Petition on Whitehouse.gov to STOP FREE Speech - To BAN ALL Websites that doubt Sandy Hook

I am Shocked there is a petition as there is on the Whitehouse.gov site.  

It is in essence trying to BAN FREE Speech... there would go our 1st Amendment, besides the 2nd amendment trying to be taken away.

Here is what the petition says:

Ban Sandy Hook Hoax websites, channels, and videos.

We urge you to make it an illegal act to use the internet to create, promote, or profit from any content that suggests that the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy was a hoax. This includes any content that suggests that the victims or their families were actors and/or that they are not actually deceased. This was a horrible tragedy. Numerous innocent lives were lost and countless more were forever changed. The survivors have to deal with unimaginable pain and suffering and they should not have to be subjected to such hurtful and harmful accusations, especially on their own memorial pages for their lost loved ones because these bullies are protected by their "Freedom of Speech". These people should be treated and tried as criminals. That is the least we can do to honor these victims.

I can't imagine it would get the signatures needed, but who knows.

I will read what the White House response would be very carefully if it does get the signatures.  Since they said Piers Morgan could say what ever he wanted against our Constitution due to the 1st Amendment, they would have to stand by that with this petition too.

I am amazed that someone even put this type petition up and that 22 people would have signed it... that would take away our Free speech, besides putting on trial those who doubt it as criminals.

People should be questioning the whole Sandy Hook event... there are too many things that do not add up to the official story.  I have written about it a lot myself and have proven contradictions including two rifles being gotten out of the trunk of the vehicle, with pictures of that.

Someone put up a Petition to BAN any questioning of Sandy Hook?

 Outrageous!

Besides that.. don't forget the "Sandy Hook Promise" Group that is controlling all access to the families and plans on a news conference tomorrow 1/14/13 and is going to take center stage in the "Gun Control" issue.

Abolish the Federal Reserve Act Petition on Whitehouse.gov

We have all read about the "Deport Piers Morgan" petition for trying to get our 2nd amendment taken away when he is not even a U.S. citizen.

This is what the petition says:

 British Citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment. We demand that Mr. Morgan be deported immediately for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights and for exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens.

I did not want to sign up on a government site for petitions, but I went ahead and did so today to sign the Morgan petition.   Which has over 80000 signatures now.

I was number 81486 on that petition.

There is an abolish the Federal Reserve Act petition on the site that was just put up.   I signed that one and was number 287.   Obviously there needs to be thousands who sign the petition.

This is what the petition says:  (I believe better words could have been used, but the point is to abolish the Federal Reserve Act)

Now this one I believe is very important.  It is up to all of us to stand up and try and get that done, just as Ron Paul has been trying for decades.

Collectively we should sign this petition and try and get it everywhere on social media sites, just as the Morgan one has been, to have people aware of it.

By taking a stance and signing it, all of us who are the 99% can begin being the power and force who are stronger than the 1%.

This petition deserves our attention and signing for our liberty and freedom from debt. 

We have to stand up and have the courage to put our name to what we stand for!

David Morgan - CONgress needs to start reading the bills before they pass them and the fraud of their votes.

A David Morgan interview about the fraud of Congress. He sent out a petition last week through his Silver-Investor.com site.   I have never seen a political petition before in an email from him,  as he is a leading expert on the silver industry.  It shows people are starting to take action where they have not before. 

What does the petition say? It says CONgress needs to actually read the bills before they pass them. He also mentions the fraud of the voting in CONgress and how some representatives vote for others.

He talks about how bizarre it is that "We the People," actually have to ask our elected officials which they are paid to represent us, to read the bills they have up on the floor, before they pass them.

He says the States rights are superior to Federal Rights. People need to start understanding that and start demanding that your state officials represent you. Here is the link to the petition on Fools Hill.

Great interview and I believe as David Morgan does that we should not have to ask our CONgress to actually read what they pass before they pass it!  We pay them, yet they are not doing their job of representing us. 

The Tennessee Nullification Bills (HB 1212 & SB 0620) of Unconstitutional Federal Laws, Petition PLEASE SIGN! For our Legislators to Pass the Bills. Video - People arrested for Free Speech

There are two bills in the State of Tennessee House and Senate that need to get passed.

The bills are for the Nullification of Unconstitutional Federal Laws in the State of Tennessee. 

The bill numbers are HB 1212 - for the House and SB 0620 for the Senate.

I have spoken with the two elected officials who wrote the bills (Rep. Ragan - for the House and Sen. Campfield for the Senate)  multiple times regarding the bills.

I have also spoken to the Chair (Rep. Haynes) of the Subcommittee (State and Local Government)  where the HB 1212 needs to get passed first.

The members of the Sub Committee - which needs to pass this bill first are:

Rep. Ryan Haynes the Chair was very open to getting the bill through the sub committee when I spoke with him on 1/3/12.

Since then I have spoken to many people about the nullification bill and did not think a petition would need to be signed by the People of Tennessee to get the bills through the State Legislative House and Senate.  I believe I was wrong about that now.  I believe pressure from the People in letting their elected officials know how they feel and demand the State stand up for the Constitution and Bill of Rights for the Citizens of Tennessee, is needed.   I will not go into why, but it seems some things have shifted since I thought all involved were on board to Tennessee standing up to Unconstitutional Federal Laws.

I have been working on this nullification bill in Tennessee since the beginning of the year with countless of phone calls and a couple of meetings about it.

In fact I have found "Meet Ups" which I was not familiar with before.  It is like minded people in all areas of the U.S who meet together with common interest and goals.

I have personally joined the "Patriots, 10th Amendment, Ron Paul, and We are Change" Meet Ups in my area.  I have gone to a couple of meetings and have found everyone is real and we all share similar goals and ideas.  It is very refreshing to be able to meet and talk to others who are Awake and Aware of all things going on.

Take a look in your area and see if there are Meet Ups that you may want to join.  People working together accomplishes much more than working alone on like minded goals. 

Because I do not have full confidence in the Nullification Bill in the Tennessee House getting passed without pressure from the Citizens of Tennessee, I have now begun a Petition.  This petition will be given to the Legislators of Tennessee to Demand they Pass the Nullification of Unconstitutional Federal Laws.  Which then the Indefinite Detention of U.S. Citizens has to be nullified immediately in Tennessee.  It is an Unlawful Law that the Federal House, Senate passed and Obama signed.

FYI - It seems there are some saying this bill "failed" last year in Tennessee. That is not true. This bill did not have a "2nd" in the subcommittee when it first came up. But that is being worked on now. The bill is Alive and did not fail, we need to make sure it gets pushed through the sub committee and on the House floor for a full vote through people getting involved.
