NBC and Saturday Night Live Wants Constitution Gone and 2nd Amendment/Guns Rights Wiped Out. Implied Gun Owners 'Extremist'

I watched SNL last night, though I don't normally do so because they are so one sided politically.  Their segments always are very liberal.

I was completely outraged at what they said on Weekend Update. But before that, they had a segment about guns and it implied people were over the top and reckless regarding them.  After weekend update they had yet another segment about guns that made those who stand by their rights as complete and total nuts, besides being extremist, using a 9 year old character played by Amy Schumer

Watch the weekend update at 32 seconds they begin their rant that we should not have gun rights and the constitution needs to go.   I was literally shocked!

This is what they said, among other things in the segment:

The two Weekend Update hosts joked about the role of the Constitution as it pertains to the right to own guns. Che joked, “There’s a gun for every man, woman and child in this country; what are we preparing for, a rap beef?”.
He continued, “I know the forefathers said you have a right to own guns, but they also said you had a right to own people… the Constitution is a lot like our grandfather, he’s wise, we love him, and he means well, but he’s getting really, really old.”

For NBC/SNL to have 3 segments against guns and implying anyone who owns a gun is a nut, shows those at the top are desperate for people to give up their rights!

There is a real push now for the U.S. citizens to give up our 2nd amendment rights and our freedoms.  The Pope is even pushing it, by saying those who own guns are not Christians. 

All I can say, for those who believe in our Constitution and our Rights, the more we are pushed, the stronger and firmer we will stand with our determination to keep our Freedoms and Rights that our Forefathers gave us!

Those in power want all of us to give up our right to defend ourselves and our nation.

History has shown over and over again when people of a nation give up their right to guns, the country becomes a country based on fear of the officials through tyranny.  Genocide is the next step and easily accomplished, against the people.

Look at the Middle East, ISIS has declared no guns allowed outside of their members.

1. In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915-1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves against their ethnic-cleansing government, were arrested and exterminated.
2. In 1929, the former Soviet Union established gun control as a means of controlling the “more difficult” of their citizens. From 1929 to the death of Stalin, 40 million Soviets met an untimely end at the hand of various governmental agencies as they were arrested and exterminated.
3. After the rise of the Nazi’s, Germany established their version of gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, and others, who were unable to defend themselves against the “Brown Shirts”, were arrested and exterminated. Interestingly, the Brown Shirts were eventually targeted for extermination themselves following their blind acts of allegiance to Hitler. Any American military and police would be wise to grasp the historical significance of the Brown Shirts’ fate.
4. After Communist China established gun control in 1935, an estimated 50 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves against their fascist leaders, were arrested and exterminated.
5. Closer to home, Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayans, unable to defend themselves against their ruthless dictatorship, were arrested and exterminated.
6. Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves from their dictatorial government, were arrested and exterminated.
7. Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million of the “educated” people, unable to defend themselves against their fascist government, were arrested and exterminated.
8. In 1994, Rwanda disarmed the Tutsi people and being unable to defend themselves from their totalitarian government, nearly one million were summarily executed.
The total numbers of victims who lost their lives because of gun control is approximately 70 million people in the 20th century. The historical voices from 70 million corpses speak loudly and clearly to those Americans who are advocating for a de facto gun ban. Governments murdered four times as many civilians as were killed in all the international and domestic wars combined. Governments murdered millions more people than were killed by common criminals and it all followed gun control.

What history shows us is more people are murdered through gun control and confiscation than if the people had been able to bear arms.  Those murdered were 70 Million by their governments!

 If people are paying attention, our government is not exactly "For the People and By the People" anymore.  In fact if you read what Boehner wrote about resigning all you need to do is read between the lines.

"The first job of any Speaker is to protect this institution that we all love. 

He did not say "Country or People" but he said Institution!  That is what it is all about.  Those in power are there to protect the "institution" and themselves.  We simply need to read and listen to what people are saying carefully to understand what they are really saying.

Our government is out of control, in my opinion.  It is not about the people at all, it is about control and power.  Those at the top obviously have a plan and to fully implement that plan they need us to give up our guns.  Their plan may also be 20 years down the line as they think and plot years/decades ahead of time.  All you have to do is look at 9/11 and how long it appears that plan had been in place.

I am sorry to all those who lose their lives through guns, no violence is acceptable!  But please read that more people lose their lives through chemicals, ie: pharmaceutical drugs, than guns.  Is anyone pushing to outlaw prescription drugs?

What is also crazy is the fact that pharmaceutical companies were given immunity from law suits by the people when their drugs cause death.  You can not sue a drug company.  Yet Hillary Clinton was gun manufacturers responsible and sue able for gun deaths.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Ultimate Reason? Why, The influx of young Illegal immigrants arranged by White House - 'Dream Act': "Military Purposes"

I have been researching how all the thousands and thousands of illegal immigrant children are going to get enrolled in public schools.

I have found many law sites (here is one for New York) saying illegals are allowed in schools with proof of residency and age.  The vaccination proof can be skipped by saying "Religious objection".  How are they going to get into public schools with no proof of residency and possibly no proof of age, since they don't have their parents with them?

I am curious how all these children are going to get into schools without their parents being with them.  Especially since it seems Obama sent 760 of them to Tennessee without informing the Governor or state ahead of time.

I know what it took for me to get my child enrolled in a new high school last year.  I had to provide all types of documents.

So I wanted to know if the children will be given special status and not have to go by the laws, just as they were given special status for flying without IDs on commercial flights.  The TSA just waved them through.  

So far it seems that if you are illegal you have special status where laws don't apply to you, including getting free health care etc.

After doing quite a bit of research I believe I ultimately found Why all the illegals are being brought in by the White House and their purpose for the Obama agenda.  

I found a Wikipedia page about the Undocumented children and the last paragraph really got my attention and made me begin thinking about their whole purpose for the U.S. government and what the government has been trying to do the last few years and how they can accomplish their goals through illegal immigrants with the Dream act.

Non-citizens who have served for at least 36 months are 9 to 20 percent less likely to leave the service than white citizens.

Dream act portal:

Under the rigorous provisions of the DREAM Act, qualifying undocumented youth would be eligible for a 6 year long conditional path to citizenship that requires completion of a college degree or two years of military service.

Now which route do you think an illegal will take?  6 years of college or 2 years of military service?

It seems to me this influx of the White House arranging illegals at a military age or coming to military age is to have them join and thus have no alliance to the constitution or qualms about confiscating U.S. citizen's guns at gun point.

Our U.S. citizen soldiers are passionate about  upholding the Constitution and fighting for our Freedoms.  That is a big difference than the illegal immigrants will be in our military.


Our country is being decimated from the inside out.

4th of July. We have no right to celebrate it. Where is the American Spirit which formed this country in the First Place?

Today is the Fourth of July.  It is an American holiday of our Independence from Control of Britain.

It is actually a sad today, in my opinion.  Why?

Our great country was formed by people who risked their lives and fought for Liberty and Justice and Freedom for ALL!

Think about what the fore fathers went through.  Think about what the people went through during that time.

They were determined to have Freedom!  They were determined to not be controlled and made slaves of by the British.   They envisioned a more "Perfect Union" for All!

Many lost their lives to fight for our Freedoms.  It is not the same as what the military are doing now.  Even though the government tries to say all the wars are for "Our Freedoms and Democracy", we know it is for their control of another country.

We have no right to celebrate the Fourth of July anymore!  American's have lost their spirit.  Americans have given up their Freedoms. Americans have given up their liberty.  American's have given up their basic human rights to Privacy.   Americans are about to give up their country.

The people from 1776 would be disgusted and appalled today at how Americans have allowed the country they fought for go into an Orwellian and Dictatorship type control.   They would cry and wonder why the Americans today have allowed the country to go the way it has.

Where is the American spirit today?  Where is the real celebration of the Fourth of July?   Where is the spirit of Freedom and the most basic human rights of Liberty?

How can Americans sit back and allow our constitutional rights be shredded?   We have no rights to privacy anymore, all due to the "War on Terror."

I ask every American today to think back and imagine what it was like for those who fought for this country to be a Free country.  I ask every American to embody the Spirit of the basis for this country and how we were guaranteed basic human rights of Free Speech, Free from Oppressive government control, and Rights to Privacy besides our Right to Bear Arms!

I want Americans to reflect on what has happened to this country the last few decades and how our "leaders" have taken down the road they have.

I ask Americans to look at what other people are doing in other countries and how they are standing up for their country and their rights!

Where are Americans today?  Where is the American Spirit?

Americans have no right to celebrate the Fourth of July today!  They don't have that right because the Fourth of July is about Freedom!   We no longer have those Freedoms due to American in action of standing for what the original Fourth of July is about!

No man can be oppressed without his consent. No man can continue to be a victim without his permission. It is a CHOICE to give up one's liberty rather than to fight to preserve it. Each person on the planet is born with the same right to Freedom, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. When one person oppresses another, the victim still has his rights. He is just choosing not to assert them. So, WE STILL HAVE OUR RIGHT TO FREEDOM, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. Rather, Americans have GIVEN UP their freedoms, liberty and the right to pursue happiness to others who now control global commerce and military militias. We still have our rights! We are not asserting them. We are choosing to allow ourselves to be treated a certain way. It will continue to get worse until we refuse to be oppressed, enslaved, controlled and dominated.

Passing an illegal law does not make the law legal. Any law that distorts or impedes the Constitution is illegal. It is not illegal to resist an illegal "law". In fact, the founding fathers wrote that it is a moral imperative to resist such a force. Americans have chosen not to resist assaults on the Constitution.

I Beg Americans to have the FOURTH OF JULY SPIRIT!  EMBODY THE FREEDOM AS WE ARE MEANT TO HAVE! EMBODY THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY AS WE ARE MEANT TO HAVE!  EMBODY IT EVERYDAY!  NOT JUST TODAY!  DO SOMETHING!  DEMAND OUR RIGHTS TO BEAR ARMS, LIBERTY, FREEDOM, WITHOUT OPPRESSION!  BECOME AS OUR FOREFATHERS WERE: DETERMINED TO HAVE A COUNTRY THAT IS FREE FOR ALL AND A MORE PERFECT UNION!  

STAND UP FOR YOUR COUNTRY!  OUR FOREFATHERS STOOD UP IT IS TIME WE DO TOO!  

Rand Paul's Filibuster - Some Powerful Statements against Obama. Updated - As he says them.

Something to think about.

Why is Rand Paul the only one in D.C. who has shown concern about Obama being able to murder U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without due process and thus wiping out our 5th amendment.   Except for a few other Senators that have questions for Paul, there is silence about Obama and his drones.

Considering the majority voted for the NDAA, it is not a surprise.  Obviously this was planned for drone murders in the U.S. by Obama when the NDAA was conceived.  Remember Obama is the one who required that U.S. citizens in the U.S. be part of the wording of NDAA.  Video is at the bottom of that fact being revealed.

Think about that.

I am watching Rand Paul and his filibuster and listening to what he is saying.

First of all, I stopped having respect for Rand when he was a traitor to his father and endorsed Romney last year.

What Rand is saying right now is very powerful.  What he is actually saying is grounds for impeachment against Obama.  Yet, is anyone really listening?

Why hasn't those in the Senate and Congress begun articles of Impeachment against Obama.

Rand is saying Obama would be dangerous with the rights to make decisions in private of who he is going to target and kill with drones.

Some of the bullet points of important information,  I have written fast as he said them, once I began listening.

Paul says - Obama has ignored the constitutional court decisions against him. This appointments when Obama declared Senate out of session when it still was - was struck down by the court. But Obama has ignored it and the appointments are still in place.

Rand saying Obama has shown not going by the constitution and the power of drone killings in the U.S. will be in his hands when he doesn't pay attention to the constitution?

Says U.S. citizens being killed without due process.

Obama can secretly decide who to kill and there is no process. Does that mean people who were at a Liberty meeting and going to a Libertarian meeting and hate their government and are vocal about it, but they are peaceful - can Obama use a drone against them because he feels they are a threat.

Will Obama release the names of those he is going to target before he kills them? Does the 5th amendment apply to anyone anymore.

Will Obama publicly or secretly charge people? Will people have a chance to prove their innocence? Is everyone guilty now and not innocent in the eyes of Obama?

What is happening is bigger than the people, we will lose the constitution if this is allowed. 

Sen Moran from Kansas asked awesome questions:  If this is allowed will we even have any more of constitution left?  Is the constitution there to protect the people and their liberties?

What is the standard for killing Americans in America?

War is a perpetual machine that is never ending, just as the Iraq war supposedly ended years ago, but it is actually still going on.  There is no stop to this war on terror. 

7:04 Pm - Could political beliefs be a reason for drone strikes?  Those who support third party candidates, as they are listed as combatants due to their political beliefs. 

7:08 - Reading a resolution and if Senate votes on it then the Brennan nomination vote can go through and he would stop the filibuster.  

Resolution:

The Use of drones to execute American Citizens on American soil, violates the Constitution of the United States.  Detailed legal reasoning from Obama for lethal force against U.S. citizens.  

7:10 pm Durbin (Dem) objected to the resolution so it will not be voted on. 

7:14 pm - Obama has escalated the drone killing program. 

7:24 - Obama needs to understand that the Constitution still applies to the U.S. citizens. 

7:25 pm - Cruz - reading Tweets about Rand Paul standing up for the American People.

Cruz making Powerful Statements now after reading tweets:  Americans are frustrated that their elected officials are not standing up for their rights and Constitution!  

7:36 Paul says he would be willing to end the filibuster if Obama would simply come out and say that he would not kill non-combant Americans and acknowledge their power is not unlimited. 

Obama needs to just answer the question that he will not pick and choose who the 5th amendment applies to, that is applies to every citizen.

So much is being said, I believe every single U.S. citizen should be made to listen to these hours of information!  It is our country!

I am finding out that our country is so far gone down the illegal road that it needs to be completely reformed!  All of the elected officials except for a few, Paul, etc need to be taken out of office.  We need a NEW government!  We need our  government once more that is By the People and FOR the people!  This government is not!  

A President with a Nobel Peace Prize wants to be able to MURDER U.S. Citizens at his will and when he wants in the U.S.!  How bizarre is that?!


10:47 PM - Sen Cruz has just revealed that George Bush tried to get the State Court of Texas to submit to the "World Court" of the UN.  regarding a case and be subjected to the World Court.  He just said Bush attempted to give away the sovereignty of the U.S. courts to the World court.  The case went all the way to the Supreme Court. 

I will continue to add points as they are said and are highly important. 

Obama being Sworn in as President in Private and Secret without Press on Sunday January 20th. Why no Press allowed?

This is something that is absolutely bizarre.

It seems that Obama will be sworn in as President in private (secret) without the Press being allowed to view to video it. They will release photos that the White House Press photographer will take, after it is done.

WHY? Seriously... how come the secrecy? Why won't they allow it to be videoed?


 Excuse me BUT.... this is our country and Obama is suppose to work for us!  Also he supposedly was going to be the most transparent President....

I know that is a laugh, just like all those empty 2008 promises that were out the window...

Besides all his Bull**** things he had said he would do for the people, yet out Bushed Bush and since has been the most self centered non-producing nor liberty President in our history.  In fact he will be going down as the worst President ever and taking the U.S. down into the gutters with debt and lies...

He is now going to be sworn in to what amounts as secrecy due to no outside press or disclosure of the swearing in?

What type of swearing in will be done?  The normal?  If it was the normal why can't there be press there?

So if there is no allowing of public disclosure of the swearing in, that then begs the question and leaves to the imagination.... what type of swearing in will it actually be?  A swearing in of a dictatorship?  A swearing in using something other than the Bible?     A swearing in without saying he will follow the "constitution" of the United States?   A swearing in of an abnormal ceremony?

Yes a lot of things are left to the imagination of how Obama will be sworn in as the President of our country.

Considering it is our country and we the people are who make the country great, not the politicians.  We have a right to see the swearing in of the person that was placed as President.

Obama has no right to have this in private nor secret of what is said and how it is done.

So..... what are we to think that this President is wanting to be sworn in secretly/privately?   It sure does make the imagination run wild with all those "conspiracies" out there about him not really having the United States best interest in his heart and mind.

This is my stance and what I say to this government:

We the People of these United States of which this country was founded on the Constitution of the United States have a right to see the person who is going to be leading the United States as President for the next four years... Sworn in to do that duty for the Citizens of these United States!  He is our employee and he is suppose to do the bidding of the people who live by the constitution of these United States!   We demand to have a fully publicly  viewed Swearing in of Obama to confirm he will stand by the Constitution of which this country was founded!

Supreme Court to Rule on the Validity of the U.S. Constitution! This should be interesting!

The courts messed with the wrong Grandfather, they basically screwed him over in a lawsuit and the Supreme Court would not hear his appeal.  So, he decided to file a suit with the Supreme Court regarding the Constitutional Rights of people against the corrupt Federal Judges who violate people's Constitutional Rights!

This Grandfather did NOT give UP!  It shows it only takes one person to make a difference!  NOW THE SUPREME COURT HAS TO RULE ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF AMERICANS AND THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF!

Windsor has now tossed the hot potato right square in the laps of the justices of the Supreme Court.  By filing mandamus petitions rather than an appeal, The Supreme Court is forced to deal with Windsor's allegations of corruption in the federal courts.

Windsor says: "If The Supreme Court fails to act against these federal judges, the citizens of the United States need to know that there is not a shred of decency, honesty, or Constitutional rights in our federal courts.  Corruption has consumed the federal court system, and we now live in a police state.  Judges are free to do absolutely anything they want.  Our laws are meaningless.  Your life savings can be stolen by a federal judge, and they have no risk in violating every law in the books."

The Supreme Court may render its decision before the end of the year.  It's one retired grandpa against the United States government.
