What is frustrating is the fact that judges will rule against the banks on previous foreclosures and people are winning their houses back along with more money.
MERS banks can only foreclose through FRAUD! There is no legal way for a MERS bank to foreclose on someone legally! The beneficiary is NOT the Owner and only an Owner can foreclose on a loan!
So everyone who been foreclosed on by a MERS bank in the past few years, can SUE for damages.
I interviewed Scott Stafne from Stafne Trumbull law firm in Washington State. He won the suit recently, where the judge completely voided the foreclosure from 2009. Mr. Stafne has more litigation in the court for damages including a RICO case against Bank of America.
Just as Mr. Stafne says in the interview, lawyers throughout the U.S. need to learn MERS and the fraud involved. There is a lot of money to be had. He mentioned a woman just won 6 million dollars due to foreclosure fraud.
I am asking lawyers throughout the U.S. from personal injury to other law fields to please learn the foreclosure fraud that is being committed by Wall Street and allowed by the government.
It is Time for the People to have help and for the People to WIN against all the fraud that is being committed in Greed!
People are being thrown out onto the streets through Fraud!
Once the banks foreclose, most of the time they then sell the properties for less than half of what the mortgage was they foreclosed on. The banks do not attempt to help the current homeowner. They make money by foreclosing and then selling to what is many times their friends for pennies on the dollar.
The corruption and Fraud need to STOP!
I am asking all of those who have been foreclosed on in the past to contact an attorney and to file a law suit of FRAUD against the MERS bank for wrongful foreclosure!
No foreclosure that is a MERS bank is legal! I am saying that one more time.
Also I would love for lawyers to look up doing Land Patents for people too!
THIS IS A CALL TO ALL LAWYERS TO START SUING THE BANKS AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE HAD FRAUD COMMITTED AGAINST THEM IN A FORECLOSURE TO SUE THE BANKS! STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND AGAINST THE WALL STREET FRAUD!
Freddie Mac ran a securitizattion scam that was basically similar in nature to MERS.
ReplyDeletePrior to the massive sub-prime credit frenzy going into full swing, the various state Attorney General offices threatened legal action against banks for violating predatory loan practices. They were unequivocally told by Washington of massive punitive action against any Attorney Generals who dared intervene on behalf of consumers. The states backed down, and the bubble continued to inflate with predictable results. With few exceptions, the states continued to sit on their hands as millions of homes were robo-signed and rubber-stamped into dodgy foreclosure, MERS be damned. Here we are, nearly 7 years later, and tens of millions of filched homes are now in the hands of 'lucky' buyers who scooped them up for pennies on the dollar in unadvertised "friends and families" cash sales. Often, buyers were associates of the foreclosing lawyers themselves, an obvious conflict of interest and violation of various state and federal laws. So tell me, where is the incentive for lawyers to step forward now, and essentially admit their involvement in the crimes we are now imploring them to resolve in the courts? Having lost our own home to Bank of America under the shadiest of circumstances, I would love to see the various State Bar Associations pledge themselves to this cause- I just don't see how they can do so without implicating themselves at the same time.
ReplyDeleteMy spouse and I rec'd $600 compensation of a $315,000 "lost" mortgage from RUST Co. as part of the Bank of America/Countrywide restitution for the bs we rec'd when Countrywide refused to negotiate a mortgage modification because Countrywide advised us that they couldn't do a modification until we were deeper in being behind in payments until we eventually lost the house of 16 years. Now we are living in a three bedroom apartment. Countrywide not only cheated us on our mortgage, but we rec'd a notice from them a year after we lost our home telling us that an external hard drive had been mistakenly lost or stolen that had all my family's financial and personal information on it. They gave us a free 2 yr credit checking service as compensation. Where is Countrywide now; laying on the beaches of the world sucking up rays and mojitos, and getting tanned. Where is my family? Growing up in a 3 bedroom apartment. Crooks, that's what Bank of America, Countrywide and Rust Co are. Crooks.
ReplyDeletecan you tell me how to go about finding a lawyer to sue? i received $600 and then an additional $1450 for my $55,000 house. isn't this an admission of guilt? i haven't a clue as to how to go about suing for damages.
