43 TRILLION dollar suit against U.S. govt. officials and major banks! Accuses of stealing from U.S. people and money laundering. Screenshots of CNBC running it.

UPDATE 10/27/12 - 8 AM est- Article not on CNBC anymore and CNBC digital Sr. V.P. executive's children are murdered just hours after article originally put on CNBC.

Now this will BLOW you away!

A racketeering lawsuit was filed in the U.S. against top U.S. government officials and the wall street banks!  It is for the tune of 43 TRILLION dollars!

What is even MORE shocking is this information is on CNBC!  Imagine that!

I have captured screen shots of the website, just in case the article gets taken down!  This way there is a record of it.  I am putting the shots in this post along with the information.

You have to read the article... thousands of complaints have been served to bankers around the world and government officials!  This is HUGE!

The law firm that has brought this suit is the Spire group out of New York.  They have led many suits against the bankers!  They are AWESOME!

One  small portion....  but the whole article from screen shots are below!  I got it all, as I said in case the article/information gets "disappeared" from the internet!

Plaintiffs now establish the location of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) of laundered money in a racketeering enterprise participated in by the following individuals (without limitation): Attorney General Holder acting in his individual capacity, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris (both acting in their individual capacities), Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary (acting in his individual capacity), Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former "communications director" for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the "Banksters" themselves, and their affiliates and conduits. The lawsuit alleges serial violations of the United States Patriot Act, the Policy of Embargo Against Iran and Countries Hostile to the Foreign Policy of the United States, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly known as the RICO statute) and other State and Federal laws.
The complaint - which has now been fully served on thousands of the "Banksters and their Co-Conspirators" - makes it irrefutable that the epicenter of this laundering and racketeering enterprise has been and continues to be Wall Street and continues to involve the very "Banksters" located there who have repeatedly asked in the past to be "bailed out" and to be "bailed out" in the future.

UPDATE 10/28/12 -  Here is the lawsuit in full.

43 Trillion Complaint

My experience with Hurricanes - Immediate Preparations/Supplies needed and what could happen in New York City with a direct hit

UPDATE 10/26/12 - I wrote this last year when hurricane Irene was going to hit New York City last year.  This still applies for Hurricane Sandy in what preparations need to be done to be ready for it and the aftermath.   This goes for the whole North East area for what the media is now calling Frankenstorm (Sandy).   They are saying no electricity for awhile.

So.... I am bringing this post back up exactly as it was, except for putting this top portion in and a picture of Hurricane Sandy's forecast.

 Hurricane Sandy's projected track.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE - I POSTED LAST YEAR - BE AWARE THAT WAS DONE FOR HURRICANE IRENE - BUT PREPS STILL APPLY.

Hurricane preps

I went through Hurricane Hugo in St. Croix Virgin Islands.  The island was wiped out including my place and all I had. The night the hurricane came through, we had to go from one room to another as each room was being taken out.  We ended up in a bathroom with a mattress over us.

I moved into some friend's house (they did not live on island full time) , which was one of the few that survived some what in tact (windows doors taken out, but outside walls still standing) on the East end of the Island.  Electricity did not get to that part of the island until 9 months later (hurricane in Sept 18th 1989 - electricity restored in May 1990).    I lived without electricity and I understand what you need to have to survive any duration without.  But I was not in the densest city in the United States, which I can not imagine being stuck in without utilities.    My story is not what is important, but understanding I have survived and endured not having electricity or capabilities for months and I know what I am talking about, is what matters.

There are very important items you absolutely have to have for even the shortest amount of time without electricity.

I am asking all of those who are in the line of Hurricane Irene, especially in NYC to please stock up on these items immediately and take these steps immediately.  It would be better for you to get out of the way and evacuate.

  • Store Water (as much as you can), fill up your bathtub for "working" water.  Fill up every container you can.
  •
  • batteries
  •
  • flashlights
  •
  • candles (many)
  •
  • food - canned - anything that does not need cooking - peanut butter, cereal, beef jerky, canned vegs, crackers,  cookies/sweets/hard candy,  canned beans (lots of protein), nuts, dehydrated milk,  tuna fish in oil not water (more calories, which will be needed), no diet or low calorie stuff, get all high calorie items,
  •
  • manual can opener
  •
  • ice in ice chest
  •
  • freeze water in plastic bottles right now, so they are part of your ice chest and helps keep things cold and you have it to drink later
  •
  • cook as much as you can in your freezer NOW - it will all go to waste and you will not be able to cook it, if there is no electricity or gas after the hurricane.  Cook your meats and everything and refreeze it Today so it is in a frozen state at the beginning in a ice chest after the hurricane passes.  This gives you a few days of having that food.
  •
  • battery or wind up (better) short wave and regular radio
  •
  • extra propane tanks for grills - or extra charcoal for grills (to be able cook)
  • generator (can not use it in an enclosed room) it has to be able to be outside (balcony), otherwise don't even think about it.

  • extra gas stored (if you have a generator or vehicle)

  • First aid kit.  Have hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol, band aids, etc.
  • get huge packages of "Wet Ones" (diaper wipes) so you do not have to use water for your hands or cleaning yourself.

  • antibacterial gel (get a lot) for your hands, instead of using water.

  • Chlorine - to use to sanitize water and anything else

  • vitamins (get multi ones) so you have the needed minerals and nutrients that you can not get from eating and keeping your body strong

  • medicines (diabetes, blood pressure, etc) that you need and can not live without.  Call your doctor TODAY and ask for prescriptions and get them filled immediately!
  •
  • copy all your bank statements, stocks, money market accounts today, put it somewhere safe - on a USB drive, hard paper copy to prove what you have.  Also put all your important papers in plastic bags and somewhere deep within your place for safe keeping.
Putting the above and below in plastic bags, then a steel container or even plastic container - taping with duct tape that then somewhere safe deep in the middle of the house/apt etc.
  • (last thing) if you have time - put your photos in plastic bags and in a closet deep inside your place

  • pet food

  • cards/games/books - for having something to do for kids, if stuck inside for any duration
The above are supplies, this does not include taking the most basic preparations needed of bringing things in from the outside (so they are not missiles flying through the air), boarding up windows of houses etc.  - all around preparing your house for high winds and the most common sense preparations needed.   The above are things, people may not think to do in preparing and having on hand.

If you are in NYC, the scenarios are horrid of what can happen if it hits directly. NYC could literally be shut down for months if not some things (transportation) for years.

As crazy as it sounds, this could be much worst than Katrina and New Orleans flooding out.  They were able to work above ground and all the water was above ground in New Orleans. Nothing in New Orleans is below ground, because it is already lower than sea level and digging in the ground after a bit, will bring up water.  This is not the same in NYC. every thing is underground there. Water was pumped out of New Orleans from on top of the land, it would be much more difficult pumping water that has filled the underground.

The subway would flood with salt water and all electrical items would be ruined throughout it.  This would not be a quick fix at all, NYC transportation could be shut down for months and months.

All the utilities are underground and are old already, them getting flooded could destroy them.  I am talking about water lines, sewer lines, gas lines and electrical lines.

It is hard to imagine no water, sewage, electrical or gas in a high rise.

The biggest nightmare I can imagine is the hurricane hitting NYC directly, as everyone lives in high rises, everyone is dependent on public transportation,  and it is the highest population in a small area anywhere in the United States.   I simply can not imagine how horrible it would be, to be stuck there with absolutely no form of utilities at all.

Please remember Atlanta and the tornado that went through, windows were taken out during it, but even in weeks after glass/windows were falling out of the buildings and streets were closed off due to that.  The streets of NYC could become death traps of glass shards raining down on people for weeks/months afterwards.  Atlanta 3 years later has just gotten (Weston) all the glass replaced in that one building).

I could go on about this seriously being the absolute worst place for a hurricane to hit and all that could happen.

The above may seem extreme to you, but it is better to prepare for the worst and get much less, than not to be prepared at all.  I am having a hard time believing that NYC could be crippled and shut down for any length of time, but I also had had a hard time imagining an oil leak would go on for months and destroy the Gulf of Mexico also.

Video - Short About "The Longest Night" movie about Hurricane Hugo hitting St. Croix - aftermath worst than storm - no communication, no way to get out, no help, lawlessness etc.

FYI - (I decided to add a few bits of my experience on St. Croix after the Hurricane - to help people understand, it is better to evacuate than to stay where a hurricane is going to hit)

The lawlessness after hurricane Hugo was unbelievable on St. Croix.  People began looting all the stores and then after a couple of days, began going house to house looting.  We barricaded ourselves as best as we could in the torn apart place we were sheltering in at that time and had gone through the hurricane in.  We had no doors or windows and only a partial roof left.  We had a run in with people with machetes.  My friend had a gun so the gun won out and the machete people backed down.  It can become very crazy (mad max from thunderdome type situations) after a hurricane.  Look at New Orleans and it's lawlessness as the most recent event.  I am thankful in St. Croix (though it took many days for any outside help to come to the island), that we didn't have U.S. Marshals coming and confiscating our guns, as they did in New Orleans, because a gun had saved us against machetes.

Portions:
likened by some St. Croix residents to a nuclear holocaust, produced a sort of "day after" effect marked by a major breakdown of law and order.

(SQA note - I believe it was more than 3 days - as the 3rd day is when we barricaded ourselves in the house - I remember it taking a week, we heard the military took so long due having to be ready of what they thought would be actual combat on the island) Three days of near-anarchy followed Hugo's terrible passage during the night of Sept. 17-18 and prompted President Bush to dispatch about 1,100 Army military police and 170 federal law-enforcement officers, including 75 FBI agents and a "special operations group" of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Their deployment Sept. 21 quickly quelled what the Federal Bureau of Investigation called in court documents here "pervasive looting" on St. Croix, the worst hit of the territory's three main islands.

As many as 90 percent of the island's buildings were damaged, communications and transportation were knocked out and, for a time, St. Croix's 55,000 people were simply cut off from the world.

Maj. Gen. Robert Moorehead, commander of the Virgin Islands National Guard, said of the scene on the morning after the storm, "In all my military experience, I had never seen anything like it. It appeared to me that we had been the victims of a nuclear blast."

The plunder started on the day after the Sunday night storm, as panicky islanders sought to stock up on food. It quickly degenerated into a free-for-all grab of all sorts of consumer goods that some witnesses likened to a "feeding frenzy." With no police or National Guard members attempting to restore order, many looters stole merchandise and trashed stores.

Although personal violence was rare, some occurred. An American dentist was struck on the head with a 2-by-4 while trying to photograph looting, and one alleged looter was fatally shot by a store owner in Frederiksted. The best-organized merchants proved to be Palestinian immigrants who took up arms and manned rooftops and barricades to defend their stores. (SQA note - I remember that so well - no one touched their grocery store - mid island, there  were many of them,  standing on the roof top with lots of guns)

Dave Hodges, Commonsense Show - Connecting the dots of Bayou Corne with BP oil leak. Methane traveling - "Louisiana Coast to be evacuated?"

I have continually written about Bayou Corne and the situation there.  Yesterday I had the videos up and the recent seismo graphs showing all the EQs going on.

Dave Hodges of the Commonsense radio show on Republic broadcasting,  now has a website for his show.  He is a friend of mine and I have been on his radio show a couple of times about the foreclosure fraud.

He wrote a hard hitting piece about Bayou Corne and the sinkhole there.  He connected the dots to what has been going on  in the Gulf of Mexico and the BP oil leak.  He puts the corexit, methane and sinkholes together.

Remember Jesse Ventura's Truth show about the billions that has been set aside to evacuate the Gulf Coast regions.  The full episode is here on youtube.

He has given me permission to reproduce his article in full on this site about what he sees is happening.

Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable.”
George Orwell

The  conditions in the Gulf Coast region are so bad, that some are actually talking about a mass evacuation of the coastal regions in Louisiana. Others think the potential devastation is so dangerous that the entire Gulf Coast region should be evacuated. Others think that all is well in the Gulf. What exactly is the truth?

I have been investigating the events surrounding the Gulf Coast oil explosion for over two years. As I sit here mulling over the evidence which is derived from the full spectrum of research protocols ranging from anecdotal evidence to scientific evidence to government acknowledgment of a series of crises which appears to be imperiling Louisiana, I do not pretend that I have all the answers. However, after systematically reviewing the available evidence, I am extremely fearful for the potential consequences which could be catastrophic for many of the 40 million residents in the Gulf.

This topic has largely been swept under the covers by the Obama administration and the mainstream media, with a few exceptions. In this article, it is my intention to bring forth legitimate concerns for public discussion with regard to the safety and welfare of Gulf Coast residents, especially for those people living in Louisiana’s coastal areas.

All Is Well, Go Back To Sleep

The government would have us believe that all is well in the Gulf. In fact, two years ago, the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) through its air monitoring system, on June 10, 2010, presumably found air quality levels which were “normal” on the Gulf coastline. Of course this is the same EPA whose former director, Todd Christy, boldly stated that the post 911 air was fit to breathe. Also, in June 2010, Obama’s personal point man on the spill, Thad Allen, stated “the well no longer posed any threat to the Gulf” and subsequent cleanup crews ceased all remaining operations with regard to cleaning up the destroyed oil well. Thad Allen’s statement followed Obama’s declaration in which the President boldly proclaimed that the Gulf is safe and “open for business”. Officials from both the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the EPA echoed Obama’s safety claims. And what I have discovered from the data, is that everyone of these government individuals, who are entrusted with ensuring the safety of the general public, was lying through their teeth.

There were strong and early indications that the use of Corexit, combined with the leaking oil, were producing, both long term and short term, catastrophic environmental and individual health effects. Oil and Corexit, used to “disperse” the oil spill have impacted untold numbers of Gulf residents’ health. Additionally, both the food supply and the food chain are being adversely impacted. The air and the subsequent evapotranspiration cycle has been irreversibly altered which, in turn, impacts the water table and the safety of water supplies as well as the safety of crops. The most devastating finding relates the events of the oil spill to the phenomena of the ever-widening Louisiana sinkholes and the related underground explosions as well as the very high concentration of toxic and highly flammable methane in the air and in the water.

One of the major threats to the Gulf Coast comes from an imperiled food supply which is the result from the explosion on the Deep Water Horizon oil rig.

The Tainted Food Supply

It was known very early on that the Gulf Coast food supply was severely compromised and the health of the residents was in jeopardy, despite government denials and mainstream media cover-ups. A case in point, while dining with his family at Vinnie’s Raw Bar Restaurant in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, Matthew Robertson found oil in his seafood. While covering the story, WBTV reporter Sarah Batista also acknowledged there was a black substance stuck to the inside of Robertson’s sea food. Additionally, Channel 8, Fox News, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was told by Vinnie’s Raw Bar restaurant’s manager that he did, indeed, confirm the customer’s story and says he’s had problems getting oyster shipments because of contamination resulting from the oil spill, unfortunately, this station saw fit to scrub the report from its website. However, similar warnings regarding the region’s food safety are appearing up and down the local Gulf Coast media on such stations as WLOX TV in Gulfport, MS. Yet, Fox, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, etc., have not run one credible story on the dangers of food toxicity in the Gulf’s food chain. Granted, the abovementioned cases represent just a few anecdotal cases which are representative of tens of thousands of accounts. However, anecdotal evidence is not science and these cases could be discounted as the exception and not the rule. Yet, the largely ignored voices of scientists echo these anecdotal claims and they do so with hard, verifiable data.
The Quiet Voices of Science Assess Gulf Food Safety

Scientists at The University of Southern Mississippi and Tulane University have found oil in the post-larvae of blue crabs entering coastal marshes along the Gulf Coast signaling that oil may be entering estuarine food chains. Dr. Perry observed that “I have never seen anything like this.” Larvae is at the bottom of the food chain. Lesser life forms, are consumed by life forms which are higher on the food chain and the toxic effects of the Corexit will bioaccumulate throughout the food chain. This conclusion echoed the findings of lab samples taken by scientists at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab shows oil from the Deepwater Horizon disaster has made its way into the Gulf food chain as well. These particular scientists have found signs of an oil-and-dispersant mix under the shells of tiny blue crab larvae in the Gulf of Mexico which is a clear indication that the unprecedented use of dispersants in the BP oil spill has broken up the oil into toxic droplets so tiny that they have easily entered the food chain. These studies and other similar studies remain unchallenged by the authorities with regard to methodology and results. In short, the Obama administration is choosing to ignore these credible scientists by simply repeating the mantra that “all is well” in the Gulf of Mexico.

Potential Effects on Life Span in the Gulf

Kim Anderson’s Oregon State University (OSU) researchers, from the OSU College of Agricultural Sciences, began a test-retest comparative analysis for the carcinogenic contaminant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and its biodegradable partner, OPAHs, which appears after the application of Corexit and subsequent exposure to ultraviolet rays. Stunningly, the OSU researchers found a 40 fold increase in these carcinogenic compounds in the comparative test-retest period. The OSU findings replicate the conclusions of Mace Barron et al regarding the toxicity of Corexit and its use in the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The Exxon Valdez oil spill and subsequent clean-up activities provides the only case study in the history of the United States involving significant exposure to the types of toxins discussed in this article as the result of an oil spill. Interestingly, Anderson’s Oregon State University’s original data went missing forcing the research team to begin again. It is clear that somebody did not want this data to reach the public.

Findings, related to the longevity of the Exxon Valdez clean-up workers, are very disturbing as the collective lifespan statistics, for the Corexit exposed cleanup crews, revealed that the average life expectancy is a mere 51 years of age and nearly all of the Exxon Valdez clean-up workers are dead. These findings can leave little doubt that BP’s use of Corexit has seriously compromised the collective life span of Gulf Coast residents. I can draw no other conclusion than to state that the events in the Gulf, to date, constitute a slow-burn genocidal event in which, depending on the age at first  exposure to the Corexit, the oil and the resulting methane concentrations, will see life spans in the impacted areas decline by as much as 25-50% with regard to longevity based upon the life-span figures from the Exxon Valdez clean-up workers. I believe that based upon the data, it is reasonable to assume that within one short generation, the life expectancy of the Gulf will rival the worst of the third world.

An Environmental Armageddon in the Making

In addition to imperiling the food supply, the Gulf disaster is overwhelming the environment and threatens to bring disaster to the southeastern portion of the United States on an unprecedented scale. The holocaust in the Gulf has grown to such proportions that the European Union Times reports that an extremely grave report was prepared for President Medvedev by Russia’s Ministry of Natural Resources in which the report warns that the BP spill will become the worst environmental catastrophe in all of human history and will bring total destruction to the Eastern half of the North American continent. The environmental damage has spread as far north as Memphis as local residents report toxic rainfall, containing Corexit, is falling on and damaging local farmers crops. This report aired over two years ago and was among the first indicators that the evapotranspiration will cycle was being impacted by the Deepwater Horizon explosion and the subsequent use of Corexit to “disperse” the spilled oil.

The oil emanating from the seafloor contains about 40% methane, compared with about 5% found in typical oil deposits, said John Kessler, a Texas A&M University oceanographer who is studying the impact of methane from the spill. Kessler et al, in June of 2010, warned the public that methane was not going to dissipate on its own and that it would continue to increase and come ashore with unpredictable results. Merchant Marine expert, Captain Kelly Sweeney, while appearing on The Common Sense Show, on July 10, 2010, made similar predictions in which he stated that he and many of his sources feared catastrophic methane explosions near several coastal cities which could be triggered by the right atmospheric conditions combined with the high levels of highly flammable methane (click here to listen to Hour 1).

Unfortunately, nobody predicted the scenario which is unfolding across several Louisiana communities in which high concentrations of methane laden oil has made its way into the salt domes and into the water table constituting a significant threat millions of Gulf Coast residents.

John Boudreaux, director of the Assumption (LA.) Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness has said there are concerns that the gas can build pressure under the clay layer that lies above their local aquifer. According to Boudreaux and geologists, once the aquifer reaches a pressure greater than 75 to 85 pounds per square inch, the clay layer might not hold back the accumulated gas and a set of major explosions could occur. Recently, something unexpectedly triggered an emergency flare 40 feet high at that Crosstex well last week. An explosion of this magnitude would be within the range of one and a half B83 thermonuclear (hydrogen) bombs, according to scientists. On 9/11 of this year, Louisiana officials suddenly and without comment banned outdoor fires. Ray Charles could see these dots connecting on the wall.

In July 2010, BP found a mega pocket of highly pressurized methane gas in the Gulf of Mexico. The EPA and the President chose to ignore the publicized findings. Nobody in the mainstream media bothered to speculate as to the potential dangers. Publicly, the federal government did not answer the obvious questions, namely, where are the concentrations of the mega pocket of highly pressurized methane gas likely to migrate to and what would be the ultimate effect? It has been 27 months since this discovery, and the public is expected to believe that BP and the government had no idea of the ramifications of the discovery of this magnitude. This flies in the face of believability!

As Gulf Coast investigator, Dr. Wilma Subra stated, that the oil/Corexit is in “…the air, the water table, the sea floor sediment,  the shallow surface of the beach, it is in the estuaries,… it is in the water column at 3,000-4,000 foot depth, the prevailing winds bring in the oil/Corexit to the shores and the substances are deposited inland. ..The environmental impact will last for generations.” The people of Bayou Corne, as well as at least 28 other Louisiana communities near the coast, are finding out how accurate Dr. Suber’s observations, offered in February of 2011, truly were.

The massive sinkhole and enormous amount of escaping methane gas from the Bayou Corne disaster area is particularly concerning. Local officials have made repeated references to, “powerful underground forces”, which are causing the monster sinkhole in the swampland, which subsequently bent a gas pipeline  which then formed a shocking right angle in a 400-foot section next to the bubbling hole. Ultimately, this led to the evacuation of 150 homes, temporarily shutting down a four-mile stretch of nearby Highway 70, and led to a heated discussion regarding the likelihood of a methane-bubble tsunami from the 2010 Gulf of Mexico BP explosion. Government officials warned the Parish President that the Bayou Corne sinkhole has extremely high levels of methane in the nearby water wells. Subsequently, officials have warned the local leadership that these high levels of methane pose serious risks to health, fire and could even lead to large explosions. Officials have further warned that local residents needed to obey coming mandatory evacuation orders. However, the mass evacuation expected to occur last week, has unexplainably not been acted upon.

After looking at the government’s own data and examining the totality of government’s actions, I have concluded that the government is acting with extreme depraved indifference with regard to the citizen’s health near the 28 sinkholes. Let me be crystal clear about one point, methane kills and it can kill silently if exposure occurs in sufficient quantities. Even if the people in Louisiana, near the 28 reported sinkholes, were to, by the grace of God, able to somehow escape lethal exposure, methane in smaller doses can still mimic other health conditions and can fool a general medical practitioner but the conditions could still lead to a person’s demise. The latter fact related to methane exposure mimicking other health conditions works to the government’s and BP’s benefit because it temporarily provides them with plausible deniability. We have witnessed this same strategy as the BP health mobile health clinics, designed to treat local victims of the spill and exposure to Corexit, were purposely misdiagnosing clear cases of Corexit toxicity to escape the liability consequences.

There is no defense against leaking methane. No residential building is secure enough to keep the methane from penetrating homes and offices. Methane has been proven to enter structures through foundational cracks or through sewer traps if the house or office is built on or near landfills, and in the case of Louisiana, it can come through salt domes where the oil and the Corexit has been accumulating for nearly two and a half years.

Methane gas can also be ingested. Originally thought to be a remote possibility, methane gas can migrate into the natural water reservoirs. Yet, this is exactly what has happened. And these precise conditions are serving to impact the drinking water supplies as well as the safety of area crops because of the evapotranspirational cycle. This is not a predicted event in Louisiana, it is exactly what is happening right now.

The only way to determine that someone has been exposed to methane, is through extensive laboratory analysis conducted by trained medical personnel. In the event of methane exposure, the only way for the victim to escape with only minimal medical consequences, is to be rushed to a nearby hospital without delay. The victim would have to be put on an immediate supply of oxygen along with a life support mask and this would be accompanied by an intravenous drip to avoid further dehydration.
Please allow me to connect some dots with regard to the previous paragraphs. On April 20, 2010, the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded. For over two years, large concentrations of carcinogenic material and highly flammable methane gas has been bio-accumulating in the estuaries, the beaches, the water table, the salt domes and this event is now part of the evapotranspirational cycle. In other words, these toxic conditions are now ingrained in the eco-weather system in the Gulf and federal officials sit idly and are doing nothing to ensure public safety.

From the work of people like Dr. Subra, researchers at Oregon State University, Tulane University and the University of South Florida, we now know that millions of people have been exposed to abnormally high rates of benzene, xylene and other cancer-causing chemicals. The public has been warned by the alternative media, and a few outspoken members of the mainstream media as well as a plethora of geologists, chemists and oil experts that large amounts of methane was making its way ashore in the Gulf Coast region. The resulting sinkholes, which are still greatly expanding as of this writing, and the large amounts of methane gas escaping into the air as well as infiltrating the water table, are placing untold numbers of Gulf Coast residents in a very dire set of circumstances.

When I first spoke out on my show and in my writings, in 2010 and in 2011, about the dangers of methane and what it could possibly mean for the Gulf, I was referred to as an alarmist in some mainstream media circles. To those critics who still hold to these allegations that I am fear mongering for whatever personal or professional benefit, please explain the meaning of following warning to me: The Louisiana Department of Natural Resources  (DRN) has issued a Declaration of Emergency and Directive Advisory which states that the gas in the sinkhole area should be considered to be life-threatening. Does the mainstream media have a new definition of the term “life-threatening” which would cause them to all but ignore this ominous warning? I would ask the critics, the federal government, and BP to explain away the connections between the scientific facts, the warning that the conditions in Louisiana are life-threatening and the subsequent ban on fires by government officials. Then, when they are done trying to explain away the DRN warning, perhaps they would like to address the passage of mass fatality planning legislation contained in H.R. 6566 which amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 by requiring the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency…”to provide guidance and counseling for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes. And while the federal government is at it, perhaps they would like to explain the coincidental timing of the FEMA earthquake preparedness drills taking place along the New Madrid fault line which is precisely where some of the methane laden oil and Corexit is migrating to. Just a coincidence you say? Then maybe those people who are hell bent on staying in a state of denial, can explain why FEMA thinks that Louisiana needs massive amounts of generators to be sent to the region at taxpayers’ expense? How many coincidences can one accept until an unmistakable pattern of cover-up and criminal neglect, on the part of the government, becomes painfully obvious to even the most ardent of the Kool-Aid drinkers?

Should the coastal regions of Louisiana be evacuated? We have certainly seen the proof that government officials have actually announced plans to evacuate many areas around the sinkholes, only to change their minds without explanation. This leads one to wonder if the government is trying avoid a mass panic and they are hoping for the best without preparing for the worst. After all, the election is only a couple of weeks away and the crisis in the Gulf did happen on Obama’s watch.

Personally, I think that the canary in the mine approach to this phenomena would be best served if the President were to spend two or three days campaigning in the Bayou country in and around coastal regions, near the 28 sinkholes which are still expanding by the day. Come on Mr. President, put your money where your mouth is, and prove to the American people that the Gulf is indeed open for business.  And while you are at it Mr. President, order up some crab and shrimp. And please make certain that you order and eat exactly what the locals eat with no specially prepared dishes made just for you. Mr. President, while you are in the Gulf, you should also take a deep breath and show the people of the region, that despite your lack of a legitimate birth certificate, that you are indeed one of them and you are willing to risk your life in the same manner as you are asking them to do.

Germany Parliament denied access to Germany's gold to confirm it is there.

Just two days ago Zerohedge had an article about the German court demanding, Germany's gold be viewed and accounted for.

Portions from above:
Germany has the second largest gold reserves in the world, nearly 3400 tons. Supposedly, anyway. Because stocks have never been checked for authenticity and weight. Now, the Federal Court has asked the Bundesbank to examine the gold reserves abroad regularly.

The German central bank gold is safely stored in vaults in Frankfurt, New York, Paris and London. Checked really but apparently no one. The Federal Court has the Bundesbank now anyway required regular inspection and inventory of the vast gold reserves abroad. The auditors explain this in a report on Monday has become known to the budget committee of the Bundestag with the "high value of gold holdings."

The samples stored at other German banks stocks were also never by the Bundesbank itself or by other independent auditors "added physically and for authenticity and weight" checked. Actually talk on the subject numerous theories - so should the U.S. gold reserves at Fort Knox have long been looted.
With the implementation of this recommendation, the Bundesbank has begun according to the report. They also decided to bring in the next three years to 50 tons each of the past at the Fed in New York gold to Germany to get it here to undergo a thorough examination.

Bundesbank had been slammed for not auditing nor ever confirming Germany's gold is where it is suppose to be.

In May I wrote about the conflict between the Parliament and the bank of Germany in they wanted their gold in the country and the bank was saying NO.

Well it seems the German Parliament has been denied that right by the Central bank, Bundesbank.  Bundesbank has denied the Parliament access to view the gold due to  "lack of visiting rooms."

German Federal auditors handed in a report slamming the Bundesbank for not inspecting their foreign held gold reserves to verify their book value. The report says the gold bars “have never been physically checked by the Bundesbank itself or other independent auditors regarding their authenticity or weight.” Instead, it relies on “written confirmations by the storage sites.” The lion’s share of Germany’s gold reserves (nearly 3,400 tons estimated at $190 billion) are housed in vaults of the US Federal Reserve, the Bank of England and the Bank of France since the post-war days, when they were worried about a Cold War Soviet invasion. The Bundesbank stated, “There is no doubt about the integrity of the foreign storage sites in this regard”. In contrast with best industry practices Germany’s gold reserves do not seem to be independently verified by a third party. Philipp Missfelder, a politician from Merkel’s own party, has asked the Bundesbank for the right to view the gold bars in Paris and London, but the central bank has denied the request, citing the lack of visitor rooms in those facilities, German’s daily Bild reported. The Bundesbank won’t let German parliament members inspect the German gold vaulted abroad because the central bank vaulting facilities supposedly lack “visiting rooms. And yet one of those vaults, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, offers the public tours that include “an exclusive visit to the gold vault”.

So, the game goes on.  A country is not even being allowed access to their gold, will the gold actually be audited by Bundesbank or will they ignore the court order?  Will they test it for tungsten?

7 of 10 Asian Countries abandon U.S. dollar for Chinese Yuan now.

Bet this won't be on MSM any time soon.

7 of 10 Asian Countries have now pegged their currency to the Chinese Yuan instead of the U.S. dollar now.

It is estimated by 2015 the Yuan/Renminbi will be a currency traded fully and internationally.

With all the unlimited printing of the dollar 2015 might come faster.

Portions:

A "renminbi bloc" has been formed in East Asia, as nations in the region abandon the US dollar and peg their currency to the Chinese yuan a major signal of China's successful bid to internationalize its currency, a research report has said.

And now seven out of 10 economies in the region — including South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand — track the renminbi more closely than they do the US dollar. Only three economies in the group — Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Mongolia — still have currencies following the dollar more closely than the renminbi, said the report, posted on the institute's website.

Wang Jianhui, chief economist with Southwest Securities Co Ltd, agreed. "Investors are looking for new reserve currencies at a time when both the dollar and euro are under pressure. This is a good opportunity for the yuan," he said.

The Royal Bank of Scotland predicted in a report on Monday that renminbi will become a fully convertible currency in 2015.

Cross-border trade settled in renminbi will triple to 6.5 trillion yuan ($1.03 trillion) within three years as relations with the world's second-largest economy grow, Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC was quoted as saying by Bloomberg on Oct 9.

Settlements will grow 12 to 20 percent this year, reaching $1.03 trillion in two years, up from $330.8 billion in 2011, said Janet Ming, head of the China desk for RBS in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

In fact, trade is also propelling the rise of the renminbi outside East Asia. The currencies of India, Chile, Israel, South Africa and Turkey all now follow the renminbi closely, in some cases, more so than the dollar. The renminbi would be more attractive if the country could further liberalize its financial and currency markets, the report said.

Bayou Corne Sinkhole, huge now. Today's flyover- Pipeline section fully part of it. Seismos show many constant EQs. Pictures of floating pipe

Here is today's (10/23/12) flyover of the sinkhole.

Here is the view in video showing how large it is from the ground point of view. It appears to be a large lake in the video. This was taken 3 days ago.

Here are the past two days of seismic activity from the area.

Here is the link to see the graphs and many others from the area.

Today's graph (10/23/12)

Continuation of the activity for the day:

This one is from the 20th, showing some large EQs from the Belle Rose site:

Here is yesterdays (10/22/12) graphs for Bayou Corne and the EQs.

One thing I would like to know, is why aren't they putting these EQs on the map?

Also see how the pipeline is floating...... pictures from the 10th of October.

One other thing, look at this picture from today.  Is this another sinkhole that has started nearby or is it just accumulating water from the original sinkhole?

Nancy Becker Montgomery Cty. Pennsylvania Sues for Quiet title for MERS homeowners "All like situated"!

 This is so Awesome!

The Montgomery County Pennsylvania Recorder of deeds, Nancy Becker has sued for all "like situated" in Montgomery County (approximately 130,000 MERS households of mortgages) for "Quiet Title".

This is HUGE in my opinion.   The court has denied MERS (defendant's) request for dismissal of the suit.  The court did dismiss the portion of "Civil Conspiracy" of the suit.

What Nancy Becker did was to bring a suit to require assignments and the transfer fee (about $45 each one) to be recorded.  The whole suit is due to the county losing money due to MERS fraud of not recording the assignments of loans.

How did she get the idea to bring a carte blanc class action Quiet Title suit for all homeowners of the county?

She got it from the defendants brief in another suit when she tried to get assignment fees for previous and current loans.  That suit did not go through but from the defendants own defense they had in the brief that only through a "Quiet Title suit" are they required to show assignments.  (page 24 of the scrib document below).

So from that and putting in the defendants own words, she has now brought a "Quiet Title" suit for all the homeowners in the county.

She has all the information in the fact she has a right to bring a Quiet Title suit in the filing.

It is a GREAT read and an easy one to understand.

Ya Gotta LOVE IT!

She has made the news before about standing up to the MERS fraud and the county losing money.

  PA-MontgomeryCo ROD v MERS -Memorandum & Order(1)_10 19 2012

I have come to the conclusion I did after reading the whole suit and my understanding of the suit. I encourage everyone to read it and confirm that it is a suit for all homeowners of MERS mortgages and that she had gotten the "idea" to do this from the defendants own filings in another suit.  So she will now force MERS to show who is assigned the mortgages and thus cause them to start paying the transfer fees to the county for the loans.

I personally feel it is a brilliant move on the part of Nancy Becker.  It would be nice if every recorder of deeds in all counties across the United States did the same as her.

Also would it hurt for everyone to send this to their register of deeds person in their county?

Former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland, Mitsuhei Murata - Fukushima Reactor 4 world wide castasrophe. Japan lack of ethics

WOW Truth from a high Japanese official about Fukushima!

Says nuclear energy needs to end throughout the world.  Japan started theirs for unethical reasons and money.   He says Fukushima is a catastrophe for the world not just Japan.   Full transcript of the video below.

Former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland participated in Coalition Against Nuke's Sep. 20th Congressional Briefing, which Dennis Kucinich held.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is for me a great honor and a real pleasure to participate in this memorable event.

In 1956 the cold war was at its height, nuclear war was menacing mankind and my prize essay alleged that the world was "on the verge of total destruction."Today the consequences of Fukushima threaten the world. Unit 4 contains 10 times more cesium 137 than Chernobyl. A strong earthquake could mean collapse.

The Japanese people realize from experience that nuclear energy generates unacceptable calamities. The collapse of unit 4 could be one. Japan must assume the historic role of promoting denuclearization, both civilian and military. Ignoring the conditions of the Fukushima nuclear reactors continue to be promoted at home and abroad. Fukushima must not be forgotten. In the name of the victims and 170,000 refugees, I call for a total ban of nuclear energy. The world must realize that any radioactive contamination creates immense and permanent harm for mankind and the earth.

1. Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima are no less dreadful thanatomic bombs. Nuclear reactors are potential “super bombs." No single weapon can compete with the potential damage that can be caused by Fukushima unit 4 or reprocessing plants.

2. The Fukushima accident could have been more catastrophic for Japan and the world. The still present danger of a collapse of unit 4 after an intensity 7 earthquake must be broadcast the world over.

3.Sound judgment would not have permitted construction of 54 nuclearreactors in a Japan menaced by frequent earthquakes and tsunamis.Only the lack of ethics and responsibility made it possible. Money and thecorruption of power plant management sow the seeds of catastrophe. This is not limited to Japan.

4.The same technology that produces nuclear energy produces nuclear weapons. The proliferation of nuclear power plants leads to the proliferationof nuclear weapons, as we are seeing today in North Korea and Iran. There is no way to ensure the safety of future generations except to eliminate the use of nuclear fission technology across the planet.

5. The lack of ethics and responsibility is highlighted by the absence of a solution for nuclear waste that threatens future generations. The Japanese “nuclear village" or nuclear dictatorship envisions the restarting and export of nuclear reactors, thus regaining the offensive for the Japanese nuclear industry. This is immoral. It shows no sense of international or inter-generational responsibility. Alas, I fear it will last.

6. Japan should warn the world of the consequences of not heading towardsdenuclearization. Eight years ago, I predicted that Japanese electriccompanies would decide Japan's fate. Two years ago at the World Congress of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War ( IPPNW) in Basel, I pleaded for mobilizing human wisdom to avert the ultimate catastrophe a nuclear calamity could produce. Sadly, these warnings did not deter my fears.

7. Considering the worldwide consequences of a nuclear accident, countries not possessing nuclear reactors should urge denuclearization, be it military or civilian. Countries already opting for nuclear energy should do so as well.

8. Originally, Japan had a maternal culture characterized by harmony and solidarity. After the Meiji Restoration was introduced to Japan, a paternal culture characterized by competition and confrontation in military form. History shows that paternal cultures end in catastrophe. Fukushima is the result of the supremacy of economy, another form of paternal culture introduced after WW2. The Maternal culture of harmony is the remedy forthe paternal culture of power.

9. Nuclear accidents cause limitless consequences unacceptable to human society. Fukushima is a reminder that the possibility of such a disaster should be completely zero. The great principle of a world without nuclear weapons and reactors should not be forgotten. The transition to maternalcivilization is a prerequisite for this vision.

10. Today mankind faces a crisis of civilization. The true cause is lack of ethics. Fundamental ethics would prohibit the abuse and exhaustion of natural resources leaving, permanently poisonous waste and enormous debt in its wake. Global ethics requires maternal culture, respecting the environment and interests of future generations. 3 transitions are necessary: Turn selfishness to solidarity, greed to contentment and materialism to spiritualism. Natural and renewable energies could amply supply the needs of such a civilization with a transitional period supplemented by fossil fuels. We must prepare to make the short term sacrifices in our lifestyles for the long term safety of mankind and the earth without nuclear energy.

11. The proposal to hold a UN Ethics Summit now draws more global attention. The trinity of global ethics, maternal civilization and true denuclearization should become a reality. President Obama's vision of the 'World without Nuclear Weapons’ needs to become the 'World without Nuclear Weapons and Nuclear Reactors." The UN Ethics Summit is the first concrete step. I ardently hope that President Obama takes the initiative to realize this Summit and create an International Day of Global Ethics to serve as a yearly reminder. Initially, controversy over content should be carefully avoided.

Conclusion:

In concluding, let me say the following.

The critical situation at Fukushima requires the mobilization of human wisdom on the widest possible scale. The pressing need for setting up a neutral assessment team as well as an international technical cooperation team is evident.

The fuel rods in the decaying cooling pool of unit 4 must be moved to another place as soon as possible. It is a global security issue requiring maximum efforts which regrettably are not being made.

More and more Japanese are awakening to the real dangers of nuclear accidents and nuclear reactors. Japan is thus heading steadily towards establishing zero dependency on nuclear energy.

"The will of heaven and earth" is my translation of "Providence as philosophy,"protecting mankind and the earth. It will help achieve true denuclearization, civil and military, in due course. The rage of those who lost all will continue to enliven anti-nuclear movements in Japan and eventually abroad.

Japan must now contribute to the realization of true denuclearization. Then the victims of Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Fukushima will not have suffered in vain.

The Earth and our realtionship and vibrations with it. It is able to sustain us all in reality.

I was blessed enough to go "home" per se this last week.  Some members of my family and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean.  We had gone back home.  We lived in the Caribbean, first on a sailboat and sailed around the islands for 3 years.  Then we moved on the island of St. Thomas.  My mother lived down there for 19 years and I lived there in the 80's and went back constantly during the 90s.

When I was on the sailboat I appreciated the beauty of the islands and the ocean, but not as much as I appreciate it now.  I did not realize our oneness with it at that time when I was a teenager.

Being out on the opened ocean this last week was spiritually uplifting and I connected with the beauty as never before.

I would gaze out at the ocean and the magnificent beauty of it as the sun reflected on the water as the wind blew my hair.

I stood by the rail a few times during the cruise.  I was there during the sun rise and at other times, just to stare out at the water and the wonder and beauty of it all.

I listened to Cecilia's album "Voice of the Feminine Spirit" which features whales and has the most gorgeous songs of spirituality while gazing out at our wondrous Earth and Ocean.

One song I listened to over and over again when I gazed out at the magnificent ocean by Cecilia was "Amazing Grace" that features whales in it.

Here is the Amazing Grace video/song from Cecilia

Listening to this song as I stared at wonder at the ocean would bring tears to my eyes.   I felt so connected to the Earth and ocean and very up lifted.   I felt in oneness with the Earth during this time.  I was one with the water and all there is.

Being blessed to have had the recent experience and my seeing one of the most gorgeous areas of the Earth also caused me to question "where I am and what I am doing" now.

I live in a beautiful area with mountains right now, yet I feel "confined" where I am compared to the expansiveness of the Earth.

I did realize we are all so much more than we know.   We are one with the Earth and we are the two things that vibrate at the same rate.  The Earth and humans have the same vibration.

I also reflected on the fact we hear from the media and others that there are "too many people on the Earth for it to sustain us."

During the reflections as I connected with the Ocean and Earth, I came to the understanding that we are not too many people on the Earth.  If we lived in harmony with the Earth, it can sustain us in every way.   The Earth is being hurt from big business and greed, not the people on a whole.

If big business actually did what was right for the people and the Earth, we would have zero point energy, instead of toxic Earth killing energy of nuclear and oil.   Those two industries kill the Earth more than anything else.

The facts are we don't need nuclear energy or oil, if those who try and control everything actually let the technologies of Tesla from the early 20th century be public.  We would each have our own little power plants that did not pollute the Earth at our homes.  If the electrical and alternative energies for powering vehicles were allowed from the early 20th century we would not have oil drilling and oil leaks which are killing the oceans along with radiation from nuclear power.

I have come to my own understanding we are so much more than we know.  Each of us are just as beautiful as the Earth.  We are meant to have the best of the Earth and to experience it in it's full beauty and magnificence.    God created us both and we were created to also be the best and know ourselves in completeness.

We are so much more than we have been allowed to know.  We have been programmed from our youth to be outside ourselves.   We have been conditioned to not be fully who we are.

As we think so we create.   Through our feelings and thoughts we create our world.   If we felt Love all the time our world would reflect that and we would be in harmony with each other and the Earth.  But that is the last thing those at the top want to happen.  That is why they create fear, hate and loathing all the time.  They have to have people divided and in fear and hate another so they can keep control of us all.   Thus Alex Jones has it correct in our being in a "Prison Planet."   This came to me very hard when I arrived back after my cruise this week.

We vibrate at the same rate as the Earth, which is vibrating higher and higher at this time.  Another Cecilia song is about the "Sacred Hum".  That hum is a vibration and it is our vibration.  My understanding of the song and why it has so much meaning to me is that we are a sacred hum ourselves.  The song is about our hum/vibration which is healing and beautiful.

Here is the Sacred Hum song:

Also to show with certainty on how we impact that around us, here is a video showing our thoughts on water in an experiment.  How we think we create:

We are all so beautiful.  We are all one within the Universe.  We are all Love and Light, those others want us to only see darkness.

If we light a candle in complete darkness, that light will light up the room.  Light can over take darkness.  Once there is light, darkness can not over take it.  Through Light all darkness goes away.

If we could all keep light within our lives and Love within our hearts without hating any other, we can over come anything.

I also think about how the Earth is meant for us to enjoy and experience the best and most beautiful of it.  God means for us to all have the best and to be fully who we are and to see the beauty of the Earth and ourselves.

When we see our own beauty and Light we see all other's beauty and light too.  It is not the outer beauty I am mentioning it is the inner beauty.  We are all absolutely gorgeous!

We are all so much more than we live.  We are all meant to have and experience the best the Earth has to offer.

I am still searching for what I am suppose to be doing and have yet again come to a cross road.  I feel my life should be much more than I have been living it.  I do want to travel and see more of the beauty of the Earth.   I really want to get to Machu Picchu  in Peru and see the Andes.  I believe God has given us this lifetime to fully be "Who we are" and the Earth is for us to Love and Appreciate and to Experience to the fullest.

Here is yet another song by Cecilia - Silver Wings..... it is about being all you can be.

May we all find ourselves and may we live the lives we are suppose to.  May Love and Light be the guide for us all.

SIDE  NOTE:

What was amazing is when we moved down to the islands it was to move on a sailboat (in Tortola, BVI) of which only 13 were ever built.  Our sailboat was a sparkman and stevens 48 foot yawl.  As we were leaving the harbour of St. Thomas, my mother looked down and saw our boat or it's sister ship.   We were sad to be leaving St. Thomas in many ways already, and to look down and see what had brought us down to the Caribbean in the first place and saying "Goodbye" to that too.   We had never seen our boat since mom sold her and it may not have been our actual "Insouciant" but it showed the way the universe works to see her there.   Here is the sailboat that was either our boat at one time or the one of 12 sister ships of it.

I wrote a book about our (6 of us) moving on a sailboat and selling everything we owned to do so, even though we had never stepped foot on a sailboat previously and then our father jumping ship two weeks after moving down, leaving us girls and mom to fend for ourselves as hurricanes were hitting.   It entails our years on the sailboat and preserving through learning how to sail and surviving, including when our father came back and tried killing our mom a couple of times.   It is about women power.  One day I hope to get help editing it and get it published one day because it really is stranger than fiction, but it all really happened.

Jolly Mon in St. Thomas Harbor...  Sparkman and Stevens 48 foot Yawl.
