Trey Gowdy is able to get IRS Commissioner Koskinen to admit lies were told from White House and he doesn't know laws. Resolution filed in House "Dog Ate My Tax Return"

Trey Gowdy a Congressman from South Carolina who is obviously an excellent lawyer.  He grilled IRS Commissioner Koskinen and made Koskinen admit to not knowing much about the law or anything else and how the White House lied.

This is an awesome video and I wish all the Congressional officials were as him with finding the truth of all things in the government.

Through Gowdy's grilling, Koskinen admits he doesn't know any laws, even though he is a lawyer, he admits through cross examination the White House and Obama lied about the IRS scandal.  He lied about no criminal wrong doing.

I can say one thing, Koskinen is obviously very arrogant and appears to have been taking the whole hearing in stride and contempt until Gowdy grilled him as a great lawyer does to get to the truth.





A new resolution has been filed in the house, Steve Stockman from Texas has filed the resolution "The dog at my tax return" in the house.

WASHINGTON -- Taxpayers who do not produce documents for the Internal Revenue Service will be able to offer a variety of dubious excuses under legislation introduced by Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX 36) a week after the IRS offered an incredibly dubious excuse for its failure to turn documents over to House investigators.

“The United States was founded on the belief government is subservient and accountable to the people.  Taxpayers shouldn’t be expected to follow laws the Obama administration refuses to follow themselves,” said Stockman.  “Taxpayers should be allowed to offer the same flimsy, obviously made-up excuses the Obama administration uses.”
The full text of the resolution follows:

The resolution may be cited as the “Dog Ate My Tax Receipts Resolution.”

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) must allow taxpayers the same lame excuses for missing documentation that the IRS itself is currently proffering

Whereas, the IRS claims that convenient, unexplained, miscellaneous computer malfunction is sufficient justification not to produce specific, critical documentation; and,

Whereas, fairness and Due Process demand that the American taxpayer be granted no less latitude than we afford the bureaucrats employed presently at the IRS;

Now, therefore, be it resolved that it is the sense of the House of Representatives that unless and until the Internal Revenue Service produces all documentation demanded by subpoena or otherwise by the House of Representatives, or produces an excuse that passes the red face test,

All taxpayers shall be given the benefit of the doubt when not producing critical documentation, so long as the taxpayer’s excuse therefore falls into one of the following categories:

1.         The dog ate my tax receipts
2.         Convenient, unexplained, miscellaneous computer malfunction
3.         Traded documents for five terrorists
4.         Burned for warmth while lost in the Yukon
5.         Left on table in Hillary’s Book Room
6.         Received water damage in the trunk of Ted Kennedy’s car
7.         Forgot in gun case sold to Mexican drug lords
8.         Forced to recycle by municipal Green Czar
9.         Was short on toilet paper while camping
10.       At this point, what difference does it make?

In any case, IRS can see the NSA for a good, high quality copy.
Stockman’s bill comes a week after the IRS refused to turn over to House investigators emails from former Exempt Organizations Divison director Lois Lerner that would implicate agency personnel in illegal targeting of citizens critical of President Barack Obama.

Obama.... Constantly plays "The Victim" never knows about what the government is doing...

If there is one theme that has played over and over again in the White House... It is "Obama is a victim".   Have you noticed all the scandals, Obama "never knew about them, was out of the loop" etc.

You will notice Obama is claiming he is constantly left out of any of the biggest scandals and has never even had an inkling about what was going on.   Here is a question about that.... if true, does that not show a glaring problem?  Does that not show that Obama has no control over the U.S., except for enacting more laws against the constitution?  Doesn't that show the man should resign, since he has allowed the government agencies to go completely rogue?   Either way, all the scandals prove Obama needs to either be impeached or step down.  He has either taken this country to be completely unlawful or he has left agencies to become unlawful rogue agencies without control.

Lets look at just a few of the things he should have already been impeached over with what has been done and the lies.

NSA spying - on Everyone in the U.S. illegally and tapping the phones of heads of states including Merkel's cell phone.  German paper says Obama knew about it since 2010, when he was briefed on the tapping.  But the administration denies that claim and says he was in the dark.  The NSA people decide on their own who to tap or not tap and Obama never knows.

Benghazi - Never knew there was a stand down order against protecting the embassy.  Never knew there was a call for help.  Said it was over a youtube video that had less than 100 views knowing that was a complete lie.

IRS - targeting Obama's foes, of course.. Obama never knew.  The IRS just decided to pick some names out of the hat to target and those just happened to be ones who have annoyed Obama and his mob the most.

Fast and Furious - Holder somehow decided on his own to ship arms to Mexico to give to the criminals down there and Obama knew nothing about it.

Intimidation of reporters - Reporters have found their lines have been tapped and the government is trying to redefine who is a reporter and who isn't.  They have intimidated reporters including an illegal seizure of papers from a reporter this last week during a raid on her home.   If a reporter is involved in any leak of information, the administration targets them.

Obamacare - The website was built with a no contract bid by a friend and classmate of Michelle Obama.  It is a failure to say the least.   Besides they have the national phone number to read - F*ckyo.

Syria - Obama feeling he could go into Syria without Congress's approval, he feels he has the right to do as he pleases.

Government Shutdown, Park Services - Obama made sure the parks and Monuments around the U.S. were not just shut down, but people were threatened by the Park Service.  A group had guns held on them at Yellowstone and were not allowed to leave the hotel during the shutdown.  Armed Park service personnel shut down private businesses.  They blocked the WW2 memorial in D.C., just as the few veterans left were going to do their annual vigil there.  They spent more money stopping people than they normally do when the government is running.



What we have is a President that is trying to portray being a victim with all the scandals.

This is the problem not just with the President/government but with society and people taking on that mentality.    Believing they are a victim when things don't go as they planned or something happens.   Just as this government, everything that has and does happen is through our own direct involvement.  Obama is not a victim, he is the cause of it all.

We are not victims and we need to change the attitude.  We are the ones who have allowed the government to go rogue against the people and the world.  It started when we were told, we were the 'victim' of 9/11.   From that day forward they have used the 'victim' excuse for taking away every right we had.   We allowed that to happen.  We sunk into the 'victim' attitude and believed the government about how there were many more 'bogey' men who were out to get us for our Freedom.  So the government took our Freedom away before the bogey man could.

Every Freedom taken away is only done with all of our blessings.   We have taken on the government's attitude and especially Obama's attitude of 'always the victim.'

It is time to CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE!  We are not victims!  Everything that happens is through our direct energy in allowing it to happen.  We can Change our own lives and the world, if we changed our energy!  Once we all begin to take responsibility for our own lives and what happens through our thoughts and energies, we can stand up and declare WE REFUSE TO ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO PLAY VICTIM ANYMORE!   WE REFUSE TO PLAY A VICTIM OF OUR OWN LIVES!

WE HAVE THE CONTROL AND IT STARTS WITH OUR OWN ENERGY AND ATTITUDE!  WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE OUR OWN LIVES AND WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THIS COUNTRY!  WE HAVE TO EMBRACE OUR POWER AND WE HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE WE ARE NOT VICTIMS BUT EVERYTHING IS A DIRECT ACTION OF OUR ATTITUDES AND ACCEPTANCE!   

We have been brainwashed and controlled through many outlets to believe everything is outside of ourselves and our control.  Once we begin to rid ourselves of the brainwashing and embrace the creative power of ourselves, our lives will improve and those who control things will be unveiled.

Credit on Tax Return Given to People for purchasing a house - The IRS - U.S. Govt. says has to be paid back in FULL!

First time home buyers have to pay back Tax CREDIT for home purchase - IRS has sent out letters!

BULL SHIT!!!

This is NOT money they made but was credited to them off their tax returns - so in essence they saved a few bucks on their tax returns!  They did NOT have it has cash!  

No one got the full amount of that money, it only helped in the amount of taxes paid for the year! 

BUT now the IRS - U.S. govt. is MAKING THEM PAY BACK THE FULL CREDIT!

It sounded like a great deal: become a first-time homebuyer and pocket up to $7,500 in a tax credit. But if you bought that house in 2008 and received the credit, you're required to start paying it back - now.

That's because the credit was actually an interest-free loan provided by the government to stimulate a near-dead housing market.

The 2008 credit was available to qualified homebuyers who purchased after April 8, 2008, through the end of that year. The IRS has sent letters reminding folks who fall into this category, including 45,865 taxpayers in New York State.

Many have been caught off-guard. They either forgot that the credit was a loan, or believed the loan had been forgiven as Congress subsequently passed different versions of the homebuyer credit that did not require a payback.

MSM is always getting in on the action of Gold and Silver, by trying to get people NOT to purchase it and Scare them away from preserving their Wealth.  They have done it once more. 

CNN has an article about the Record Prices, but saying the IRS will take most of your gains from any Gold and Silver rise.

Yes, there are tax consequences to owning Gold and Silver, BUT there are tax consequences to EVERYTHING!  The U.S. govt. wants people's money in Every Way!  We all know that already and I believe they will even create MORE taxes on Every single thing we do!  They will conceive taxes, that are ridiculous and crazy I am sure in the near future.  Especially with the Mortgage FRAUD coming to Light by the banks... they will think of ways of still taking everyone's money. 

So for CNN to WARN people away from buying Gold and Silver is.... just being an arm of the U.S. government, due to the IRS taxing your gains!  Remember MSM has a job to protect the government and banks and they will write what they are asked to.  So, Ignore those MSM articles warning you about buying gold or silver to protect your wealth!
