A CNBC story jogged my memory about hacked emails from March of this year. The emails were from a Jason Gresh (U.S. attache at Kiev Embassy) to an Igor Protsyk, General in the Ukraine Military. The emails are real.
The CNBC story is about Russia and their 'propaganda' machine saying the CIA was behind the downing of MH17.
Update - 5:30 PM The video is no longer available on CNBC. But I have captured it and will put it on, when I have it uploaded on youtube. It is now uploaded. I gather, they really don't want it broadcast out again. :)
Video of Jim Rogers on CNBC this morning 3/28/13: "If politicians say don't worry, then understand you have to worry and they will loot your bank account. Run for the hills and hurry to get your money out" IMF condoning stealing of people's money. He says don't trust any politician, if you do, you will go bankrupt quickly. Amazing the CNBC reporter agreed with him.
Short to the point segment. Get your money out of the banks!
Here is the copy of Jim Rogers on CNBC, since they took down their video. I was able to capture it.
5:45 PM It looks like they have fixed the video and it is up again. I will still keep mine above, in case something happens to this one again.
Today CNBC page linked below ( look at date and time published, they match to show it was the same page)
The article was taken down that I wrote about yesterday. I got the screen shots of it on CNBC and so there is proof that it was there and a lawsuit was filed against the banksters and top government officials.
The original link to CNBC is here: http://www.cnbc.com/id/49555671/ (you can still see the comments left from the article at the bottom of the page and that the article was about the lawsuit. (Until they make the page a "404" error)
What gives this more of a twist is the horrendous murder of two young children in NYC. An anonymous/Alison left a comment on the above article, saying that the CNBC Sr. V.P. executive of digital (internet) had his children murdered the same day/hours after the article came out.
Here is the comment:
Hi Sherrie,
Of course the following could just be a coincidence....
You
might also find it interesting to note that the chief exec of CNBC
digital Kevin Krim's children were murdered (2 of them) on the VERY same
day this article went live.
Supposidly their nanny killed them but I
guess we'll never know seeing as she apparently slit her own throat and
wrists and is now in critical condition in hospital. I doubt very much
she'll make it!
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/9635446/Two-children-stabbed-to-death-in-luxury-New-York-apartment.html
The children's father, Kevin Krim, a senior vice president for CNBC
Digital and former Yahoo executive, was en route back home from the West
Coast. Police broke the news to him at John F. Kennedy International
Airport.
I feel for the family. I simply can't imagine the most horrendous nightmare of having your children murdered.
Now CNBC has taken down the article/information about the lawsuit, I figured that would happen and that is why I captured every bit of it on the CNBC website. I captured it compared to reproducing for three reasons.
One: It says "copyrighted" at the bottom
Two: To show and prove it was on CNBC and not made up (which can appear to be when just copying material)
Three: To have a record of it, when it disappeared off the net.
FYI: It does seem they are erasing the whole page, now only 2 comments are left on the page. There were many more comments yesterday about the lawsuit on CNBC.
I found that Marketwatch has the same information up about the lawsuit at this time. Here is the screenshot of it on their page:
Question is: How long will it stay up on Marketwatch and will something happen to an executive or their family there of a horrendous nature or accident?
What is even MORE shocking is this information is on CNBC! Imagine that!
I have captured screen shots of the website, just in case the article gets taken down! This way there is a record of it. I am putting the shots in this post along with the information.
You have to read the article... thousands of complaints have been served to bankers around the world and government officials! This is HUGE!
The law firm that has brought this suit is the Spire group out of New York. They have led many suits against the bankers! They are AWESOME!
One small portion.... but the whole article from screen shots are below! I got it all, as I said in case the article/information gets "disappeared" from the internet!
Plaintiffs now establish the location of the $43 trillion
($43,000,000,000,000.00) of laundered money in a racketeering enterprise
participated in by the following individuals (without limitation):Attorney
General Holder acting in his individual capacity, Assistant Attorney General
Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala
Harris (both acting in their individual capacities),Jon Corzine (former New
Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy
Geitner, Treasury Secretary (acting in his individual capacity), Vikram Pandit
(recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie
Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former "communications
director" for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and
Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the
"Banksters" themselves, and their affiliates and conduits. The lawsuit alleges
serial violations of the United States Patriot Act, the Policy of Embargo
Against Iran and Countries Hostile to the Foreign Policy of the United States,
and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly known as
the RICO statute) and other State and Federal laws.
The complaint - which has now been fully served on thousands of the "Banksters
and their Co-Conspirators" - makes it irrefutable that the epicenter of this
laundering and racketeering enterprise has been and continues to be Wall Street
and continues to involve the very "Banksters" located there who have repeatedly
asked in the past to be "bailed out" and to be "bailed out" in the future.
If you aren't familiar Charlie Munger from Berkshire Hathaway (Buffet company) said "Civilized people don't buy gold." on CNBC earlier this week and Bill Gates agreed.
When I watched the above interview, I simply shook my head. It seems those who are trying to control are bringing out their big guns all over the place to get people to stay away from metals. I noticed how the reporter would mention the word "Gold" with distaste in the having to say the word. It all seemed like such an elaborate set up. Bill Gates saying that those that buy it are the ones "Afraid of everything and live in fear." They sure did use a lot of psychological negative phrases and words against those who buy metals.
Miles Franklin Mint emailed out a commentary about the "Civilized People Don't buy Gold" comment. Along with thoughts on Bill Gates Interview. I am inserting that commentary, as it is too good not to reproduce.
Bill Holter offers his take on Munger's idiotic statement:
I had planned on penning a piece regarding the Treasury and Fed "floating" trial balloons for issuing Treasury Bills with negative interest rates (dumb) and issuing floating rate Treasury securities (dumber), but no, the comedy team of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger have put this on hold. Friday, Munger was on CNBC being interviewed by Becky Quick and really stuck his foot in his mouth. When I first read it I thought it was a joke but lo and behold, Charlie Munger said and I quote..."Gold is a great thing to sew into your garments if you are a Jewish family in Vienna in 1939. But civilized people don't buy Gold, they invest in productive businesses". REALLY? Civilized people? This is dumber than dumb's (Mr. Buffett) saying that Gold is stupid, men dig it up in one place just to put it in a hole in the ground somewhere else.
OK, I want to start with a disclaimer that the following is my opinion only and in the United States of America (where "civilized people" live), we are entitled to our opinions AND to voice them (so far that is). I must apologize ahead of time because my blood is on full boil and I feel "full rant mode" coming on. "Civilized people don't buy Gold"? You pompous, arrogant and lying horses ass! Gold, is THE money of Kings, it is the only real reserve of central banks, which hold it and are buying more. Gold is BIBLICAL money and has a monetary history of 5,000 years. Your comedy partner's father, Congressman Howard Buffett warned about going off of the Gold standard as far back as 1948 so Warren has no excuse and can't claim "dumb", maybe you really believe your own babble but to bring into the conversation "pre Holocaust Jewish families"? Does "dumber" ring a bell?
Is America immune to the reasons that a "civilized" person might want to own Gold as a store of wealth? Is it "uncivilized" to accumulate Gold (real money) to provide for future generations? What would you tell the Russians from 1990? Or the Argentines of 2002, the Iraqi people or many South Americans from the 1970's, 80'and 90's? Are all these people uncivilized slobs in your book? Is it impossible that the Dollar, a totally fiat, unbacked and grossly over issued (not to mention future issuance) currency could collapse and become worthless just like EVERY SINGLE FIAT CURRENCY IN HISTORY before it has? Have you read the newspapers (since you and Warren don't like the internet) that on a daily basis inform us of the latest civil liberties to be infringed upon or taken away for our "safety" and reminiscent of what era in past history? Hint, it rhymes with "yahtzee". Hell, answer just this one question, were the framers of the Constitution who defined the Dollar in grams of Silver, ÜNCIVILIZED?You probably already knew this shrouded tidbit of information when you first entered into a huge Silver position in the late '90's. That is ...until TPTB informed you that "certain regulatory agencies" might become especially stringent with some of your businesses unless 130 million ounces of Silver (Constitutional money) were divested.
OK, so don't answer, just look at your own track record vs. Gold.Berkshire stock has underperformed Gold while receiving all sorts of help. TARP saved your sorry wrinkled asses in 2008; you were GIVEN sweetheart deals with Goldman, GE and others while the Treasury has slowly emptied out their vaults to suppress the price of Gold. Even with shackles on, Gold has outperformed your "portfolio of productive businesses" better than 4 or 5 fold for at least 10+ years now! You have no legs to stand on. Badmouthing Gold and spreading false information to the masses? Are you trying to imitate the "Black Knight" on Monty Python?
The definition of "civilized" per Merriam Webster's dictionary is as follows: 1. marked by well-organized rules and laws about how people behave with each other. 2. polite, reasonable, respectful. 3. a, pleasant and comfortable. b. showing concern for what is correct according to social rules.
If the above is the definition of "civilized" then I have a few more questions. Would the leaders of a truly "civilized society" set up a "never pay system" where their intent is to welch on their debts? Would they import oil, cars, widgets or whatever and send in return pieces of paper that have absolutely no real value, are not backed by anything and can be created with virtually no effort or cost at all? Would this "civilized society" extract labor from its "subjects" and in effect, not pay them? Is this "civilized"?Would a civilized society allow the banking and financial system to reap profits yet saddle their citizens with the losses of irresponsible and reckless traders?Would a "civilized society" have allowed MF Global to steal from their clients or Greek CDS not be paid after a clear default is ruled otherwise? Is this YOUR "civilization" where the little guy be damned for what you are portraying as the "greater good". As for the "Jewish family in Vienna" part, I don't even want to go there. Was it supposed to be a joke? Did you think the viewers were going to laugh? Were you trying to tie the "barbarous relic" to a barbaric chapter in history? Bad Charlie, really BAD!
As for Gold being "barbaric", John Maynard Keynes (who coined the phrase) has been thoroughly discredited. He clearly advocated a system that can only lead to eventual bankruptcy if fiat money is used. In a system, which uses Gold for money, no government can use fiscal stimulus to excess for very long because they will run out of Gold. Yes, a nation can bankrupt but it cannot create the mammoth black holes of debt that now exist, this is the beauty of it. Gold acts as a restraint on government, which is exactly why government trots out the Buffetts and Mungers of the world to attempt to discredit it.The use of Gold, as Warren Buffett's father wrote, helps preserve the civil liberties described in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Charlie Munger either knows this or he is so old he has forgotten it. In either case he is in the process of ruining his "inflation aided" legacy.
THE United States of America has been degraded into a (bankrupt) socialist, fascist system where "in the loop" businessmen like Charlie Munger get inside help and information while true entrepreneurs are pissed on at every turn. The inside track apparently is not good enough; the comedic team of Buffett and Munger seem to believe that they need to misdirect the populace of peons away from the only asset, which will provide safety and liberty. For their sake, I hope that they keep their act under tighter wraps because 'ole Charlie needs a pry bar to get his foot out of his mouth on this one!
Eric Sprott responds in the interview below with CNBC, regarding that statement saying "I don't think I should respect their opinion at this time." He says "Silver is the investment of the next decade. Gold will be at $2000 and Silver at $50 by years end."
Here is a video proving there was a CNBC "Who won the debate poll" on 11/9/11 that CNBC took off their site after 25 minutes due to Ron Paul winning huge over all other candidates!
Right now a CNBC analyst from JP Morgan is saying Gold is on the way to $2500, because the U.S. entitlements are not being cut.
What absolute Bull Shit!
All the media keeps saying Social Security is an entitlement, they really have people brainwashed in thinking that. That fact is False and a Lie! Social Security is not and has NEVER been an entitlement. It is not a giveaway from the government.
I wrote about this during the debt ceiling debate.
I am wondering if JP Morgan has lost control of their manipulation of gold due to all that is happening and that is why they are now saying Gold is going to $2500? They are definitely working on silver and have not yet lost control there, but I would suspect at some point in the near future they will lose control there too. But when/if Bernanke announces a QE3 then JP Morgan will be given the billions they need to keep the prices low and suppressed.
UPDATE - They have been talking about Gold for an hour now - why are they now admitting it is the place to be? This is against all their rules of gold coverage being allowed by the government. The fact gold is the safe haven, means bonds and stocks are not. It is not an area the government wants focused on. I assume the natural demand for gold and it's rising against all the forces against it, they can not ignore gold anymore.
I think I can hear the Comex cracking as demand increases.
Erin Burnett and Rick Santelli of CNBC and Joe Lavorgna of Deutsche Bank want to bulldoze houses that have been foreclosed on! Especially Joe Lavorgna of Deutsche Bank Really thinks the U.S. government should bulldoze the houses they have ILLEGALLY FORECLOSED ON! HE CAN GO FU** HIMSELF!
DEUTSCHE BANK HAS TOTALLY FALSIFIED PAPERWORK MILLIONS OF TIMES TO FORECLOSE ON PEOPLE ILLEGALLY!
They ALL want foreclosed homes BULLDOZED to get rid of the supply of houses on the market!
Erin Burnett was saying because the colors and fixtures will be out of fashion by the time they sell! WTF??!!! Are you Fu*&ing kidding me! Bulldoze them because the colors will be out of fashion?! This gets me ILL!
WHAT THE FU*&! This PISSES me off! FU*& THEM! What about all those families THEY THREW OUT ON THE STREET! NOW they want to just bulldoze the homes? WHY not GIVE THE HOMES TO FAMILIES THAT ARE HOMELESS THROUGH FRAUD OF THE BANKS?
INSTEAD OF BULLDOZING - GIVE THEM TO FAMILIES LIVING ON THE STREET!!
MY BLOOD IS BOILING..... DUE TO THE FU*&ing JERKS LIKE THOSE ON CNBC - WHO THINK BULLDOZING IS A BETTER IDEA AND CAN'T EVEN THINK OF THE IDEA OF GIVING THEM TO FAMILIES WHO DESPERATELY NEED THEM!!
OH BUT KINDNESS AND HAVING A HEART AND CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT AND ANY WORDS LIKE THAT ARE NOT THOUGHT OF FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE U.S. WHO THEY HAVE FU*&ED OVER!
FU*& THEM!
I AM SO FU*&ING PISSED RIGHT NOW!
WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE?

MOTHERFU*&ERS!
Edit - Those who read my blog, know I do not use the F word, but I did this time and I am leaving it up, due to the nature of the topic and though I wrote this immediately after watching the video and it is when my anger was at the height of emotion....... It still stand by what I have posted below. Please watch the video to understand.
I am calming myself as I write this! BUT, CNBC has an article saying the Congress, U.S. Government WILL PASS A LAW TO SANCTION THE FRAUD! As CNBC puts it.....
Because the politicians will not let the financial stability of the largest bank in the nation be threatened by contractual rights. Not when there’s an easy fix available that won’t cost taxpayers a dime.
Here’s what is going to happen: Congress will pass a law called something like “The Financial Modernization and Stability Act of 2010” that will retroactively grant mortgage pools the rights in the underlying mortgages that people are worried about. All the screwed up paperwork, lost notes, unassigned security interests will be forgiven by a legislative act.
I can tell you right now! IF Congress Does pass something like this.... That then means LAWLESSNESS IS ALLOWED! That means ALL LEGAL CONTRACT CAN BE REWRITTEN AT ANY TIME TO FIT THOSE IN POWER!
I can not believe that this could be done! How could anyone have ANY Faith in ANY Legal Contract, due to the Government being able to Change that contract in the future, with Legislation?
How could FRAUD for over a decade be sanctioned? How could this government CONTINUALLY SCREW THE PEOPLE AND STAND BY THE BANKS?
I ALSO BELIEVE EVERY SINGLE CAREER POLITICIAN NEEDS TO BE VOTED OUT! I DON'T CARE WHO HE OR SHE IS...... WE NEED NEW ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO ARE NOT BOUGHT AND SOLD EVERY DAY BY THE LOBBYIST! EVERY SINGLE ELECTED OFFICIAL IN WASHINGTON IS BOUGHT, IT IS NOT ABOUT WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THE PEOPLE, IT IS ABOUT WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THEIR POCKETBOOK!
All MERS Foreclosure Fraud Information at this link.
First - the homeowners of the mortgages have been defrauded.
Second - those who have purchased foreclosed homes, may not actually hold a good title
Third - The pensions and investors who purchased the bonds with the fraudulent mortgages, thinking they were good, were sold Junk.... KNOWINGLY by the banks.
Lawyers are going to be having FUN with this for years.... The litigation that will be coming, is going to be tremendous, IMO.
Portion from article:
The mortgage is still owed, but there's going to be a problem figuring out who actually holds the mortgage, and they would be the ones bringing the foreclosure. You have a trust that has been getting payments from borrowers for years that it has no right to receive. So you might see borrowers suing the trusts saying give me my money back, you're stealing my money. You're going to then have trusts that don't have any assets that have been issuing securities that say they're backed by a whole bunch of assets, and you're going to have investors suing the trustees for failing to inspect the collateral files, which the trustees say they're going to do, and you're going to have trustees suing the securitization sponsors for violating their representations and warrantees about what they were transferring.
His exact quote: "I am a huge bull on this country," Buffett, Berkshire's chief executive officer, said today in remarks to the Montana Economic Development Summit. "We will not have a double-dip recession at all. I see our businesses coming back almost across the board." "I've seen sentiment turn sour in the last three months or so, generally in the media," Buffett said. "I don't see that in our businesses. I see we're employing more people than a month ago, two months ago." "It's night and day from a year, year and a half ago," Buffett said. "I know Wells Fargo, they would love to have $50 billion more of loans now. Go in and talk to the banker."
Buffett was responding to a question from question about the National Bureau of Economic Research's determination earlier this weekthat the recession 'officially' ended in June, 2009.
We're still in a recession. And, and we're not gonna be out of it for awhile, but we will get out of it.
People need to stop following those who are at the top of the ladder, Buffet will say whatever he needs to, to either get out of equities he knows will be going down, before everyone else. Why is it, in 10 days time, he has changed his mind about the recession? 10 days ago, we had supposedly been out of the Recession since June 2009 - Now he says we have still been in one and it will be awhile until we are out.
Lets all be honest here. The Real fact is, we are going into a depression. Those are the facts.
Question.... Have you looked at what Gold and Silver have been doing the last few days, despite those in power trying to stop it? Protect yourselves and get into Gold and Silver - that is where your wealth will be protected and the value of your money (which is dropping fast everyday) will be as it is today.
I will say over and over - Do NOT buy GLD or SLV - those funds are strictly Paper - the physical does not match the amount of money into the funds - it is a leverage of 100 to 1 of paper versus physical.
General Electric, the world's largest industrial company, has quietly become the biggest beneficiary of one of the government's key rescue programs for banks.
At the same time, GE has avoided many of the restrictions facing other financial giants getting help from the government.
The company did not initially qualify for the program, under which the government sought to unfreeze credit markets by guaranteeing debt sold by banking firms. But regulators soon loosened the eligibility requirements, in part because of behind-the-scenes appeals from GE.
So, GE is getting money from all of us, because they can. Mind you the govt. turned down California's request for help, because it was actually for the average citizen. Come July 1st. California is going to be in a world of hurt - welfare, health, parks, jobs, the list goes on and on will be stopping.
But GE a Huge corporation got 340 BILLION from the bail out!!!!
Everyone needs to seriously BOYCOTT ANYTHING NBC!!! All of us suffer, while others get money just for the heck of it, when they don't need it!!!
As a result, GE has joined major banks collectively saving billions of dollars by raising money for their operations at lower interest rates. Public records show that GE Capital, the company's massive financing arm, has issued nearly a quarter of the $340 billion in debt backed by the program, which is known as the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program, or TLGP. The government's actions have been "powerful and helpful" to the company, GE chief executive Jeffrey Immelt acknowledged in December.
GE's finance arm is not classified as a bank. Rather, it worked its way into the rescue program by owning two relatively small Utah banking institutions, illustrating how the loopholes in the U.S. regulatory system are manifest in the government's historic intervention in the financial crisis.
Below you will see, it IS the largest corporation - they had NO RIGHT to get 340 BILLION dollars!!!
The current good fortune of General Electric, ranked by Forbes as the world's largest company, has roots in the Great Depression, when it created a consumer finance arm so that cash-starved families could buy its appliances.
What grew from those beginnings is now a powerful engine of profit, accounting for nearly half of its parent's net earnings in the past five years. GE may be better known for light bulbs and home appliances, but GE Capital is one of the world's largest and most diverse financial operations, lending money for commercial real estate, aircraft leasing and credit cards for stores such as Wal-Mart. If GE Capital were classified as a banking company, it would be the nation's seventh largest.
The article is 4 pages long and well worth reading - including on how GE worked the system to get the money!!
The govt. doesn't stop amazing me, on how they are working against the people and only for big corporations!
Again - I have gotten an email going - linking this article asking everyone to BOYCOTT ANYTHING NBC!!
That is one of the mildest things we can all do, to show our disapproval of the government and big corporations who are getting money from all of us!!
I have followed Peter Schiff - the dollar will not hold up too much longer. Everyone needs to protect the value of the dollar right now, even as it is declining to convert their paper into Gold and Silver. Silver is actually the better, due to the cost and it is expected to rise higher in conversion of cost into profit. Besides it will be more tradeable at a lower overall cost than gold will be. link to his video on CNBC yesterday on "The Call" program - http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=1130864179&play=1
