Rand Paul is a FRAUD and another Obama! He has committed Treason against his Father and Now U.S. Citizens. I have NO Respect for him at All!

First I believed in Rand Paul when he ran for the Senate in Kentucky.  I supported his run and win.

Then during the 2012 Presidential election when he committed Treason and was a traitor against his father by endorsing Romney, I never listened to another word he said until his epic filibuster..

He redeemed himself in my eyes when he accomplished the epic 13 hour filibuster which I actually watched more than half of.  I was thrilled he was standing up for all of us and the country. I became a Rand Paul supporter once more.

NOW.... he has committed treason against the U.S. people and he has nullified his epic filibuster by going directly against it.

Rand Paul says at 2:30 point of the video below "If someone is coming out of a liquor store with a gun and $50 dollars I don't care if a drone kills him or a policeman kills him."

WTF???!!!!  REALLY???

You - Rand Paul..... Don't Care if a drone is JUDGE JURY AND EXECUTIONER of someone ROBBING a store?   So someone should be KILLED for robbing a Store?

How Dare you..... believe drones should KILL people during a crime instead of letting a jury of their peers convict them!!!!   Also, who is to say the real robber didn't toss the person out with the gun, no one knows what the real situation is, until evidence is completely provided in a COURT ROOM!

You are not a TRUE Constitutionalist and you are a traitor, Rand Paul!!

I hope the people of Kentucky Vote You OUT!  I will NEVER support you, We can not TRUST you!  You are a true politician.   Not trustworthy, a player of the game and I have NO respect for you!

It is sad that all politicians in Washington are against the U.S. citizens.  There is not one person there who is really for our freedoms and liberty now.   We have lost our country due to allowing the politicians to do as they have without people being more involved from decades ago in what they were doing.

They are all owned by corporations and big business.   They are all puppets on a string that are controlled by their masters.  None of them are there for us, they are there for money and power.

We need REAL people in D.C.!  We need to somehow get all those asleep that are willing to vote for the same old tired and controlled D.C. official to see the light.  We need everyone of them out and vote someone who is not controlled and won't be bought in!

It is so frustrating that we don't have any real representation in D.C. and people we thought were on the side of the Constitution and Bill of Rights were/are just pandering for votes and selling the people down the river to the slave masters.

PLEASE KENTUCKY VOTE THE FRAUD, RAND PAUL OUT OF OFFICE!!  HE IS THE WORST OF THEM!  HE TALKS OUT OF TWO SIDES OF HIS MOUTH!  HE IS ANOTHER OBAMA - MAKES FALSE PROMISES TO THE  PEOPLE AND LIES TO GET ELECTED AND THEN DOES THE OPPOSITE OF EVERY SINGLE THING HE PROMISED!

Rand Paul's Filibuster - Powerful. Revealed: George Bush tried to give Sovereignty of our courts to the UN. Damage Control in works.

I have gone to various websites of both the "left and right" and have read the comments about the Filibuster.

It is so sad to me that people are so divided and so blind, they will stand by their "man/party" and not the country as a whole and one.

Those who control have done an excellent job at getting people divided and hating one another due to their party lines.

I don't have a party line, I am neither left or right anymore.  I am independent.  I believe in the freedoms and our rights not in a party.  I believe in truth and all people are created equal.  I believe the power should be in the people's hands not the D.C. hands or two party hands.

Those on the left are standing by Obama and his rights to murder citizens with drones at his will.  Those on the right are trying to stop Obama and his drones.

I watched the filibuster until 11pm and it was still going on as I turned it off.  It was the most captivating T.V. in years.

I believe every U.S. citizen should listen to it.

Senator Cruz got up around 10:30 Pm and revealed some very interesting information I was not aware of previously.   Besides that he said "If the tables were turned and this was Bush wanting the power to kill people at will in the U.S. we would have a whole different dynamics happening here."

Think about that.   If it was Bush, all those that are defending Obama right now on the left would be yelling and screaming.  The right would be defending the drones.   Though Cruz did say, he believed Rand Paul would still be up there doing a filibuster as it is about our Constitution.

It was refreshing to hear an elected official actually Stand Up for the American People and the Country.  It was sad that other Republicans were having dinner out with Obama while someone of their "party" was standing up for the America our forefathers created of freedom and liberty.

It is sad that we don't have elected officials who do what is right for the people and don't give a sh** about the people or the country or our freedoms.   I sincerely believe that all the elected officials in D.C., except for a very few, don't do anything for us and our freedoms their jobs are now to take away our freedoms little by little but steadily.

Rand Paul would have stopped the filibuster if Obama would simply say "He would not use a drone to murder U.S. citizens that are not being combatants."

What Senator Cruz revealed regarding George W. Bush, is the fact that George Bush as President tried to subvert our state courts to the UN World Court. The case George Bush tried to have the UN world court take over the Texas State court is Medellin v. Texas, but it would affect all courts in the U.S.   The case went all the way to the Supreme Court and they ruled Bush was unconstitutional in March of 2008.  Here is their ruling on the case.

Here is the video starting at 10:30 min mark Cruz begins speaking about Bush and if the tables were turned with a republican in office wanting to fly drones, how the other side would be standing up. He starts to talk about the case Medellin v, Texas and what it involved. He mentions how the World Court tried to have the power over the case at the 13 min mark. He says 94 nations said the U.S. court was subject to the World Court and United Nations. At the 14 min mark is when he reveals Bush tried to subvert the State Court to the UN World court. It was the first time in history that any President had ever tried to assert a power no where in the Constitution. Listen to this.. to understand what the past Presidents have tried to do against the U.S. Sovereignty and the citizens.

My point is..... it does not matter the left or right in office.  They are all puppets and have all been undermining our Country's Sovereignty and Constitution for decades.  It will only happen if "We The People" allow it to happen.  They can not take away our rights, we can only "give up" our rights.  I personally will continue to Stand Up and I will not relinquish my Freedoms and Rights.

McCain needs to GO! What an Old man who is nothing but a tool for the NWO. He disrespected Rand Paul on the Senate floor the next day, by reading liberal rag newspapers opinions about Rand Paul's filibuster. Remember McCain is the one who stripped protection of the U.S. citizens from the NDAA bill.  McCain's last sentence in this video "Rand Paul made people believe they are in danger from their government and they are not."  What a laugh!  We are considered the enemy in the government's eyes!  That right there shows what a liar the man is.  I think they are all upset over Truth being revealed during the Filibuster!

McCain had dinner with Obama while Rand Paul was Standing Up for America and all the citizens. He was ignoring Rand Paul and obviously showing disrespect for him during the filibuster by having dinner with Obama. Since then he has come out a number of times criticizing Rand Paul. He was on Piers Morgan saying it was ridiculous about the drones and what Rand Paul did.

The tools are really working hard to try and cover what they are doing and damage control from Rand Paul's Liberty Stand for America and all the Citizens!

Rand Paul's Filibuster - Some Powerful Statements against Obama. Updated - As he says them.

Something to think about.

Why is Rand Paul the only one in D.C. who has shown concern about Obama being able to murder U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without due process and thus wiping out our 5th amendment.   Except for a few other Senators that have questions for Paul, there is silence about Obama and his drones.

Considering the majority voted for the NDAA, it is not a surprise.  Obviously this was planned for drone murders in the U.S. by Obama when the NDAA was conceived.  Remember Obama is the one who required that U.S. citizens in the U.S. be part of the wording of NDAA.  Video is at the bottom of that fact being revealed.

Think about that.

I am watching Rand Paul and his filibuster and listening to what he is saying.

First of all, I stopped having respect for Rand when he was a traitor to his father and endorsed Romney last year.

What Rand is saying right now is very powerful.  What he is actually saying is grounds for impeachment against Obama.  Yet, is anyone really listening?

Why hasn't those in the Senate and Congress begun articles of Impeachment against Obama.

Rand is saying Obama would be dangerous with the rights to make decisions in private of who he is going to target and kill with drones.

Some of the bullet points of important information,  I have written fast as he said them, once I began listening.

Paul says - Obama has ignored the constitutional court decisions against him. This appointments when Obama declared Senate out of session when it still was - was struck down by the court. But Obama has ignored it and the appointments are still in place.

Rand saying Obama has shown not going by the constitution and the power of drone killings in the U.S. will be in his hands when he doesn't pay attention to the constitution?
Says U.S. citizens being killed without due process.

Obama can secretly decide who to kill and there is no process. Does that mean people who were at a Liberty meeting and going to a Libertarian meeting and hate their government and are vocal about it, but they are peaceful - can Obama use a drone against them because he feels they are a threat.

Will Obama release the names of those he is going to target before he kills them? Does the 5th amendment apply to anyone anymore.

Will Obama publicly or secretly charge people? Will people have a chance to prove their innocence? Is everyone guilty now and not innocent in the eyes of Obama?

What is happening is bigger than the people, we will lose the constitution if this is allowed.

Sen Moran from Kansas asked awesome questions:  If this is allowed will we even have any more of constitution left?  Is the constitution there to protect the people and their liberties?

6:51 pm Rand Paul has read some resolutions for the Senate about stopping Obama and his use of drones in the U.S.

6:58 pm Asking if people have the Bill of Rights anymore?  Or there exceptions to the bill of Rights?

What is the standard for killing Americans in America?

War is a perpetual machine that is never ending, just as the Iraq war supposedly ended years ago, but it is actually still going on.  There is no stop to this war on terror.

7:04 Pm - Could political beliefs be a reason for drone strikes?  Those who support third party candidates, as they are listed as combatants due to their political beliefs.

7:08 - Reading a resolution and if Senate votes on it then the Brennan nomination vote can go through and he would stop the filibuster.

Resolution:

The Use of drones to execute American Citizens on American soil, violates the Constitution of the United States.  Detailed legal reasoning from Obama for lethal force against U.S. citizens.

7:10 pm Durbin (Dem) objected to the resolution so it will not be voted on.

7:14 pm - Obama has escalated the drone killing program.

7:24 - Obama needs to understand that the Constitution still applies to the U.S. citizens.

7:25 pm - Cruz - reading Tweets about Rand Paul standing up for the American People.

Cruz making Powerful Statements now after reading tweets:  Americans are frustrated that their elected officials are not standing up for their rights and Constitution!

7:36 Paul says he would be willing to end the filibuster if Obama would simply come out and say that he would not kill non-combant Americans and acknowledge their power is not unlimited.

Obama needs to just answer the question that he will not pick and choose who the 5th amendment applies to, that is applies to every citizen.

So much is being said, I believe every single U.S. citizen should be made to listen to these hours of information!  It is our country!

I am finding out that our country is so far gone down the illegal road that it needs to be completely reformed!  All of the elected officials except for a few, Paul, etc need to be taken out of office.  We need a NEW government!  We need our  government once more that is By the People and FOR the people!  This government is not!

A President with a Nobel Peace Prize wants to be able to MURDER U.S. Citizens at his will and when he wants in the U.S.!  How bizarre is that?!

10:47 PM - Sen Cruz has just revealed that George Bush tried to get the State Court of Texas to submit to the "World Court" of the UN.  regarding a case and be subjected to the World Court.  He just said Bush attempted to give away the sovereignty of the U.S. courts to the World court.  The case went all the way to the Supreme Court.
I will continue to add points as they are said and are highly important.

Why they need to ban semi automatic guns. It is the planned technology to be used against the people. We need to watch the "Drone and Dorner" carefully.

Considering hand guns are the weapon of choice used by those who commit murder 90+% of the time.  Why the push to ban semi automatic guns?  I believe I connected the dots this morning.

Drones and robotic military/law enforcement technologies are becoming the "Judge, Jury and Executioner."  They are using drones which I wrote about in this article   there is a lot of research in it on how the U.S. is killing innocent people in many countries with drones.

It is being admitted that drones are being used in the manhunt for Dorner.

It's official: The drone war has come home to America. Wanted fugitive Christopher Dorner, the homicidal former cop currently at war with the LAPD, has become the first known human target for airborne drones on U.S. soil.

I began thinking about it and I am someone who likes to connect the dots.  The dots became loud and clear to me this morning.  The military and U.S. law enforcement are beginning to use drones.

Do people really think the U.S. would not begin using drones against it's own citizens on a regular basis?   Is the use of drones on U.S. soil the main reason for the NDAA bill?  That bill gives the right for the U.S. government and military  to be Judge, Jury and Executioner without rights or trials for the people.

Judges and juries will become obsolete as drones don't actually catch a person they will only be able to kill the person, thus they will be the Judge, Jury and executioner.   Sure it will ease up the court system, since the drones will simply take suspects out.

We all need to watch very carefully what happens with Dorner and if the drone takes him out or not.   They are using the words "Domestic Terrorist" for Dorner now.  That way he falls under the NDAA bill.  It is very easy for them to use those words for anyone who commits a crime in their minds, yet that crime has not been proven.  They have not proved Dorner has killed anyone.
Activist-Post has an article this morning with the LAPD saying "Drones may be our only hope of finding Dorner."

Those who try and control are years ahead of us in thought and set ups.  There is no doubt in my mind the plan for the use of drones against the U.S. people was formed years ago.  Now they need to have the people welcome it but they also need to get any weapons the people may have that could take out drones.

First lets look at how robots and drones are being used right now.  Remember the military machines and inventions always get to U.S. law enforcement too.

A warning to all Law enforcement personnel:  Your jobs are now officially at risk!  It won't happen right away but your jobs will become obsolete in the future as drones and humanoid robots are used more and more against the American public.

Kiplinger has an article from September of 2012:  9 Amazing Military Technologies of the Future.
This is from lasers to robots and many things in-between.

Here are the list of robots being used by the military right now.

Current Use Of Military Robots

Today, almost all the military organizations take the help of military robots to carry out many risky jobs that cannot be handled manually by soldier. We have also seen a great development in military robots when compare to military robots in earlier time. At present, different military robots are utilized by many military organizations. Here, in this article we will discuss about the current use of military robots and its different kinds.
Given here is a brief description on the present use of military robots:
Daksh – Daksh is one of the most current military robots. It is an electrically powered and remote controlled robot which is used to locate, handle and destroying risky objects safely. The man role of this military robot is to recover improvised explosive devices. In short it is a vehicle for defusing bombs. The current use of military robots like Daksh has helped military organization in many ways. This robot can even climb stairs to reach risky materials. Moreover, it can also scan objects using its portable X-ray device.
Goalkeeper – As far as the current use of robots in military is concerned, we cannot leave behind Goalkeeper. This military robot is a Dutch close-in weapon system that helps to defends ships from incoming missiles as well as ballistic shells. This system generally comprises of autocannon and advanced radar that tracks incoming fires. It is an automatic system that can be also be deployed to protect airfields.
PackBot – PackBot is basically a series of military robots. The most recent base model of this robot is PackBot 510. This model utilizes a videogame-style hand controller make handier to young women and man. Configurations in this recent model include PackBot 510 with EOD bomb disposal, PackBot 510 with fast Tactical Maneuvering Kit; PackBot 510 with first responder kit, PackBot 510 with HazMat Detection Kit, PackBot 510 with Fido and PackBot 510 with REDOWL Sniper Detection Kit.
MARCbot - This is also one type of military robots that has been used to inspect suspicious objects. It is a low cost robotic platform, and it has been used in Iraq for the inspection of suspicious objects. This robot is one amongst the smallest and the most commonly used military robots. It looks like a small toy truck with an elevated mast on which a camera is mounted. The camera is utilized for looking behind the doors. It has the capacity to run 6 hours on a set of fully charged batteries and was developed with the input of soldiers in Iraq to meet their needs. However, the use of military robots today has helped the soldier to detect hazardous materials and objects.
Besides above mentioned military robots, there are also other kinds of military robots often used by the military organizations. These robots include Guargium, RQ-9 Predator B, RQ-1 Predator, TALON, Samsung SGR-A1 and Gladiator Tactical Unmanned Ground Vehicle. The above information on the current use of military robots will let you know the kinds of military robots used in recent era.

The military put out a 2 million reward out for someone to invent a humanoid robot last year.
(says wouldn't be used on  the battlefield)  Yeah right... just like they said drones wouldn't be used in the U.S. years ago.

The United States is challenging every entrepreneur, engineer, developer and inventor to create the first military robot. The individual or team that creates a humanoid robot capable of walking on two legs and performing various tasks — driving vehicles and using tools — will be awarded $2 million by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The humanoid army isn’t intended for the battlefield, however; the military is interested in using robots for disaster-response scenarios in which robots will be able to assist service members in high-risk situations. “Robots undoubtedly capture the imagination, but that alone does not justify an investment in robotics,” said DARPA Acting Director, Kaigham J. Gabriel. “For robots to be useful to DoD they need to offer gains in either physical protection or productivity. The most successful and useful robots would do both via natural interaction with humans in shared environments.” The Robotics Challenge will begin in October 2012 and run through December 2014. Read on for DARPA’s press release.

PBS did an article about armed military robots in 2009 and how they are being used in the battlefield.

Can we have go down the rabbit hole so far in the United States, that we could be hunted and killed by robots without thought?  Yeah, sounds crazy... just as 10 years ago if someone said, "Drones will be used in the U.S, we won't have rights to a jury or judge (NDAA), we will be considered guilty and have to prove innocence, our conversations and e-mails will be surveilled without warrants (FISA), etc." people would have considered that crazy, yet it is now reality.

Watch the opening scene of Terminator 2 - seems too "sci-fi", Drones and Humanoid robots hunting people?   Remember real life can imitate art..no matter how "out there and extreme" the art may be at times.

Now, lets get to the push to get rid of semi-automatic weapons along with large ammo clips.   Those who want them banned are saying because those are made, simply for killing people in-mass.   But let's really think about the technology they are bringing out against the people.  Hand guns would have no affect on drones or humanoid (future technology).  But what would have an affect?  Someone with a semi-automatic and large clip, who could continue to shoot at a drone, could take that drone out.   So it is important to get semi-automatics out of the citizens hand for the planned technology to be used against the U.S. citizens.  They think years ahead of time.   Just as the Patriot Act had been written before 9/11 to take away our rights, as it was introduced just days later and passed with speed in D.C.

Yes,  all of this sounds so far fetched, but if you think about it, it is not far fetched at all.  I believe they are moving fast and I also believe if "We the People" allow the use of drones and sanctify it being used against Dorner...we will have officially gone down the rabbit hole and an Orwellian society.  They always use "good reasons" with the help of the media to justify using more lethal force and taking away our rights one at a time.

All those in law enforcement need to not just view the immediate happenings, they need to use critical thinking about what is going to happen down the road once they accept this technology  being used domestically. Normal policemen will become obsolete.

I can only hope that people see and understand what the future holds if we do not stand our ground.   People need to use critical thinking, even though those who do are considered "conspiracy theorist."   We the people need to seriously band together!  We can not allow drones that are "Judge, Jury and executioner" to be used against anyone!  They may put whatever good reasons and excuses as the reason for the use of drones... but we can not allow it!  We have to stand up against it!  We also need to stand strong against any gun-bans!

What could be used by the people against their drone wars?  Semi-automatics with large ammo clips!

Alex Jones did some sample shooting against drones.  When you watch this video, you will see what they used was semi-automatic guns!

I honestly believe I have connected the dots to why they need semi-automatics and large clips banned.  It is not just for "The Aurora, Sandy Hook" type shootings.  It is for the future they have planned and mapped out for us as they do it years before we know about it.

I believe so strongly and passionately about people needing to stand as ONE!  I have been been going door to door trying to get people to join the NRA.   Yeah, it is interesting.... Some welcome it and others have slammed the door in my face.   I will continue to do what I believe in with my heart and soul and I do honestly believe the way to Stand and Fight against D.C. and their plans is by becoming One in a strong force for our Rights and Freedoms!  That vehicle right now to me is the NRA.

Understand.... we are now at a point in this Country that will decide the future for our children and their children.  We either allow the use of robots and drones to become the "Judge, Jury and Executioner" and we are disarmed to protect ourselves against that technology... or we STAND UP for this country and our rights!  Once we allow it... they never take it back!

OH, btw.... when I was just previewing this article, I noticed something..... I laughed hard..... look at the name of the person they are using a drone against "Dorner"... what does Dorner spell with the letters:  DRONE!  Wow..... that is another subject..... are we being "played"?

Here is Dorner's complete manifesto

The Onion: Ceremonial Drone Flyover during Obama's Inauguration.

This is just too good not to post.

The Onion has an article about Ceremonial Drones being flown over the National Mall during Obama's Inauguration.

WASHINGTON—Taking the oath of office for his second term today, President Barack Obama joined thousands of supporters in the nation’s capital for traditional inauguration festivities that included a prayer invocation, a parade along Pennsylvania Avenue, and a ceremonial flyover of three combat drones. “When Obama was being sworn in on the Capitol steps, we could hear the drones screeching by overhead and everyone got really excited,” spectator Andrew Meyers, 34, said as he eagerly trained his eyes on the unmanned aerial vehicles that have taken out several hundred innocent civilians during presidentially authorized strikes in Pakistan and Yemen. “They go by super fast, but luckily there are Jumbotrons all over the National Mall, so nobody missed out. Wait, they’re coming back!” At press time, sources confirmed that inaugural celebrants were enjoying the Jumbotron’s live closed-circuit feed of the still-open prison facility at Guantánamo Bay.

But don't worry they really will be coming to the skies near you and you will be able to see them yourself one day in the near future.

The U.S govt and media are the biggest bullies in the world. Drone killings - Media: names and address of gun owners in N.Y. online.

(Warning.. graphic images are in this article)

The U.S. government is the biggest bully in the world.  Not just to other countries in the world but to the citizens of the U.S. too.

Let's stop to think  about what the U.S. government does around the world.

First the government kills women and children all the time through drone attacks.  They do this indiscriminately.   The U.S. government does this even without the approval of the countries they are killing the people in.   The U.S. doesn't care about the sovereignty of another country.    I have been researching drone attacks in Pakistan and how many innocent men, women and children the U.S. has killed. (I am going to include some of the research and information at the bottom of this article)

It really is sad to see a country that was suppose to be the shining light of humanity when it was formed with equal justice for all.  Yet the country has degraded so badly due to the morals of the leaders/elected officials.

We were suppose to be a place that other countries and people could look up to as an example of moral and ethical leadership and how the people of the country were free, yet worked for the benefit of all of mankind.

The U.S. as it stands today has become the most immoral country with the least ethical leaders of the world.

Through torture, jailing people without any rights or justice in a courtroom (including U.S. citizens), invading other countries, killing the innocent people including children without thought or remorse, poisoning it's own citizens through the air, water and food and bullying it's own citizens to get it's way.

Now... there is that term "Like begets Like."

The government has become a bully, yet they are shocked when citizens of the U.S. act out in a violent manner.  I don't believe people should act out in violence at all, but I also don't pretend to be "holier than thou" either, like the U.S. government does.

How did the country come to believe that we are the ones with the rights to all things in the world and to hell with the rest of the people of the world?

The U.S bullies it's citizens and creates a mind set through the media of "peer pressure."  They did this with those who smoke cigarettes, to the point of smokers hiding to smoke. In N.Y. and California, you can't even smoke in the opened air hardly.  It doesn't not matter if you agree with smoking or not... the fact is the U.S. became a bully to those who do.   FYI - I have researched about smoking and it is not all that it has been made to be.  The facts are what causes cancer are all the 3000 additives the big corps put in.  If people smoked pure tobacco without additives.. then it is actually good for you in many ways.   Don't just believe me... do some research yourself.   Also at the time of the big push against smokers, is when they began chemtrails in the 80's.  (Smoke coats your lungs so you don't absorb a lot of the poisons)

Now with the gun issue, the government and media are going to attempt to do the same thing  with gun owners.  Where gun owners will hide the fact they have guns.  They are using the media to go after legal gun owners, to make them ashamed of owning a gun.  It is exactly what they did with smokers.

A media outlet decided to risk people's lives and safety by putting an interactive map of law abiding citizens who have a legal right and permit to own a gun.  The address and names of all of those U.S. citizens in 3 counties in New York are on the net.  They are there for any robber or desperate person to get a hold of a gun, to break in.    But what the base of this is, is to bully those who are law abiding citizens who utilize their 2nd amendment of the constitution to have a gun.   They are trying to get people to give up their guns through "embarrassment."  (I will again say, this is exactly what they did with smokers.  Many gave up smoking due to the peer pressure and being ostracized for smoking.)

Update 12/26/12 10:10 pm - Article about ..A blogger put up an interactive map of the newpaper's staff with their names and addresses.  This includes the publisher's home address that put out the gun owners interactive map.
Here is the actual information on the bloggers site of the names and addresses of the staff.

What that media outlet has done is one of the biggest bullying tactics and they may have caused people to lose their lives in the future by doing so.  I can only hope that all of those people who are on the map with their names and addresses will have their guns next to them at night now.   There may be shootings in defense of themselves in houses around N.Y.

If people view things with a clear and honest vision, they will see that the U.S. government and media is the bully in the school yard that talks out of both sides of their mouth.

Children learn through their peers and parents as they are growing up, what is right and wrong.  They learn how to treat others through their experiences and culture.   Is there any wonder there is more violence now in the world, when the U.S. kills innocent people around the world and invades countries?  All anyone has to do is look at what they are being taught by those that are suppose to uphold the morals and ethics of the country.   Is there any wonder that kids think it is okay to bully another, when the U.S. government does it to the rest of the world?  Is it any wonder that kids think violence is okay over all, when the U.S. commits violent acts around the world?  Is there any wonder that people think they can get away with crimes when all the bankers that have committed fraud are free and never prosecuted?

The media acts so outraged when someone does something in the U.S. of a violent nature.  Isn't it time that the U.S. government and media look in the mirror to view themselves?

I have never played a violent game that I see advertisements on all the time... I am not a "gamer."  I personally don't see how someone can find killing lots of people in a game as being fun.   I do have a question, how does someone distinguish what is real or fiction when they spend hours and hours in those role playing games of killing others?

It is up to each of us to recognize bullying when we see it.  It is up to each of us to not be a part of it and speak out against bullying by an individual, government, media or peer group.

We have to stand up to bullying and it seems that the U.S. government and media gets what they want through bully tactics.    Don't forget that the U.S. government is now using drones insides the U.S..  I have no doubt at some point they will justify bombing their own citizens and the media of course will have their back in convincing people why it should be done.

Don't think that will happen?  Let me ask you this... did you ever think that owning a gun would become like smoking..where you have to hide that fact and be "ashamed" of it due to government and media pressure?

Regarding Drones there have been studies done in regards to how many people have been killed by drones and if drones really hit their targets or simply kills innocent men, women and children.

Last week an article came out "Confessions of a Drone Operator."
The guy quit after he killed an innocent child, yet another person that was part of the government called that child a "dog."    It makes you stop and contemplate... how did the morals in our government go so far down to call a child a dog?

I began researching drones and what the U.S has done and how many children have been killed last week.

The U.S. has continually jeopardized other countries sovereignty by using drones to kill the citizens of the country.   You have to wonder what would happen if another country felt it was there right to use drones inside the U.S. boundaries to kill people they said were a threat to their country?   We know that a war would start as the U.S. would scream and shout that the country that is using the drones would be committing "acts of war."   The U.S. would be the typical bully in that they can do as they want but don't turn the tables on them... then it is "unfair and unjust."

There is this site of the stories of the victims of U.S. drone attacks.

Here is the information about a village and innocent people killed from a U.S. drone attack.

As of August 2011 an estimated 168 innocent children have been killed by the United States government and they have not once apologized for it.

Where are the morals and ethics of that?

The Columbia Law school did an extensive study about U.S. drone attacks and their impact on the countries and citizens that were attacked.

It is 83 pages long but I have taken segments out of it that I believe are important to this discussion and understanding of what the U.S. has and is doing.

You will find that it is the CIA and the JSOC that do not have to admit what they do nor is there oversight to their killing anyone they want.  They don't answer to the military nor anyone else, except to the President.

Oh another thing, I did not realize how extensively the U.S. using drones around the world and in many countries.  It is not just Pakistan and Afghanistan that drones are used.

Here are excerpts from the article:

In locations such as northern Pakistan, where drones often buzz overhead 24 hours a

day, people live in constant fear of being hit.125 Michael Kugelman of the Woodrow Wilson

International Center for Scholars notes: “I have heard Pakistanis speak about children in the

tribal areas who become hysterical when they hear the characteristic buzz of a drone. […]

Imagine the effect this has on psyches, and particularly on young ones already scarred by

war and displacement.”126 Unlike deaths and property loss, which may affect one or more
families, the fear associated with covert drone strikes affects nearly everyone in a community.

The information included here is not comprehensive, as despite public and repeated allusions

to covert drone strikes by Obama Administration officials in 2011 and 2012, most official

materials related to the drone program are classified. Even the existence of a CIA drone

program remains classified, although government officials have repeatedly leaked information
to the media.2 In our interviews with government officials, most were unwilling to speak

about drone operations outside of Afghanistan. The persistent government secrecy on this
issue, particularly surrounding the involvement of the CIA and JSOC, leads us to term drone

strikes outside of Afghanistan as “covert.” In this report, we use “covert” in the colloquial,
rather than legal sense.3

Until 2006, the US reportedly notified the Pakistani government before launching strikes.62

Since that time, the Pakistani government has publicly signaled its rejection of drone strikes
as a violation of sovereignty, but there are numerous reports of its consent to continuing

strikes.63 In spring 2012, the US increased the frequency of drone
strikes, reportedly out of concern that the CIA would soon need to
halt operations due to the opposition of the Pakistani government.64
The degree of Pakistani government cooperation, including intelligence
and surveillance support, may be diminished at present.65

US strikes in Yemen increased in spring 2012, with between 15 and 62 reported strikes,
more than in the previous ten years combined.75 Media reports suggest that JSOC personnel
are on the ground in Yemen, coordinating the drone strikes. US officials state that
current drone strikes are only carried out with Yemeni government approval.76

However,in 2011, during a period of political turmoil and government transition in Yemen, the United States reportedly conducted strikes without approval.77

It remains unclear which agency takes operational lead or under which agency’s legal authority

the operations are conducted.78 In 2011, unnamed Obama Administration officials described

JSOC and CIA operations as “closely coordinated” but separate campaigns.79 Some

2011 media accounts described US operations as run by JSOC, but with CIA assistance.80

According to one account, CIA and JSOC alternate Predator missions in Yemen and borrow

each other’s resources.”81 JSOC commanders “appear on videoconference calls alongside
CIA station chiefs.”82

The scale of drone strikes in Somalia is still unknown, but appears to be increasing. A

Bureau of Investigative Journalism study estimated between ten and 21 US airstrikes in

Somalia as of publication—three to 12 of which may have been drone strikes. According to

the Bureau, the strikes resulted in between 58 and 169 deaths.89 The UN Monitoring Group

on Somalia and Eritrea stated in late June 2012 that “the number of reports concerning the
use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Somalia in 2011-12 has increased.”90

As a sampling of figures:
In Somalia, the Bureau of Investigative Journalism reports that since 2007,
US covert actions—including operations other than drone strikes—have resulted
in the death of 58 to 169 individuals as of September 2012, of which
11 to 57 were civilians.101

In Yemen, the New America Foundation reports that drone strikes killed
531 to 779 people, with a civilian casualty rate between 4 percent and 8.5
percent, as of June 2012.102

In Pakistan, statistics are compiled by both Pakistan-based organizations
and foreign organizations, and they vary.103 The Bureau of Investigative
Journalism reports a total of 2,562 to 3,325 total killed in drone strikes,
including 474 to 881 civilian deaths as of September 2012.

Increasing Violence & Instability
Some commentators are concerned that drones may actually be contributing to an increase
in violence in Pakistan and Yemen, although studies are not conclusive and some observers
disagree. Since the drone program in Pakistan began, there has been an increase in
deaths due to terrorist incidents, peaking at 2,500 civilians killed in 2011, according to the
US State Department’s National Counterterrorism Center.113 This increase appears to predate
the escalation of drone strikes in 2008; we are not aware of a study that conclusively
demonstrates a causal link between drone strikes and increased violence. To the contrary,
some commentators argue that drone strikes have correlated with a slight decrease in
violence.114 The conflicting evidence illustrates the confusion over the effectiveness of the
US counterterrorism strategy, and the imperative for US policymakers to question—and fully
and adequately clarify—the impact of covert drone operations on the ground, including the
changing impact over time.
Drone strikes have also hit many homes in Yemen.133

Strikes have contributed to ongoing violence, which has
led to the displacement of over 100,000 people.134 Displacement
impacts every layer of civilian life and threatens
the stability of the community.
An airstrike in Jaar,
a town in southern Yemen, reduced an entire block to
rubble in two consecutive explosions; however, whether
the strike was by the US or Yemeni government is unknown.
135

According to media reports, the threat or prevalence of drone strikes in Yemen and Pakistan
mean some parents are unwilling to send their children to school out of fear.138 In
Pakistan, there have been several reports of drone strikes that have damaged or destroyed
local schools.139

Usman Wazir was at his job selling fruits when a drone hit his house, killing his younger
brother, his wife, their 15-year-old son, and 13-year-old daughter. He told the Center, “I demand
compensation for each member of my family and demand that my house is rebuilt.”143
For civilians who demand justice for such losses, there is no known process in Pakistan, Yemen,
or Somalia by which they can apply for compensation or file a claim of personal loss.
This is compounded by the fact that the existence of the drone program has for so long
been officially denied by the US government.

Events following one particular drone strike illustrate the complexities of deciphering an
accurate story of civilian harm. On August 23, 2010, a CIA strike reportedly killed at least
seven civilians in Pakistan. Unnamed US officials repeatedly told media for a year after this
incident that there were no civilian deaths from drone strikes:

Demand for drone pilots and other personnel will only increase as the US continues to rely
on this technology; indeed, in 2011 the demand reportedly prompted the Air Force to consider
having pilots control four planes at once.249

We are not aware of any cases in Pakistan or Yemen where drone strike civilians have received
apologies, explanations or monetary payments as amends from the US Government.

With limited information, we cannot conclude that either the CIA or JSOC is inherently unsuitable
to conduct drone strikes, although we have concerns based on their past practices.

It is incumbent upon policymakers with access to more information—particularly members
of Congress—to scrutinize and inform public debate on the suitability of the CIA and JSOC.
International law—particularly the laws of war—would require the CIA to take steps to
reduce civilian harm in using force, but observers debate whether the CIA sees itself as
bound by it. The statements of government officials have been ambiguous.308 In a major
address, Preston described the CIA’s compliance with international law “principles”—as
opposed to “rules” or treaty provisions. (To be fair, the same can be said of remarks by
his counterparts at other agencies.309) Some observers speculate that the CIA interprets
statutory provision 50 USC section 413b(a)(5)—which prohibits the president from authorizing
“any action that would violate the Constitution or any statute of the United States”—as
freeing the CIA from international law obligations, since it omits mention of them.310 A US
Army colonel notes that the Department of Defense “is legally bound to execute its military
operations in accordance with the laws of armed conflict”; “the CIA, however, is under no
similar requirement regarding international law.”311

Accounts of the CIA’s lawyering practices describe adherence to US law, but seldom mention
international law. According to Goldsmith:
These operators spend their days and nights on deceptive and deceitful
tasks that violate foreign and some international laws as well as everyday
ethics. They are constantly reminded that whatever other rules and laws
they must violate in their work, they must not violate US law.312

As watchdogs in the form of journalists and human rights organizations struggle to garner
factual information in the relatively inaccessible areas where covert drones strikes occur,
the public is especially reliant on Congress to take the lead in scrutinizing the CIA’s actions.
Yet Congress’s obligation extends further: to contribute to public debate. As former CIA
lawyer and minority staff director for the House intelligence committee Suzanne Spaulding
emphasizes, Congress has the responsibility “to inform and lead public discussion and
debate” particularly “about how best to address the long term threat of terrorism.” 339 There
are established procedures for Congress to declassify and publicize previously secret information,
but these procedures have reportedly never been employed, and certainly not with
regard to covert drone strikes.340

JSOC “camouflages itself with cover names, black budget mechanisms, and bureaucratic
parlor tricks” to maintain its secrecy.342 Indeed, the official description of JSOC is confusing,
mentioning a host of roles: “ to study Special Operations requirements, ensure...interoperability
and equipment standardization, develop...joint Special Operations plans and tactics,
and conduct...joint Special Operations exercises and training.” These descriptions make no
mention of JSOC’s targeting or drone operations.343

The entirety of JSOC’s relationship to the conventional military forces and its rules is unknown.
As a general matter, US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) provides special
forces units to geographic commands. “Once those forces are in a geographic combatant
commander’s area of responsibility, they work for that commander…under the same rules as
other forces,” a SOCOM officer told the Columbia Human Rights Clinic by email.344 However,
there are indications that JSOC operates independently of the conventional military forces’
geographic combatant commands and that it has its own rules of engagement.345

Unfortunately, there is so much secrecy about JSOC’s operations that it is difficult to evaluate
whether, and to what extent, JSOC’s relationship to the law and mechanisms to reduce
civilian harm continues to be problematic. This lack of transparency is compounded by
JSOC’s relative freedom from congressional scrutiny. As journalist March Ambinder notes,
“many in Congress who’d be very sensitive to CIA operations almost treat JSOC as an entity
that doesn’t have to submit to oversight.”361

Covert drone strikes enjoy wide political support as an attractive alternative to counterinsurgency
strategies that cost significant US blood and treasure in Iraq and Afghanistan.383 As
the Administration seeks to counter a growing number of groups it describes as al-Qaeda
affiliates in a growing number of places around the globe, it may view strikes as an alternative
to adding multiple new land-war fronts in the Middle East and Africa. Policymakers
appear comfortable and confident that “surgical” drone strikes
conducted by the CIA and JSOC will disrupt militant groups and
prevent terrorist plots, and increasingly favor this strategy over alternative
means to establish security or set conditions for peace.384
In February 2012, the Bureau of Investigative
Journalism reported that at least 50 individuals were killed in follow-up drone strikes in
Pakistan when they had gone to help victims killed in initial strikes.416 There are also reports
of strikes killing rescuers in Yemen.417

There is a lot more in the site linked.  The above shows there is not accountability for the U.S. and they kill as they please.

We the people, in the United States are moral people on a whole.  We need to start demanding our government become moral and ethical as it was meant for them to be.   We need to show the world that we do not support killing innocent men, women and children of the world.

If we keep allowing it without saying something.... then how can we raise our voices when they start doing it to their own citizens on U.S. soil if we did not raise our voices about them doing it elsewhere?

How do we change what is happening?  That is one big question... because how do we each try and make that difference?  How do we each stand up and show the correct morals and ethics to the bully and hope that the example becomes the norm?

We need to demand morals and ethics once more as part of our foundation of the United States.  We need to demand the elected officials stop bullying the world and their own citizens through the TSA, police states and drone spying.

I know that is asking a lot but in having compassion for the rest of the world's people, we will begin to have compassion for ourselves and others around us once more.
