Odd - Part of the 'Grid drill' on the 13th will involve Chinese Troops in Hawaii - as a drill of helping a country through an emergency.

The whole grid drill that the U.S., Canada and Mexico are doing together on Wednesday the 13th has just gotten odder, in my opinion.

It appears that in August  it was arranged between Hagel and the Chinese Defense minister - Chang Wanquan that the Chinese be part of the drill in Hawaii.

The Chinese drill on Hawaii is being billed as simulating disaster assistance to a 'fictional third world country' during the same time of the 'grid going down drill.'

It will be the first time (so this article says)  that the Chinese will have soldiers on the ground in the U.S.

I find this very odd that they are going to be doing a drill with the Chinese troops in Hawaii about helping a country that suffered a nuclear attack at the same time that the grid drill going down through a nuclear attack or EMP.   Very strange and remember all the drills in the past that have happened at the same time as big events .... 9/11, Boston Marathon, Sandy Hook, 7/7 Subway bombing, etc.

Does anyone else find this is a very odd coincidence too?

The exercise is touted as a unified move “to test the resiliency of the U.S. power grid to withstand major damage causes by a natural disaster or deliberate attack”.
“Fears about the possible detonation of a nuclear warhead in the skies about the United States, for the purposes of creating an electromagnetic pulse aimed at sizzling electronics on the ground, have led a number of public figures to call for significant steps to strengthen the power grid.  Ex-CIA head R. James Woolsey is planing a campaign to convince state governments to pass laws requiring utilities to harden their electronics against potential EMP attacks.

Another weird thing. The IRS on it's website says the website will not be available due to a planned power outage that will happen.

The government is saying over and over again it is just going to be a simulated outage but the electricity won't really go out.   We already know how those drills normally turn out from past experience.

It won't hurt to have water, food and warmth, supplies for a few days incase the drill does go 'live'.

Besides that, my interview with Arch Crawford and him saying a solar kill shot could happen on the 13th or 23rd of this month due to the tightest alignments he has ever seen.  This does not even account of comet ISON and any influences it may have on the sun or planets.

UPDATE 11/10/13 - Question.. Shouldn't the Chinese military now go to the Philippines for a Live Humanitarian aid mission compared to a fake on in Hawaii?
