I have figured out a solution  to the Treason Senate and the soon to be CONgress, as they will vote the McCain/Levin bill through, of which I have no doubt!

Understand our elected officials DID COMMIT TREASON Against every Single United States Citizen!

What they voted through is completely UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Well... guess what?!  When the Federal Government does something UNCONSTITUTIONAL Against the U.S. Citizens and against the individual States of the United States - THEN STATE LAW TRUMPS FEDERAL LAW! 

Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Treaties, and Federal Statutes as "the supreme law of the land." The text decrees these to be the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state. (Note that the word "shall" is used, which makes it a necessity, a compulsion.) However, the Supremacy Clause only applies if the federal government is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers, as noted by the phrase "in pursuance thereof" in the actual text of the Supremacy Clause itself.
The "supremacy clause" is the most important guarantor of national union. It assures that the Constitution and federal laws and treaties take precedence over state law and binds all judges to adhere to that principle in their courts. - United States Senate^[1]

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.

We now need to START A MOVEMENT:

THE STATES LIVING BY THE CONSTITUTION MOVEMENT! 

HERE IS WHAT WE ALL NEED TO DO!  We have to take action - we can NOT sit back and allow this to happen!  We can take peaceful and positive actions!

Now everyone has to contact their STATE Representatives and request a State Bill be Passed that says "THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO PUT MILITARY ON THE STREETS OF THE STATE.  THE MILITARY CAN NOT BE IN ANY ROLE OF POLICING OF THE STATE.  THE MILITARY HAS NO RIGHT TO DETAIN A U.S. CITIZEN OF THAT STATE WITHOUT CHARGES, RIGHTS TO A CIVIL LAWYER, TRIAL, OR ANYTHING ELSE IN RELATION TO THE MCCAIN/LEVIN BILL "  THE STATE WILL ADHERE TO ALL ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE POSSE COMITATUS ACT OF 1878"

One other thing I have been researching is Executive Orders by the President.  All Presidents have issued Executive Orders.  Most of these orders have been Unconstitutional, yet they have been allowed.  Presidents have started wars with them.  This is something else we need to ask our states governments to but in a bill OUTLAWING ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL LAWS INCLUDING PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS IF THEY ARE NOT CONSTITUTIONAL!

  This is a WAY for the States to Stand their grounds for their Citizens!  The States individually can take action against ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL FEDERAL LAWS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS!  

The States have the power - WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER to STOP the Treason of the Federal Elected Officials who are working against the people on a Federal level!  


We need to work on the State level!  We have To TRY!  

Of course this is besides getting all the Senators and soon to be CONgress people OUT OF OFFICE! 


States have in the past, passed laws to protect their citizens against Federal Laws!  IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK OUR CONSTITUTION AND GOVERNMENT! NO MORE SITTING BACK AND JUST COMPLAINING - IT IS TIME FOR ACTION!

Look at what the government has done with the "Do not fly list" they have put 5 year olds on it.  They had Ted Kennedy on it.  Then people have had to spend thousands of dollars to try and get themselves off the list.  They hit brick walls of the government trying to get their names off the list to prove they are not "terrorist".

The government has over One million names on the "Do not fly list" now.
