Normally when Bernanke speaks metals react by going up. The Cartel knew that, so they were ready. They DUMPED 225 MILLION ounces of Silver (Paper) on the market as Bernanke was speaking.

The first minute of the video, is Barney Frank, kissing Bernanke's ass, telling him to ignore the negative things people are saying about the Federal Reserve and what a great job Bernanke is doing.  (Yeah, I almost threw up over that absolute ass kissing B.S!)

Ron Paul starts at 1 minute in this video - the Silver Eagle (update 3/1/12, I understand it was a  "Silver Circle" coin, from the movie that will be coming out in May, not an Eagle) ounce is taken out by Ron Paul at the 2:45 minute mark. Says the one ounce in 2006 would buy 4 gallons of gas, today it buys 11 gallons of gas.  It is what is holding people's wealth, not fiat currency.  Ron Paul has Bernanke admit Silver IS money at the 5 minute mark. Bernanke says "Gold and Silver, are another currency!"

Here is what I personally think about that dump... the Cartel took Silver down $2 by Dumping 225 Million Ounces today.  Think about this... they were only able to take down Silver $2 with that dump which is what it raised yesterday!  So.... Silver is being resilient and holding!  They are running out of options and shorts!  They are playing their last straws.  Silver held today, if they had dumped that amount 3 years ago Silver would have gone down $10 or more, it only went down $2 today!  


I just now figured out.  The last COT (commitment of Traders) report for the comex has 70,000 commercial shorts Silver contracts listed.  I then took 225 million and divided it by 5000, which is one Silver contract on the Comex.  That then comes up to 45000 silver contracts that were dumped today by the commercials.

Do you realize the full implications of that?

That means they dumped over 1/2 of their shorts on the market today in half an hour and it only took Silver down $2!  I am sure they were expecting it to go down $20 or more!  They used over 1/2 of all that they have to smack it down!  Silver WON!  This is huge in that they don't/won't have all the shorts to keep manipulating the market!

I spoke to David Morgan of Silver-Investor.com  he agreed with me that lots of paper silver was being sold to drive the market DOWN! Further, that much selling in the past would have had a far greater effect. David Morgan said, he was suppose to be interviewed by Max Keiser today, but that got delayed. David Morgan wants to help further the silver cause and plans to ask Max to restart his "Buy a Silver ounce."  Who knows maybe Max will say something like buy a "Silver Eagle" and help - "Bust the Comex!" This is just a guess from what David Morgan told me, but stay tuned, as the silver market continues to be one of the best stories on the Internet.

It seems we are towards the end of their desperate manipulations!  I am very excited over this! 

 Especially since they used so much today and got so little from it!

At 7:30 PM 2/29/12 - Silver is UP .21 to $34.85.  That dump sure did not do much for them.  Lets see how long it takes silver to go back to where it was ($37.62) when they did their dump of paper.

11:20 PM 2/29/12 - Gold is UP $24.30 to 1722.30 and Silver is UP .47 to $35.11.  Looks like the Asian market is thanking the cartel for what they did today and buying metals.   What a FAIL today for the cartel. 

 Ron Paul I believe woke more people up regarding Silver.  That was very powerful him holding up the Silver Eagle and showing the physical metal.  I have even had someone contact me who has never considered purchasing metals before and asked if I knew of where they could purchase some.  More people will look at Silver I believe due to Ron Paul doing what he did today.

the nonprofit between 2006 and 2008. This figure appears to represent
organization's total operating budget-though, oddly, the group reported
receipts of just a third of that total during the same time period.

Deak describes himself as a "Practicing Muslim with background in
Christianity and Judaism, [with] in-depth personal and business
experiences in the Middle East, living and working six months per year in
Egypt." Born into a Christian home, Deak became an Orthodox Jew and
married a Jewish woman before converting to Islam when he married his
current wife, Moshira Soliman, with whom he now lives in Rye.

Leslie Deak's resume also notes his role as "business consultant" for
Patriot Defense Group, LLC, a private defense contractor with offices in

website are those of its three "strategic advisers." These include retired

Terrorism," and James Pavitt, former deputy director for operations at the
Central Intelligence Agency, where he "managed the CIA's globally deployed
personnel and nearly half of its multi-billion dollar budget" and "served
as head of America's Clandestine Service, the CIA's operational response
to the attacks of September 11, 2001."
Besides Pavitt, Brown and a third advisor, banker Alexander Cappello, the
Patriot Defense Group is so secretive it doesn't even name its management
team, instead describing its anonymous CEO as a former Special Forces and
State Department veteran, the group's managing director as a former CIA
officer experienced in counter-terrorism in hostile environments and the
group's corporate intelligence head as a "23-year veteran of the U.S.
Secret Service who worked on the personal security details of former

You like your Smart Phone? You download Facebook and Youtube Apps? If so they can access your phone and information anytime they want!

So do you just love your Smart phone?  Do you love to download all those cool apps that are available?

Well you are one of the millions that do.

But a little warning.  Seems Facebook's app then allows them to read your text messages you send.

Oh and youtube's app allows them to access your camera and take photos and videos when they want to!

All of this without ever telling you they are doing it or disclosing to you that they have done it.

You keep your phone by your bed?  Imagine the videos youtube might be getting.  You take it in the bathroom with you?  You take it into important meetings?  The list goes on and on about the invasion of privacy, besides the type of videos and pictures they are getting of you and your family or anything you do.

But did you read the small print when you downloaded that app?

Seems Facebook has been having no problem spying on people and what texts they have sent out.

Facebook admitted reading text messages belonging to smartphone users who downloaded the social-networking app and said that it was accessing the data as part of a trial to launch its own messaging service, The (London) Sunday Times reported.

Other well-known companies accessing smartphone users' personal data - such as text messages - include photo-sharing site Flickr, dating site Badoo and Yahoo Messenger, the paper said.

It claimed that some apps even allow companies to intercept phone calls - while others, such as YouTube, are capable of remotely accessing and operating users' smartphone cameras to take photographs or videos at any time.

I do not have a smart phone nor do I want one.  If people are smart they will get rid of all their "cool" apps as once it is downloaded you have given permission to that company to access all your personal information.
Who knows what type of pictures have been taken of you if you have a smart phone and downloaded youtube's app?

Jim Sinclair - Interview on KWN 2/23/12 says Gold about to trade $400 per day.

Jim Sinclair was on King World News on 2/23/12 saying that Gold is about to trade $400 per day. 

Jim Sinclair had published on his site that March 14th to the 20th he is expecting some big things to happen, 
from a luncheon he had with money managers.

Jim Sinclair says he is absolutely right about what is about to happen.  He says this is a replay of history.  At the end of this interview is when he says that Gold will start moving in the hundreds each day and that gold will be un-trade able for the individual. 

A portion of what he wrote about that luncheon:

Let me share with you the conclusion I took away from today’s luncheon.
1. What is going to happen is going to take place in March somewhere between the 14th and 20th in all probability.
2. What will determine the fate of markets is what action China does or does not take in providing funds to IMF bailout funds.
3. I believe China can and will extract significant trade and other benefits for their presence.
4. I believe China will want the same immunity that the IMF just took for themselves on sovereign debt in liquidation.
5. Greek gold will be held hostage to their debt.
6. That will accelerate the modest trend of repatriation of gold for the cellar of the New York Fed to nations like Germany that are certainly able to store their own wealth.
7. There will be an acceleration in the trend of utilization of other currencies than the dollar for contracting internationally regarding goods, service, oil and minerals.
8. I do not agree that we are at the doorstep now of major changes in the international monetary system. That comes in June of 2015.
9. I am certain that we are on the immediate threshold of the monster kick of the financial can down the road that is a dead end.
10. I believe China and the US Fed will assist in that great last can kick that backfires.
11. I am certain that I am in the right business and that business is the identification and accumulation of gold as gold is the ultimate survivor of what is about to happen.
12. I am certain the gold industry is mad as a Danbury hatter in selling their product the moment they produce it.
13. I am certain the gold and silver industry is in a transition back to the dividend producers they once were.
14. I am certain that the volatility in gold, silver and equities we have already seen is nothing compared to what is about to happen.
15. The last man standing among asset categories as the new monetary system is introduced sometime post June of 2015 will be gold and gold alone.

I would like to stress, the March 20th date has come up over and over on the financial sites.  It is when Greece is expected to really default.  Jim Willie of Golden Jackass, had said he was told by an insider that March 20th was a date to watch for and everything going down.

These are just a couple of financial articles with the date of March 20th to the 23rd about the "kick the can down the road" pretty much ends and the banks go down.  

Financial experts are saying over and over again and have been saying this for a couple of months that the week of March 20th will have big financial events.

What I did today Feb 23 2012. I educated a Policeman and Military Personnel today about the NDAA bill

I believe it is up to all of us to try and take a stand and even educate people about the NDAA bill passed by the Federal Government and signed into law by Obama on New Years Eve 2011.

Today, February 23, 2012, I was in a Five Guys Restaurant in Knoxville Tn.  A K-9 police officer walked in, dressed in full gear.  After he ordered and was waiting for his food, I decided to approach him and ask him what he thought of the NDAA bill?

I approached him and said "May I please ask you a question?  In fact I have been wanting to interview Policemen about this subject, though I don't have a camera with me right now."  He looked me and said "Yes, you may ask me a question."  He was very guarded in saying "Yes" and I could tell he was not sure he wanted to hear what the question was.

So I asked "How do you like the fact that Congress and the Senate passed the NDAA bill that gives the military personnel the right to police our streets by arresting U.S. citizens and holding them without rights to a lawyer, trial for the rest of their lives?"  He gave me a blank stare and said "What?"  I repeated the NDAA bill.

He said he had never heard of it and did not know anything about it.  He took out a note pad from his pocket and he wrote down NDAA.  I told him "Look it up.  What I am telling you is the Federal Government gave the military the right to police our streets and take U.S. citizens and hold them without rights."  I continued and said "You do realize, we the citizens are going to end up needing you on our side and protecting us, don't you?"

As soon as I finished saying that to him, he looked up and said "There are military personnel walking in right now, why don't you go and ask them about it."  I turned around to see a group of Army personnel walking in.
I turned back to the policeman and said "Why don't you ask them about it and see what they say and see that I am telling you the truth.  I am trying to get the State government of Tennessee to pass a bill that will nullify unconstitutional federal laws."

I thanked him for his time and went back to sit down where I was eating.

I waited until the military personnel finished ordering and were standing around waiting for their food.  I then approached them.

A group of three of them were by the drinks, so I walked over and said "May I ask you guys about the NDAA bill and what you are going to do, if you are told you have to enact it?"

The three personnel gave me a blank stare, just as the policeman did.  They said "What are you talking about?"

I then said "The NDAA bill that says, you guys can police our streets and arrest U.S. citizens out of their homes and on the streets for being "belligerent" against the government and hold them for the rest of their lives without rights to a trial, lawyer or anything."

One guy said immediately "We will Never do that, we are sworn to protect U.S. citizens not harm them!"
Another guy said "I have never heard of this and our Brass has never mentioned this to any of us."
I then educated them about it.  They asked when it passed and I told them in December.

They said they will look up the information, but they will also uphold their vows to protect the citizens of the United States.

One said "No one has ever been arrested for 'Freedom of Speech' in this country."  I looked at him and said "Are you kidding me?  Have you not seen people arrested in the Occupy movement in New York and Oakland?"  He said "They were on private property."  I replied "Oh no they were not.  Please look up the information."

I added "Since people can get arrested by you for being "belligerent" against the government, I might as well give you my address right now."  He laughed and said he would look up the NDAA bill information.

So..... What I did today was educate both a policeman and 7 military personnel about NDAA, where none of them had a clue or had heard about it before.

My point in all of this?

I believe all of us should approach our police and our military when we see them in public and ask them "What are you going to do if NDAA starts to take affect?"

Educate the police and the military about what the Federal CONgress and Sen ASS tors and Obama did by passing and signing the NDAA.

My educating these few will hopefully translate to many more being educated through them.  They were going to look up the information.  This way the word spreads within about it!

I will continue to keep doing what I did today.  I will approach the Police and the Military when I see them and ask them "What will YOU do?"

UN about to take control of the Internet. Forget SOPA - this is international control - Forget Privacy - Seems "One World Government" is coming together.

• Impose unprecedented economic regulations such as mandates for rates, terms and conditions for currently unregulated traffic-swapping agreements known as "peering."

• Establish for the first time ITU dominion over important functions of multi-stakeholder Internet governance entities such as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, the nonprofit entity that coordinates the .com and .org Web addresses of the world;

• Subsume under intergovernmental control many functions of the Internet Engineering Task Force, the Internet Society and other multi-stakeholder groups that establish the engineering and technical standards that allow the Internet to work;

This is why the Congress and Senate didn't care about the SOPA bill not getting through.  The UN will control the internet. 

It seems countries are now relinquishing individual sovereignty more and more to the UN.  They are even discussing having a "One World Court"  a "One World Regulatory Banking".

In other words the "One World Government" is coming together via the UN.

8. It is possible for example, with analysis of certain "Smart Meter" data, for unauthorized and distant parties to determine medical conditions, sexual activities, physical locations of persons within the home, vacancy patterns and personal information and habits of the occupants.
9. Your company has not adequately disclosed the particular recording and transmission capabilities of the smart meter, or the extent of the data that will be recorded, stored and shared, or the purposes to which the data will and will not be put.
10. Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency energy contamination from smart meters exceeds allowable safe and healthful limits for domestic environments as determined by the EPA and other scientific programs.

I forbid, refuse and deny consent of any installation and use of any monitoring, eavesdropping, and surveillance devices on my property, my place of residence and my place of occupancy. That applies to and includes "Smart Meters" and activity monitoring devices of any and all kinds. Any attempt to install any such device directed at me, other occupants, my property or residence will constitute trespass, stalking, wiretapping and unlawful surveillance and endangerment of health and safety, all prohibited and punishable by law through criminal and civil complaints. All persons, government agencies and private organizations responsible for installing or operating monitoring devices directed at or recording my activities, which I have not specifically authorized in writing, will be fully liable for a fee of $100,000.00 for any violations, intrusions, harm or negative consequences caused or made possible by those devices whether those negative consequences are provided by "law" or not.

This is legal notice. After this delivery the liabilities listed above may not be denied or avoided by parties named and implied in this notice. Civil Servant immunities and protections do not apply to the installation of smart meters due to the criminal violations they represent.
