The power of yourself. Making a Difference and influencing positive developments for ALL people! Here is the proof - You (We) do have power! Tennessee Bill against unconstitutional Federal Laws

Last night I got the greatest Christmas gift on Christmas day!  Believe it or not the gift was a comment on one of my post on the blog.

I inserted an email I wrote to all of my state elected officials, which was about the 1031 indefinite detention bill. 


 I don't believe anyone can just sit back and think it is useless to try and do something, when our country is at stake and all of our freedoms.    

I am here to prove it is not useless.  I am energized after the comment (Christmas present) was left.

In the email I sent to my state officials, I had the Bill of Rights, the wording of the 1031 bill (Indefinite detention) and the information and fact that state law is superior to federal law, when the federal law is unconstitutional.

Committee to assess constitutionality of all federal laws. Creates the "Tennessee Nullification Reaffirmation Act." Requires the general assembly to appoint a committee to review all federal laws and regulations to ensure that they are all constitutional, according to the federal and Tennessee constitutions. Requires such committee make a recommendation for nullification within 30 days. Requires the general assembly to vote on the nullification following the recommendation. Prohibits the federal law or regulation from being recognized within the state if the general assembly votes to nullify it. (S: Campfield; H: Ragan)



Now those who know me, know I can get very hyper over exciting news!  Last night I was as hyper as you can imagine - I was doing my happy dance when I read the comment and looked up the information of the Tennessee bill.  




I wrote my elected officials, three times all together about the 1031 bill.  The link provided was my first email to them.  I wrote (inserted here in the blog) my other two emails to them, one was with the video of Levin revealing Obama is who required U.S. citizens be part of the 1031 bill and the other was with all the proof of FEMA camps.  

Now that I know there is something in the Senate of Tennessee and I have the names of the two who wrote the bill...... you can just imagine what I will be doing!  :)   Take a huge guess..............  think their phones will be ringing?  I may even drive to Nashville and try and see all of them now.

In fact, if there others from Tennessee reading this, who would like to join me - we can all meet in Nashville together and do some lobbying for the constitution and to pass the bill above.  

It starts with one - after one state, others will follow.  Help your state be the one.

I am now telling everyone - TO CONTACT YOUR STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS!  PLEASE I BELIEVE ALL OF US STARTING A MOVEMENT OF GETTING THE STATES TO ONLY ADHERE AND OBSERVE CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS!

So... for those who have left comments on various posts on the blog, basically saying: "Where has that writing your officials gotten you, except with a reservation to a FEMA camp?"  I am now able to say.... it has now gotten me possibly from ever getting thrown in a FEMA camp!  Now.... protect yourself and fellow state citizens - WRITE/EMAIL YOUR STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS - TODAY!   

Those who write their state officials, please consider sending me the batch of email addresses for your state officials, so I can put it on the blog and help others from that state to also send an email to them.  It takes a small amount of time to get all the email addresses but it is well worth the time and effort expended.  I will put up a new page across the top, on the blog just for state elected official email addresses, if people send me them.

Subject: Army needing Civilian Camp Detainment personnel - Halliburton camp needs

I emailed all of you last week about the Federal Government about to pass Military detainment of U.S. Citizens without one single rights of the U.S. Citizens.  The bill says a U.S. citizen can be held without trial, charges, or rights to a lawyer for the rest of their lives.

Above is an article showing how the Army is advertising for that Detainment program now.
I have to ask all of you something.   What happens if you do something that the Federal government doesn't like?  What happens if there is some bill you want to pass for the State of Tennessee and the Federal Government considers it some form of terrorism against their control?  I am very serious about this.   

There is no limit on what the government can consider is terrorism against it.  Any individual that is belligerent can be considered a terrorist.  So does that mean you as State Elected Officials passing a new bill that protects the citizens of the State of Tennessee, the Federal government will see that as you being belligerent?

Do you think there is no chance that you too could be taken to a Detainment camp by the military?

Do you understand that the bill is about to go through that literally takes away every one of the State of Tennessee's  citizens rights?  Do you understand that is also takes away the State of Tennessee as it's own State rights?  

Once this is allowed then there is no stopping the Federal Government from taking away the individual rights that have been passed in the State of Tennessee.

I am asking once more for the elected officials for the State of Tennessee to please look at how the Constitution will be no more and to pass a bill that states Tennessee is a Sovereign State of the United States but the Citizens of Tennessee have the rights of the Constitution in FULL with ALL rights! 

Please make a stand for the Citizens of Tennessee, be the first and the other States will follow! 
Please see this document from Halliburton's subsidiary asking for subcontractors for the Detainment camps and providing food etc that just went out. 

It is attached to the email - it spells out what is needed and how the detainment camps are getting ready in Full force.

One other thing, you do realize this is what happened in Nazi Germany, right?  The Nazi military simply began taking  the citizens and putting them in concentration camps without any rights.  You do realize this is about to happen in the U.S?

The evidence is provided, this is real.   Are you going to let the Citizens of the State of Tennessee be thrown in Concentration Camps without rights?   

Are you going to stand up for the Citizens of Tennessee and excerpt the rights of the State living by the Constitution of which we are suppose to have? 

There is no more time left, please take action immediately against the concentration camps for the U.S. Citizens, please pass a bill as you have in the past that said if Martial law is declared the Citizens of Tennessee could not have their weapons confiscated.  Tennessee needs to now pass a law that the U.S. military will have no right to detain a Tennessee Citizen as per the Constitutional rights of all Citizens.

FYI - I had downloaded this document from SHTF and attached it to the email to them - which is the Halliburton document requesting contractors for all kinds of things needed at the U.S. Concentration camps.  

Of Course I am Asking EVERYONE to take steps and email their State Representatives!

Are you just going to let it happen?  You have to take action!

Email to MY Tennessee State Legislative Officials - ASKING for Tennessee to PASS a Bill that ONLY Recognizes the Constitution as the Law of the Land!



UPDATE 12/26/11 - Post about the Comment left on December 25th 2011 at 6:30 PM below - We have the power to make a difference and information of what that bill is, that is mentioned in the comment.


UPDATE As of December 7, 2011 - Not one Tennessee Elected Official has gotten back to me about my email.   So it seems they too don't care about our Constitution nor the Citizens of Tennessee having their rights taken away by the Federal Government.  This is so sad in that We the People don't have any elected official that is willing to actually stand up for the Country and our Constitution!  This is what the State of the Union is now like - the U.S. and State Citizens have been abandoned by their elected officials and what our Forefathers had created in the form of a "More perfect Union."


Copy and paste this if you would like to all of your State representatives - obviously change Tennessee to what ever state you are in.

(If someone writes something better to send to their "State" officials, please send it to me and I will put it on the blog)  I wrote this trying to show how the States can take action on their own and protect their State Citizens against Unconstitutional Federal Laws. 

HERE IS THE EMAIL:
Due to the unconstitutional executive orders and the unconstitutional McCain/Levin bill in the Defense Authorization Act that just passed the Senate on December 1, 2011.


I am asking for a Bill to Recognize the Constitution of the United States as THE LAW of the State of Tennessee.


I am asking the Tennessee State Elected Officials on the State Level to Pass a Law that keeps the Constitution of the United States in Affect IN FULL!  I am asking that a State Law be enacted that says ANY Federal Law or Executive Order that is directly against the Constitution of the United States for the Legal Citizens of the United States is not recognized nor is a law in the State of Tennessee!


Here are the reasons why I am asking for the Tennessee Legislative branch to take these steps to protect the U.S. citizens of Tennessee.


The McCain Levin bill authorizes the U.S. Military to police the streets of the United States and do renditions of U.S. Citizens and they can be held without rights, trials, charges or a lawyer on suspicion of being a "terrorist" against the United States.


I am asking that the state NOT Allow the military nor the Federal government to be allowed to take any U.S. Citizen in the State of Tennessee and will not recognize the McCain Levin Bill, due to it being directly against the Constitution of the United States and the State of Tennessee.


The description in the bill passed by the U.S. Senate is exactly as follows:

b) Covered Persons- A covered person under this section is any person as follows:

(1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks.

(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.

SEC. 5. DETENTION WITHOUT TRIAL OF UNPRIVILEGED ENEMY BELLIGERENTS.
An individual, including a citizen of the United States, determined to be an unprivileged enemy belligerent under section 3(c)(2) ... may be detained without criminal charges and without trial for the duration of hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners in which the individual has engaged, or which the individual has purposely and materially supported, consistent with the law of war and any authorization for the use of military force provided by Congress pertaining to such hostilities.

As you can see the U.S. Senate directly passed a bill that is completely Unconstitutional! 


Here are the United States Bill of Rights:



Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.


A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.[52]


No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.


The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.


In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.


In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.


Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

  • Ninth Amendment – Protection of rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Here is where State LAW OVERRULES Federal Law when the Federal Law is directly against the Consitution of the United States!


Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Treaties, and Federal Statutes as "the supreme law of the land." The text decrees these to be the highest form of law in the U.S. legal system, and mandates that all state judges must follow federal law when a conflict arises between federal law and either the state constitution or state law of any state. (Note that the word "shall" is used, which makes it a necessity, a compulsion.) However, the Supremacy Clause only applies if the federal government is acting in pursuit of its constitutionally authorized powers, as noted by the phrase "in pursuance thereof" in the actual text of the Supremacy Clause itself.
The "supremacy clause" is the most important guarantor of national union. It assures that the Constitution and federal laws and treaties take precedence over state law and binds all judges to adhere to that principle in their courts. - United States Senate[1]


This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.

Please stand by the Constitution and stop the Federal Government from taking away the rights of the Citizens in the State of Tennessee.

REMEMBER - IT ONLY TAKES ONE PERSON TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE - BE THAT ONE!
Does it hurt to send an email to your State Level Elected Officials?  NO!  They have to answer to the people much more than the Federal Elected Officials!   


I am asking everyone to take steps, as this country is "We the People's" Country!  It is not the hand full of people in Washington D.C. committing Treason against us all, Country.  It is OUR Country - They are suppose to Work for US!  They have not worked for us, so now we have to take the steps of trying to help rein in the Federal Government over stepping their bounds and turn the laws back to the States on an Individual Basis!  I believe many States WILL take the correct steps for the Federal government no longer abiding by the Constitution of this Country.   The States know the Federal Government is over stepping it's rights - The State laws are Superior to the Federal Laws, when the Federal Laws are Unconstitutional!  Please join me in emailing your State Level elected officials and lets start a movement!
