Something Odd has happened: The Sun Arrived in Greenland 2 days Early - than it ever has before. The RSOE - Alerts Map even has it listed as an Event!

This is a very unusual event which has happened.  In Greenland, the people are used to the darkness during the Winter and the Sun begins showing again on January 13th, every year.  But this year for the first time the Sun arrived 2 days early on January 11th.

The RSOE Alert map even has it listed as an event.

Last week, all around the internet people were reporting their compasses being off from 20 degrees to 180 degrees, using old compasses and new digital compasses.  There were mass reportings of compasses being off from around the world.  Scientist have said the magnetic North Pole is now moving fast, it is moving 40 miles per year now, towards Russia. The Tampa airport even changed their numbers for the magnetic North last week on their runways, due to the changes of compasses pointing to the new magnetic North.  It is expected for other airports to do the same, so pilots can have the correct readings for the runways.

But the magnetic core of the Earth would not affect the Sun coming up 2 days before it should in Greenland.

Here is the alert posted on RSOE - as they have it:

Normally, the sun shall not return to Ilulissat, 13 January, but suddenly today peeped it in the distance, two days earlier than normal. - It arrived at 12:56:57. Vi var rigtig mange mennesker, der sa den. We were very many people who saw it. It is really nice and we can certainly confirm that the sun is still round and not square, "said Mr Petersen smiling. 74-year-old Holger Sivertsen, one of Ilulissat's older citizens, is surprised that the sun is back so early. - That sounds very strange. Here in town, the sun until 13 januar. January. There must be something wrong when it arrives on 11 January, he says. When asked why he thinks that it came so early, he says briefly: - I have no clue.

Ilulissat, Greenland

Now the question is..... is the Earth Crust also shifting, as it has done in ancient history a few times and proven in Archeology?  Yes, many including the Mayan, Edgar Cayce etc. have predicted an Earth Crustal shift for this period of time.    But, is it also due to both the 2004 Tsunami and the 2010 Chile Earthquake, which both moved the Earth off it's Axis a slight bit, as said by scientist and news reports?

The Sun coming up 2 days early in Greenland, suggest something is going on, now we just have to figure out exactly what, as I do not expect the media nor the governments to reveal the truth of what is actually happening.

It does not hurt to start watching where the Sun is in the sky and is it in it's normal position for the time of the year and is it rising and setting at the regular times?

EDIT - 1/14/11 - The Daily Mail wrote an article about it:

Portion:

The sun over Greenland has risen two days early, baffling scientists and sparking fears that Arctic icecaps are melting faster than previously thought.

Experts say the sun should have risen over the Arctic nation's most westerly town, Ilulissat, yesterday, ending a month-and-a-half of winter darkness.

But for the first time in history light began creeping over the horizon at around 1pm on Tuesday - 48 hours ahead of the usual date of 13 January.

The mysterious sunrise has confused scientists, although it is believed the most likely explanation is that it is down to the lower height of melting icecaps allowing the sun's light to penetrate through earlier.
