I have figured out a solution to the Treason Senate and the soon to be CONgress, as they will vote the McCain/Levin bill through, of which I have no doubt!
Understand our elected officials DID COMMIT TREASON Against every Single United States Citizen!
What they voted through is completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
Well... guess what?! When the Federal Government does something UNCONSTITUTIONAL Against the U.S. Citizens and against the individual States of the United States - THEN STATE LAW TRUMPS FEDERAL LAW!
Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Treaties, and Federal Statutes as "the supreme law of the land." The text decrees these to be the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state. (Note that the word "shall" is used, which makes it a necessity, a compulsion.) However, the Supremacy Clause only applies if the federal government is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers, as noted by the phrase "in pursuance thereof" in the actual text of the Supremacy Clause itself.
The "supremacy clause" is the most important guarantor of national union. It assures that the Constitution and federal laws and treaties take precedence over state law and binds all judges to adhere to that principle in their courts. - United States Senate[1]
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.
We now need to START A MOVEMENT:

Now everyone has to contact their STATE Representatives and request a State Bill be Passed that says "THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO PUT MILITARY ON THE STREETS OF THE STATE. THE MILITARY CAN NOT BE IN ANY ROLE OF POLICING OF THE STATE. THE MILITARY HAS NO RIGHT TO DETAIN A U.S. CITIZEN OF THAT STATE WITHOUT CHARGES, RIGHTS TO A CIVIL LAWYER, TRIAL, OR ANYTHING ELSE IN RELATION TO THE MCCAIN/LEVIN BILL " THE STATE WILL ADHERE TO ALL ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE POSSE COMITATUS ACT OF 1878"
One other thing I have been researching is Executive Orders by the President. All Presidents have issued Executive Orders. Most of these orders have been Unconstitutional, yet they have been allowed. Presidents have started wars with them. This is something else we need to ask our states governments to but in a bill OUTLAWING ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL LAWS INCLUDING PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS IF THEY ARE NOT CONSTITUTIONAL!
This is a WAY for the States to Stand their grounds for their Citizens! The States individually can take action against ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL LAWS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS!
The States have the power - WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER to STOP the Treason of the Federal Elected Officials who are working against the people on a Federal level!
We need to work on the State level! We have To TRY!
Of course this is besides getting all the Senators and soon to be CONgress people OUT OF OFFICE!
States have in the past, passed laws to protect their citizens against Federal Laws! IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR CONSTITUTION AND GOVERNMENT! NO MORE SITTING BACK AND JUST COMPLAINING - IT IS TIME FOR ACTION!

Unfortunately, this solution depends upon one highly-doubtful thing: That those who have been habitually and completely shredding the Constitution on the federal level will, when "confronted" by the states, who are, of course, governed by none but morally upright men and women of indomitable courage, abide by it!
ReplyDeleteBy all means, do as you see fit. Don't be surprised, however, when you find that the rule of law is being utterly trashed at every level by almost everyone who holds any kind of office. The best case scenario, IMO, is that enough local, state, and federal officials wake up in time to use their powers to oppose those who will be stomping ever more often and mercilessly upon the faces of the rank and file. I have no intention of being a downer, Ma'am, and I am actually immensely hopeful about the end result of the worldwide cleansing that has begun, but it is going to get much, much darker before the dawn. Hold fast. Godspeed.
As I see it, it is worth a try. We all have to try to take positive action. I am about to email every single Tennessee state Senator and Congressional person. After I finish putting the email together I will insert what I wrote.
ReplyDeleteIf anything, the local sheriffs are the ones to talk to about standing up to the feds, etc. I don't have the links handy, but some sheriffs in places like northern CA, AZ, and WY basically told the feds to take a hike and they did -- for now. Their jurisdiction trumps the feds completely. This would be a better path, in my opinion, than approaching those sociopaths who happen to work at the state level rather than the federal. My two cents...

Problem: Only the Supreme Court can declare something "unconstitutional" (irrespective to whether or not it actually IS unconstitutional). So, if it is not declared "unconstitutional" by the Supreme court, it is (legally speaking) Constitutional. Therefore, there is no legal support for the States "disobedience" (lacking a better term). Besides, most State governments are also in the pockets of the elite.

However, has it ever occurred to you that if you try to "correct" a system that is so universally (and structurally) corrupt that something other than corruption would eventually occur? These guys have gone by the book, believe it or not. They have used the structures in place to create life as we know it today.
Solution? Let the system destroy itself. Only from the ashes of a failed society can a new and different one be built. Fear not the fall, rejoice that you are alive to witness the end of this age and the birth of a new one.

No, this has long been designed, and carried out by BOTH parties, BOTH. There are no differences between the politicians, Corp-Gov is what they wanted, and Corp-Gov is what we have, power must be taken, for they will never return it of their own free will.
The US Government 'Corp-Gov' has declared war on the people of this nation, the constitution has been shredded & watered down to a point of being mute, or simply discarded as a quaint old relic from the past.
Seriously, with the passing of this bill, can you any longer name our 'inalienable rights'..... I would submit that if the government can take them away, or legislate them away in the name of safety or anything else for that matter, then they were NEVER really "rights" to begin with.

ReplyDeleteI think you should read the Book which you can find in Google Books section titled "The Three Statesmen" Who in the course of 1867 when the country was in pretty bad shape as well coming out of the Civil War these three men went to discuss shaping our country as it related to the banksters...and the politcians and how to keep them at bay. One problem area we have to today is we have to many banksters and lawyers in the halls of Congress. Those numbers need to change and reverse to the common man like farmers...and manufacturers...and businessmen as people who truly represent.
