vast majority of the American people are skeptical that that somehow is going to solve our problem,” said the president.

 Obama said that he expected even firearm owners to understand the need for new regulations in the wake of the Connecticut shooting.

So he wants a bill passed immediately and he doesn't think armed guards in schools as the answer to the problem. 

OH.... here is a picture of the guards  where Obama and the "elite" including the media personalities send their children to school in Washington D.C ....hhhmmm... is that the height of hypocrisy?   11 armed guards at that school!

What I did today Feb 23 2012. I educated a Policeman and Military Personnel today about the NDAA bill

I believe it is up to all of us to try and take a stand and even educate people about the NDAA bill passed by the Federal Government and signed into law by Obama on New Years Eve 2011.

Today, February 23, 2012, I was in a Five Guys Restaurant in Knoxville Tn.  A K-9 police officer walked in, dressed in full gear.  After he ordered and was waiting for his food, I decided to approach him and ask him what he thought of the NDAA bill?

I approached him and said "May I please ask you a question?  In fact I have been wanting to interview Policemen about this subject, though I don't have a camera with me right now."  He looked me and said "Yes, you may ask me a question."  He was very guarded in saying "Yes" and I could tell he was not sure he wanted to hear what the question was.

So I asked "How do you like the fact that Congress and the Senate passed the NDAA bill that gives the military personnel the right to police our streets by arresting U.S. citizens and holding them without rights to a lawyer, trial for the rest of their lives?"  He gave me a blank stare and said "What?"  I repeated the NDAA bill.

He said he had never heard of it and did not know anything about it.  He took out a note pad from his pocket and he wrote down NDAA.  I told him "Look it up.  What I am telling you is the Federal Government gave the military the right to police our streets and take U.S. citizens and hold them without rights."  I continued and said "You do realize, we the citizens are going to end up needing you on our side and protecting us, don't you?"

As soon as I finished saying that to him, he looked up and said "There are military personnel walking in right now, why don't you go and ask them about it."  I turned around to see a group of Army personnel walking in.
I turned back to the policeman and said "Why don't you ask them about it and see what they say and see that I am telling you the truth.  I am trying to get the State government of Tennessee to pass a bill that will nullify unconstitutional federal laws."

I thanked him for his time and went back to sit down where I was eating.

I waited until the military personnel finished ordering and were standing around waiting for their food.  I then approached them.

A group of three of them were by the drinks, so I walked over and said "May I ask you guys about the NDAA bill and what you are going to do, if you are told you have to enact it?"

The three personnel gave me a blank stare, just as the policeman did.  They said "What are you talking about?"

I then said "The NDAA bill that says, you guys can police our streets and arrest U.S. citizens out of their homes and on the streets for being "belligerent" against the government and hold them for the rest of their lives without rights to a trial, lawyer or anything."

One guy said immediately "We will Never do that, we are sworn to protect U.S. citizens not harm them!"
Another guy said "I have never heard of this and our Brass has never mentioned this to any of us."
I then educated them about it.  They asked when it passed and I told them in December.

They said they will look up the information, but they will also uphold their vows to protect the citizens of the United States.

One said "No one has ever been arrested for 'Freedom of Speech' in this country."  I looked at him and said "Are you kidding me?  Have you not seen people arrested in the Occupy movement in New York and Oakland?"  He said "They were on private property."  I replied "Oh no they were not.  Please look up the information."

I added "Since people can get arrested by you for being "belligerent" against the government, I might as well give you my address right now."  He laughed and said he would look up the NDAA bill information.

So..... What I did today was educate both a policeman and 7 military personnel about NDAA, where none of them had a clue or had heard about it before.

My point in all of this?

I believe all of us should approach our police and our military when we see them in public and ask them "What are you going to do if NDAA starts to take affect?"

Educate the police and the military about what the Federal CONgress and Sen ASS tors and Obama did by passing and signing the NDAA.

My educating these few will hopefully translate to many more being educated through them.  They were going to look up the information.  This way the word spreads within about it!

I will continue to keep doing what I did today.  I will approach the Police and the Military when I see them and ask them "What will YOU do?"
