ALL Foreclosures STOPPED in Hawaii - The State Government Passed a Bill to STOP ALL FORECLOSURES For 5 Months!

EDIT - 2/12/11 - I am wrong to say foreclosures have stopped, the bill has passed the State house but has yet to be signed or passed the Senate of Hawaii.   In my excitement I should have have stated foreclosures have been stopped in Hawaii.
This is so AWESOME!  Hawaii's State Legislative Body passed a bill to STOP ALL NON-JUDICIAL FORECLOSURES - NOT ONE BANK CAN FORECLOSE ON ANYONE THERE FOR 5 MONTHS!

Hawaii's State elected officials "Get It" regarding the Foreclosure FRAUD of banks!  They are stopping all foreclosures for 5 months due to all the fraud going on.

They said they don't want to shut down the mortgage market, but feel people need a time out of foreclosures due to all going on with them.

Imagine if ALL of the States Legislative elected officials would take this step!

Seems Hawaii's elected officials are actually working for the people right now!  WOW, what a refreshing change!  I wonder if other state's elected officials will start working for the people instead of protecting the banks?  Every state should pass a bill to stop foreclosures.
Also, we have NEVER heard the outcome of the Attorney Generals of all the states investigation into the foreclosure fraud of banks!  I ask everyone to call your Attorney General's office and ask what is happening with it!

Here a site with the list of the Attorney Generals of each state.  It has their picture, contact number, address and website link for each Attorney General!  Please use this and contact your state AG and demand for them to take steps to stop the fraud!  They are the top lawyers for each state and they should be taking action, considering all foreclosures are fraud!  How are they allowing the fraud, when they are elected to protect the people?

OH, I wonder if MSM will mention this on cable and the national news?  Don't worry, I won't hold my breath for them to actually give people the news that can positively affect the people.  This is too good of news for the people and against the banks, they won't touch it.  Also, it would give people the idea there might be fraud happening in foreclosures instead of the "paperwork irregularities" as they have spun it.

Here is the document - from Hawaii with Bill number HB894-HDI stopping foreclosures
