I have decided to put 3 very short portions of the video from the CPS people interviewing me. They are very short, just so people can hear and see the allegations I mentioned in my article about it, did in fact happen.
I am not a video editor, in fact it was the first time - It took me 2 days, just to get these out. Big learning curves on how to edit videos, for me.

ReplyDeleteF*ck them - do not let them into your home. Do not even talk to them. If anyone from the "government" tries to talk with you about anything - tell them to go to H*ll and you have NOTHING to say to them. Call your lawyer! The government is not your friend and is not trying to help you. The less you say the better - saying nothing at all is the best thing to do. The government and it's representatives have clearly step over the line and if they were in my home I would have thrown them out by any means necessary. Do not be afriad of these a**holes. What you show here is offensive and unconstitutional BS. You have a god giving right to be secure in your person, papers and home - What you do in the privicy of your own home is no ones business but yours - I am stunned!

ReplyDeleteAmendment 4 ~ The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures , shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue , but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (Right of search and seizure regulated with warrant signed by a judge of competent jurisdiction)
where is your warrant signed by a judge of competent jurisdiction?
where are certified copies of the probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation of the competent fact witness? Who makes this claim?
look up the same in your state constitution. use it also!
is it madatory or voluntary? show me the law that allows you to ask these questions without a warrant? show me in the constitutions (state and federal) that allows you to ask these questions? Coming under the 'color of law' makes you in personally liable!
tell them 'you do not grant them power of attorney and never have and do not!'
ask them for their bar license... it appears they are practicing law and giving legal advice.
every answer should be 'i am retainingn and reserving all rights without prejudice" - see your state equivalent to UCC 1- 308... "Performance or acceptance under reservation of rights."

everything you sign on your child's behalf should be "without prejudice i am retaining and reserving all rights UCC 1-308 and state's cite." above your autograph in blue ink.
carry a copy in wallet of the state section for "Performance or acceptance under reservation of rights." Why does state and federal law say you can sign this way? because it is your God given right enumerated in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights at the state and federal level. USE IT OR LOOSE IT! Education is a personal responsibility!

ReplyDeleteThey have been known to steal children (literally) from parents with lower than average IQ's. I've seen it first hand.
Honestly, Never let them into your house again without a court order. I've forced numerous CPS (SS) workers to run and hide as I've explained in detail what they will do beforehand and what I will always do in return. they always back off and run away.
I love that. These mindless drones ask these assinine questions and see nothing odd about them. They are just programmed to ask them like good little sheep. I would have asked them a question. "Are you a braindead simpleton that does whatever the government tells you to do?"
ReplyDeleteI wonder how those CPS people would feel if they were asked the same assinine questions in their home? Do they think that the government will never turn on them?
So what if you own guns( second amendment), so what if you stock up on food( is food now illegal), so what if you have a blog, so what if you were with a group that was against the corrupt government( first amendment), so what if you renovated your house, so what if you believed in the end times, many christians do( freedom of religion). Those CPS people really need to get a hold of the constitution and read it. And not to mention the 4th and 5th amendment. Your Right to remain silent and right to see a legal warrant. Also, the right of a lawyer being present during questions.
They should rename it the Child Punishing Services. Apparently they do not care about trauma to a kid when something like this happens or trauma to the parent. But, then again, when has the government ever cared about the people?
