U.S. Justice Department investigating Deutsche Bank - Foreclosure Practices - FALSE PAPERWORK Filed to Foreclose!

OH, Yes..... That Happy Dance is going on right now!  I just can't help myself!  Especially since I found out last week, Deutsche Bank is suppose to be the bank behind my mortgage now, though that is not information I had any clue about previously.  Oh, I had even gone to my court house (which I encourage everyone to do) and got a copy of ALL the paperwork they have there regarding my property, including any assignments and their name was not on any of it.

Well the news is just breaking the U.S. Justice Department in investigating Deutsche Bank's foreclosure practices, it seems they have been found to file FALSE Paperwork to foreclose! Which all the banks have to do, but it seems their paperwork is glaringly false!

Portion:

Allegations Deutsche Bank filed false documents

* Inquiry could affect foreclosures across United States

* Testimony demanded from Deutsche Bank officials

By Scot J. Paltrow

NEW YORK, Jan 28 (Reuters) - A branch of the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating whether Deutsche Bank filed false documents and attempted to mislead a bankruptcy judge in a foreclosure action.

Although the investigation involves the case of only one homeowner in Connecticut, a court document filed on Jan. 26 by the United States Trustee's Office said it wants to elicit information about Deutsche Bank's practices in general in foreclosure cases

aside from possible sanctions against Deutsche Bank in this foreclosure case, the results could have significant effect on Deutsche Bank's practices in general, and on its ability to foreclose on large numbers of homeowners in default.

the inquiry could apply to many other Deutsche Bank foreclosures by putting the bank on notice that its practices have not been legal, and that it may lack the basic authority even to bring many of the foreclosure cases.

Mortgage assignments are needed to prove that a trust owns the mortgage and has authority to foreclose, but in many cases banks that originated the mortgages never gave the trusts the required assignments. The inquiry also could have an impact on other banks that act as trustees and mortgage loan servicers, if it establishes that the type of procedures used by Deutsche Bank were illegal.

Now, I sincerely hope they are going to be honest in their investigation of the bank and I sincerely hope it is just the first bank they will investigate.

I will be watching what happens!

  1. I hope Douch Bank gets the royal screwing and someone gets beheaded. They run the ultraETFs and have been screwing over investors for years with their ponzi-scheme investment vehicles.

But honestly, do we really believe Holder will do anything? Will anyone besides the corporation be found at fault? Will someone go to jail?

You know what....I'm a betting man and I'm gonna bet anyone willing to take this bet. I'll give you 10 to 1 odds. The bet is that the worst thing that happens to Douch Bank is they get a fine. That's it. After all, the US govt. just OK'ed a permanent change to accounting standards so assets can be "marked to myth", instead of "mark to market". Which means banks like Douch Bank, a primary dealer to the federal reserve, can value their trash/toxic assets to whatever value they choose, whenever they choose.

So, I would really like to be optimistic here, but you see I'm a realist. And the entire US government is a criminal cabal and politicians are just puppets to the fascist businesses that dictate their goals.

Holder will do nothing. Where has the SOB been for the past 2.5 years? Why isn't there anyone in jail? During the Savings & Loans crisis, 1000s went to jail.

Leave me a note if you want the bet. 10:1 odds.

  2. That may be true, but all these articles are really good to send to lawyers who may be working on MERS cases. I send all the info out to various lawyers who are currently or looking to start class action suits! To me, more damning info to give to a judge! but I won't take your bet, because every financial situation of the U.S. is rigged - all ponzi, just as you said.

  3. After watching a live stream of the revolution in Egypt, I'm beginning to believe that change is truly possible. The banksters and their bought and paid for judges are starting to hear the distant drum beats. Revolution is coming, the police and military are scared, politicians are terrified, media experts are scrambling, and I believe we might actually see justice for once. The wave of revolutions is spreading fast, Iceland, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, soon Greece and the rest of the European Union. The common denominator is the end of the central banking system and taxation without representation.

  5. I'm going through this with deutsche bank now. They say the only reason they haven't foreclosed is because they can't find the title. They said when they do i will have 30 days to vacate!I live in NH. What should I do?

  6. Are you kidding? They can't find the title and you are willing to vacate? You need to talk to a lawyer or the legal aid in your area! They can not foreclose on you!
