Senator Levin revealed - It was Obama who required the Indefinite Detainment Bill INCLUDE U.S. Citizens as part of the wording!

UPDATE 12/16/11 - Senator Graham says the U.S. has the right to kill U.S. Citizens too.

Well now we know, for those who have been holding out "hope" that Obama will veto the 1031 Indefinite Detainment Bill against holding U.S. Citizens without rights to a trial or lawyer or charges for the rest of their lives.... It was Obama who required the bill have the language of U.S. Citizens being held without rights in the bill!  The only reason he would veto it, is because it does not give him the absolute power as he wants!

Obama wants absolute Dictatorial Powers and the Senate gave it to him?  I posted some of his Lies during his campaign.  Especially the ones about the Rights of the People, closing Gitmo and standing up for the Constitution.

Here is Senator Levin on the floor of the Senate revealing it was Obama himself who Demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the Indefinite Detainment Bill!

Please send this video to your State Representatives, especially those Republican held states - maybe they will have morals and protect their state citizens from this.  I know.... it is doubtful - but we still have to try, in my opinion.

Video of Levin on Senate floor revealing it was Obama who demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the language of the Indefinite Detention in 1031 Bill:

Update 12/14/11 - I hope someone copied this video - because it has been removed from Youtube now.  It is no longer available - But I am leaving it on the page.

Update - 12/14/11 2:25 PM - here is the video once more - it is back up but new - the count is only at 2567 right now. So send it out and lets see if youtube holds the counter back as they did the other one taken down.

UPDATE - 1/9/12 - Youtube also took down this video of Levin saying Obama required U.S. citizens to be part of the bill.  It is now two accounts youtube has taken down that had the video.  Seems some with "power" are causing the video to disappear.

Update - 1/9/12 - I found another account has the video now - lets see how long this one stays up.

Added - 12/12/11 - Funny the number of views has not changed since I put this video on. Yet What Really Happened, Rense, Alex Jones, David Icke and numerous other sites have this video featured. Thousands have viewed it since the morning of 12/11/11 and youtube is not allowing the counter to count them? All I can say is keep this video going, even though it is being hidden how many have actually seen it. On 12/11/11 the counter was at 32140 when inserted on the blog and it is still that number.

Update - Considering I am not someone who likes to just "give up" I have now written all of my State representatives in Tennessee for the 3rd time about the Indefinite Detainment of U.S. Citizens. Here is my email I just now sent out to all of them:

Subject: Senate Floor - Obama requiring U.S. Citizens wording for indefinite detainment

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PLiKvSz_wX8#at=66

Please see the video of Carl Levin on the Senate floor revealing it was President Obama who required that the wording of U.S. citizens be part of the indefinite detainment bill. I have written two other emails about this to you.

Again I am asking that the State of Tennessee, PLEASE pass a bill that will not allow the U.S. Federal Government and military to do renditions/take/arrest any U.S. Citizen/Tennessee citizen as per the Constitution of the United States that gives U.S. Citizens rights.

This would be the most important bill the State of Tennessee would ever pass in my opinion. It would show that the State of Tennessee stands up for it's state citizens and stands up for the Constitution of the United States.

We the Citizens of the United States should have the most basic rights as written in our bill of rights!

Are you going to let President Obama and the Washington D.C. officials take away those basic rights for the U.S./Tennessee Citizens?

As I wrote in my very first email to you any law passed by the Federal government that does not adhere to the Constitution of the United States, then the State law banning that unconstitutional law is Superior.

I am asking all of you, to please stand up for those people that elected you. Please be "For the People" State of Tennessee Government.

We are at a cross road. Either the U.S. becomes a place that the citizens have no rights what so ever and the U.S. have worse human rights than many other countries in the world, or the U.S. still stands tall with human rights.

I believe it is going to be up to all the individual State Elected officials now to stand up for their citizens and stand up for the Constitution.

Needless to say there is very little time to act upon this.

Sincerely,
Sherrie

Added 12/11/11 - 4:12 PM est - The CONgress reads the Constitution of the United States on their first day in office. What happened? Especially considering what Boehner said:

We always hear members of Congress talking about swearing an oath to represent their constituents, when in reality the only oath we take is to the Constitution," explained newly-minted Speaker John Boehner to the Post.

So what has happened, where is their oath to the Constitution?  As I see it, we the people could then get all of them for Treason to the Constitution and the U.S. Citizens!

UPDATE - VIDEO to pass around to wake people up. It has the Levin clip in it and Obama campaigning about Human Rights

  1. Write Oath breakers to change their ways?

It will work much better if everywhere they turn, they would see nooses hanging from trees.

And traitors can anticipate for what behavior those are rewarded for by Americans.

    To rehash Benjamin Franklin:

We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.

(At the signing of the Declaration of Independence.)

  2. Anon - it may not help writing them, but is it better just standing back and not doing anything. The only way we can get things done is through an intellectual revolution. Violence will do nothing, people can not win with violence. Look at what Martin Luther King did, through peaceful protest and not giving up. What if he had just complained and never did anything?

The point is, getting those who are the State elected officials completely aware and involved is a way of possibly stopping what has been happening.

Many of the states are Republican held state representatives. They don't like Obama. To me getting this information to them, they may then want to stop it.

I only wish more people would try and do this with their state officials.

I won't give up. They may come to my door step, but what I have been doing is peaceful and I have never condoned violence etc.

I have to believe somewhere there are morals in elected officials.

Some are willing to stand up. Look at some of the AGs standing up to the bank fraud and not going along with a settlement. They want an investigation into the banks. That is what gives me hope... there will be some who will stand up for the people. That is why I am doing what I am doing in emailing my State elected officials. Even though Tennessee is leading the pack against U.S. Citizens rights.

  3. Just as a note: They can't veto 1031 1032 and 1033 as these are simply provisions to the bill which is S1867 (a $650 billion military spending bill). He can veto S1867 and suggest changes including changing provisions 1031 1032 and 1033.

However, if you've been paying attention for the last 10 years, you'll note that the domestic police forces have been militarized. The need for military police is null. This is a dog and pony show for us.

    Treason
-treason n the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one's country or of assisting its enemies in war

    http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_A3Sec3.html
    U.S. Constitution - Article 3 Section 3
Article 3 - The Judicial Branch
    Section 3 - Treason

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

    ----

    As it says
Treason against the United States, shall consist 8<-.-.>8 in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

What do enemies of the US want and what do they need help/aid in?
In order for enemies of the US to succeed in their goals, they have to change the government/regime/US. The only way they can do this is changing/subverting/lowering or nullifying the limitations as codified in the Constitution and get rid of the imaginary line where the rights of the individual citizen start as stated in the of Bill of Rights.

Our politicians are helping the enemies on the outside (And there are many who don't like rights for free humans, and rather give those people temporary permissions.) with the political means availlable to them.

Something outside enemies can't do, since those means are not availlable to them.

After they signed this document how many witnesses do you need?

The frog might at a certain moment want to jump out of the boiling water, but when it finds that its limbs are cooked to mush. It has no choice but being cooked to death, and experiencing it all in all horror.

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

I wonder if that means still something.

  6. I believe it is very possible that Obama feared this bill going through as is so he made it unpalpable to the American people to get the coverage and response against it that it has gotten. This also covers his ass in terms of a good reason to veto, also makes him out to be the hero... He just may have beat the GOP and their own pea and shell game.

    ReplyDelete
  7. The only reason he would veto it, is because it does not give him the absolute power as he wants!"

It does give him the power he wants. I think you meant:

The only reason he would veto it is if it didn't give him the absolute power as he wants!

  8. Why be catty, we are on the same side? I hope you understand that is how they want us to be, at each others throats, so please resist that temptation. I am not saying it is true, I am saying it is possible. You gotta think like them to understand. We will see in 2 days though. #solidarity.

  9. What, you don't think Obama is above making himself the hero? We are nearing the DNC and elections.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Terry, he will veto the bill for not being able to have absolute control. The Senate did not give me absolute dictorial status with being able to hold people. He wanted to be able to hold people and also decide which area of Justice etc. Only if people don't inform themselves fully about the bill will they think Obama is doing them a favor.

It does not make him look good for INSISTING U.S. Citizens were put in the bill! U.S Citizens being named in the bill is Obama's fault. How does that make him a hero? It doesn't!~ When the information gets out - people will see him fully for what he is.

MSM hasn't even mentioned this bill passing, so most do not even know about it.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Whether this gets vetoed or not doesn't make too much difference, the government violates the basic law of the land, the US Constitution, every day. We no longer live under the rule of law but under the rule of criminals.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Terry, maybe I am reading your comment wrong. Are you defending Obama having U.S. citizens put in the bill? Are you making an excuse for him?

Or are you trying to say it was his way of thinking possibly? Sorry if I have misunderstood what you have meant in your comments.

I have commented back under the impression you were making an excuse for him. If that was not your intent, then I am sorry for my reactive comments back to you.

  13. Cool, thanks for saying that. The thought just occurred to me when I was reading your story that in politics something like this could happen. After replaying in my head for a while, it made sense as a strategy. I think it is 50/50 he will veto, and I am very afraid for our country if he does not. I appreciate you putting the video out there.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Anon - Read the below - from the video inserted - OH.... Nice try though.... you may want to be "on the ball" a little more. :)

As soon as December 13, the President will sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or trial. The bill that passed Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. The text of Section 1031 reads, "A covered person under this section" includes "any person who has committed a belligerent act". We only have to be ACCUSED, because we don't get a trial.

    - Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. He has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment -- in fact, it was requested by the Obama administration. Watch the video for proof.

    - The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don't be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), "Nothing in this section shall be construed...", the only word that matters is "construed" because the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.

    - Any time you hear the words, "requirement for military custody" this refers to 1032 NOT 1031. We MUST not confuse these two sections. In their statements, the Obama administration has actually contributed to the confusion about 1032's "requirement for military custody", which is COMPLETEY UNRELATED to Section 1031 citizen imprisonment without trial. These tricky, misleading words appear even in major news stories. Don't fall for it!

  20. Mike - We need help fighting NDAA. I have spent alot of time analyzing NDAA Sections 1031 and 1032, reading the legislative history, and talking with people.

Some say that the addition of 1031(e) excludes Americans. That isn't true.

Section 1031(e) provides " Authorities- Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities, relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United States."

Sounds good right? As Graham says, and reassures, "we aren't changing the law. Nothing in the bill is inconsistent with existing law."

Not so fast. Graham gave himself away. He claims this bill (which he contends allows indefinite detention of Americans for acts in the US) is consistent with the Supreme Court's Padilla decision. Hmmmmm.

But the Padilla decision is anethema to conservatives. The Bush administration grabbed American citizen Padilla (in the US) before the FBI could, and stuck him in a naval brig in South Carolina.

After three years in a naval brig (the first two with no access to a lawyer), Padilla got to the Supreme Court. The Court ordered that Padilla not be held in a military brig and tried in federal court. He was convicted in a jury trial.

But conservatives hate this decision. Which leads to the question - why does Graham contend that his bill is consistent with a Padilla decision that opened the legal door for Padillas release from the brig? They seem contradictory.

In Padilla, the court only ordered Padilla released because President Bush had not been authorized by Congress to have the military detain American citizens for acts away from a combat zone as enemy combatants. So the Padilla decision depends on the fact that no such Congressional approval for military detention was given. But it opens the door to such detention under a different set of facts.

NDAA and passage of 1031 will give Congressional approval to the President to have the military detain American citizens who committed act away from combat zones as enemy combatants (which closes the loophole that sprung Padilla).

But the bill goes further. Padilla engaged in conspiracy to commit terror. Under this bill, even "substantial support" for forces associated with terrorists can be detained by the military. That vaguely worded phrase is well short of conspiracy.

Worse still, those deciding what constitutes substantial would be military personnel. Not judges, not lawyers, maybe not even college grads.

This deprives American citizens of their Constitutional right to a jury trial for offenses committed within the US far from an actual combat zone when civilian courts are working perfectly well.

  25. Dear Sherrie, I know that one of the main reasons for the SB-1867 is because the criminals that are behind the Spy Satellite Operations are so scard that all the American citizens are all going to find out about people being tortured by spy satellite "Directed Energy Weapons", tortured right into their death. I am a victim of "DEWs" torture and the satellite is operated by my neighbors across the road from me and they live in a dugout and I know their names. This Sheriff Dept. is fooled, thinking it is for peoples safety and security and the officals not knowing the truth. Spy satellite operations are being done all across the U.S. and people being caused to have all kinds of health problems by the "DEWs" and most people don't yet know it, but a lot of people have found it out. There are a lot of people reporting it. Just punch in 'Torture by Satellites in America" and you can begin to find out a lot of information about it. Or punch in www.surveillanceissues.com or freedomfchs.com. Sin., Don J. Brown, Jefferson City, TN.

  31. I agree that the 'veto' is just smoke and mirrors to appease the masses until it is time to strike. Personally, I do not have any hopes of any of our legislators honoring their oaths (it is to their advantage to disregard the Oath of Office).

Last week, I happened to click through an episode of 'Sons of Guns' where they were arming a police patrol boat in Louisiana. They added a M240 machine gun mounted next to a MK19 belt-fed 40mm grenade launcher and a tear-gas launcher on the side.

The pretext was that the police needed this firepower to deal with drug smugglers. (Maybe I'm not as alert as I think I am, but I have not heard of any instance where our police forces were so vastly out-gunned that they required military grade, crew-served weapons just to stay in the game.) Besides, I would think that stopping water-borne smugglers/pirates would be in the purvue of the Coast Guard.

Couple this episode with the recent articles about police forces arming themselves with military armaments and you have a recipe for disasterous martial law. I would like to have access to a LEO who could/would divulge what 'secret' orders/documents they are seeing that warrants this dangerous upgrade.

My suspicion is that schedules are escalating and may happen before the new year. (Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I am old enough to understand the difference between paranoia and history.)

I'm revising my plans and checking my bug-out bags. The Emperor and the Elites will protect their interests at any cost. If you have any doubt about the 'Honor' of our leaders, ask yourself one simple question: "Why are there no Impeachment proceedings?" (The Holder / Corzine shows are just that, diversionary entertainment. There are scores of impeachable crimes being committted by the Administration and members of Congress each day. The Supreme court actions are just delaying tactics.) Each day becomes more ominous than its predecessor.

If you have not developed a plan, the clock looks like it IS 'ticking'. Develop a plan for what you will do, where you will go, who you will trust, what you will take with you, how you will get there, and most importantly...what is the trigger event in your own mind that will set you into action/motion, what is the breaking point? (Remember boiling frogs.) I do not suggest posting your plans in response to this...you need to keep your survival plans to yourself or at least an unmonitored forum. Be wary of who you trust, and even whose advice you listen to. Question everyone and everything and be observant.

If you want a free eBook to get you started on your planning process, I have it and other free stuff at www.rongoulden.com/Literary.htm

It's up to you if you use the link... I get nothing from it (it's free). I don't even care if you use the link or the information. Try to survive.

One little sidebar...while the Feds and LEOs are arming themsleves and they have their toys and snipers, most hunters can probably shoot close to sniper effectiveness, so you have a (relative) handful of highly trained marksmen vs. tens (hundreds) of thousands of highly skilled hunters. Crew-served weapons are not much use if no one is alive to use them.

Sidebar 2: In retrospect, the wars in the middle east are obviously merely training exercisesto learn how to fight an urban war.

  32. Obama will give free reign to liberals by only taxing and jailing conservative Christians.

  33. Lobotomy 1979, Connecticut. Obummer is a puppet and contrary to any policy espoused by democratic or republican parties through times of attack. The prancing, mewling congress will not say out loud who did 9-11 out of shear tit-sucking cowardice. They belong in prison for costing the American people so much. Are they all stupid enough to continue along these lines? They omit the complete dimension of thought from their daily experience.
The individuals being quiet and wanting to chew the whole lot new orifices can hold on for just so long and they number in the millions. Congress' betrayal of the American people is evident.

  34. What is the Bill number.......I only heard a small piece of Senator Levin's speech... there is not enough evidence in the small sound bite to make an intelligent judgement... give me the entire speech by Senator Liven....

  35. Lets here the entire Senator Levin speech.... sound bites are for the media not for real judgements.....keep in mind that about 95% of America has arms...

  36. Gary - you can go to Cspan and see the whole video of it.

Sound bite? hmmm... considering that Levin said a couple of times in the video that Obama is the one who required U.S. citizens be put in the bill.. that isn't clear enough for you? Remember Levin is a Democrat.

But go to Cspan - they have videos there - have at it and have fun!

Seems to me... it was very clear in what Levin said in explaining who put the U.S. Citizens in for indefinite detainment without any rights.

But I understand those who are loyal to another don't want to accept facts.

Have fun watching the Senate at Cspan! Enjoy yourself!

  38. Thanks for the video on this troubling bill and its language. However, isn't it painfully obvious that there are big interests much more powerful than us (even if "united"), that now want such governmental power & authority to become real in the USA? They will never, ever stop. Worse, there is literally nothing effective & meaningful, that you can do about it either (it's already as good as done). You could just get hurt trying, and still won't win!

  40. Sherrie,

your kidding right? At this point we are the mice fighting a gorilla. There are more old dumb americans that still belive its the clean 1950's and less people support the cause. Your post has a great deal of respect and i applaude you. However there is no stopping the NWO and the plan from the commitee of 300. The wheels are turning at the exact speed the Illuminati want it too. Sorry, but no OWS or vote from the "american" people will stop it. We have allowed a corporate gorilla to grow into a monster that is only hungry for war, power and profit. Yes 1935-1938 was the year of hitler rise, but dont use germany in the equation, the idea was similar in that the cleaning the USA needs to get back to the basic way of USA life, but we have grown into the new world nazi, yes the USA and its money monkeys, have invaded and wared with more countries and killed more innocent then Hitler and Germany ever did. Please do your history check, the winners always write their history and its always to their benifit. We have to join the "club" get in and destroy it from the inside, thats the only way.

  41. Is this the "change you can believe in"? whatever that meant in 2008 (I never did understand that message)it is abundantly clear now that it's not what we voted for.

Habeas Corpus is a constitutional right not to be abrogated by any governmental edict except, and I quote U.S. Constitution Article 1 - The Legislative Branch, Section 9 - Limits on Congress

"The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

When do we defend our constitution when the president and congress both act in rebellion against it? What is our recourse?

  42. The 'clause' has been changed. The problem is that the 'clause' was 'proposed' at all. This is our battle, and it is far from over.

We need to pick through each and every bill, because in congress both the dems and cons have sold us out. And the only reason this clause was changed, was because for some of these miscreants; it's election time.

  44. This only applies to the U.S. Corporation, its property, US Citizens, which the supreme court rejects as nonsensical, although most people believe in the myth. Public policy rules the sea and its vessels as of 1938, yes, reading will be required to understand what this means to all those in the land of OZ! 1. Birth certificate is the creation of the US Corp that registers it, then pledges a man or woman as collateral behind it. 2. who has legal/equitable interest in the legal name/fiction? Its creator. 3. what legal right do we have in the name? Intellectual property theft is what its called, so we have none!

  47. Anon - Obama signed the bill yesterday 11/31/11 - didn't veto it. That was yet another lie he spewed and then did the opposite. I went to the site you linked - it didn't convince me.
