ALERT***Tennessee**** - Oath Keepers Confirmed - Federal Government Demanding List of purchasers of Bulk Food at Mormon Community Food Storage and going Door to Door to inspect for Preparedness in Nashville***

Update - 12/12/11 - Video of News Channel publicizing how the government is going house to house in Tennessee. They are asking people what exactly they have in food storage etc.

Update 12/11/11 - Oathkeepers has sent out an email saying the person at the Mormon Food Storage is now denying everything.  Even though they had confirmed with him what had happened, he now is saying it did not happen.

Here is what Oathkeepers has about it now:

We have pulled this story about the Mormon cannery being visited by federal agents because the source of the information at the cannery is now denying that he ever told us that event occurred.
From now on, we will NOT post any such story based on what we are told by other people unless, and until, they are willing to go on video or at least on an audio recording with their info.  That way, in case someone starts to crumble under the public attention or other pressures, and wants to deny what they told us, we have video or audio proof.

Oathkeepers has confirmed - The Federal Government went to a Mormon Community Food Storage Facility in Tennessee demanding to know who had purchased Bulk Food from them!

I guess Ran Paul is right about the U.S. Government considering anyone who has food stored is a Terrorist.

Portion From Oathkeeper site:

This incident was confirmed, in person, by Oath Keepers Tennessee Chapter President, Rand Cardwell. Here is Rand’s report:

“A fellow veteran contacted me concerning a new and disturbing development. He had been utilizing a Mormon cannery near his home to purchase bulk food supplies. The man that manages the facility related to him that federal agents had visited the facility and demanded a list of individuals that had been purchasing bulk food. The manager informed the agents that the facility kept no such records and that all transactions were conducted on a cash-and-carry basis. The agents pressed for any record of personal checks, credit card transactions, etc., but the manager could provide no such record. The agents appeared to become very agitated and after several minutes of questioning finally left with no information. I contacted the manager and personally confirmed this information.

This event points to a new level of federal government encroachment on the basic freedoms of the American people. Likewise, it points to a confused policy within federal agencies. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in their “Are You Ready?” guide to “In Depth Citizen Preparedness” recommends that citizens store emergency supplies, including bulk food, in the event of a natural disaster or man-made event (the new politically correct term applied to a terrorist attack). The FEMA guidance is spot-on as it allows individuals and families to be self-sufficient during an emergency situation.

And here in Tennessee, we just learned that Nashville Metro Public Health and the Tennessee Department of Health are conducting “door-to-door assessment of disaster preparedness … using a tool designed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to go door to door and check to see how disaster ready you are. .. in 30 neighborhoods in Davidson County [TN] that have been randomly selected to be the target of a door to door assessment.” I have confirmed that that is a state run effort.

So on the one hand, government agencies both state and federal are urging you to be prepared and even checking up on you to see how prepared you are, and on the other hand, we now have federal agencies that are attempting to gather information on individuals that are following FEMA suggestions. What is the reasoning behind gathering this information? Are American citizens now being “listed” by DHS if they are simply following FEMA guidance and purchasing bulk food and emergency supplies for their families? It appears as so.

I guess all my emails to the State Representatives have been in vain, if Tennessee is leading the trampling of all rights and Constitution and Considering everyone a Terrorist!

Well..... when are they going to be coming to my home again?  They had already come to my house a year ago - CPS investigated me for being "An Agent against the U.S. government and wanted to know how much food I had etc."   Here is that story and short videos that I posted.

UPDATE 12/9/11 - My daughter's Middle School Assignment this week- taking pictures of the food in our pantry, the fridge and freezer and picture of her family.

  1. Actually DHS qualifies you as a terrorist (home grown) for having more than 7 days worth of food on hand. This with S. 1867 is enough reason to arm yourself...heavily. Seems people are still blind to the fact that our government has declared war on us.

  2. My husband and I have met Mr. Cardwell on several occasions and he is extremely credible and level headed. This is disgusting! We moved to this state to avoid government overreach, believing that the sheriffs/politicians in this state were more respectful of the Constitution. What a disgrace!
