This is one of those stories that is just so Frickin Bizarre!!!!
This mom was seriously arrested for allowing her kids age 9 and 6 to play outside in their cul de sac!
The arresting officer put it as "Abandonment of her children"!
She was sitting outside watching them, but he said they were unsupervised!
What in the hell is happening in this country?
When did it become against the law for kids to play outside?
Does the government only want kids to be inside and stuck to the TV and not enjoy outside playing?
This absolutely gets me infuriated with how the country has become. What right does the government have to stop kids from playing outside?
When I was growing up we played outside all the time and we did not have our parents watching over us!
It is not abandonment of a child to allow them the freedom to enjoy the outdoors!
I did personally have CPS come to my house over my "taking my daughter camping and hiking" besides wanting to know what type food I had stored and an accusation I was a "top secret agent against the government."
You think that's bad. Wait till oBama gets elected for another four years. Then you'll really see this was a very tiny problem. A teeny-tiny problem.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I'm so sick and tired of the finger pointing at Obama. Sure the guy is a scumbag, but the finger pointers treat him (just like his supporters) as the King of England. If you don't like the terms the system has set your life under, then opt out and quit bitching about it. The entire thing is voluntary. If you enjoy benefit, then accept the terms, which includes whatever puppet they feel like putting in your face. Come on, Man!
ReplyDeleteThe cops can't possibly see a situation, interpret it under law, and apply proper judgment. All law is written in legalese, and is to be comprehended, interpreted and applied by BAR lawyers. No cop is a lawyer. All cops act under complete presumption that they know anything. They simply apply 'charges', arrest whomever they want, and let the lawyers try to worm their way into a plea bargain or a conviction. If there's nothing of substance for them to drain a citizens labor value for, then after 24 hours in warehousing that corporate unit is released. All cops are soldiers for a global corporation, and have absolutely no comprehension of law outside of lawyers telling them the best odds on their actions for convictions. It's all about equity courts and money, and we the sheeple are there to be fleeced.
