The U.S. government has put full time military on our streets, we have not recognized it for what it is.

The U.S. government has been working on completely militarizing our Police over the last few years.  It started with Bush and now Obama has taken it to a whole new level.  (Yeah the change we can believe in)

I have written about the DHS vehicles previously and was one of the first places on the internet to show the DHS armored vehicles.   Here is my initial report and pictures I took of a DHS vehicle.  It is labeled #1.   I got the pictures in July 2012 while I was in Kentucky.    When I wrote the article and released the pictures, I was accused of photoshopping the pictures from some, since a few did not believe DHS was building armored vehicles at the time.  Well, now everyone knows about the vehicles and how police stations are getting them around the country as MSM has even carried the information on how 'great it is' from their point of view.  The U.S. government is giving them away for 'free' to the police.

People simply have to look around to see that our police are completely militarized.  Look at the BLM agents that were in Nevada.  If you didn't know where and what they were doing and you just saw the pictures, you would have thought they were military personnel over in Iraq or somewhere.

Gallatin Tennessee is a small town North East of Nashville.  It is a town of 31000 people.  Here is the city data.

Gallatin Tennessee got a Maxxpro Armored vehicle (info about Maxxpro vehicles).  Not just the DHS vehicle style but the even more serious Marine style armored vehicle!

This MSM station has an article about Gallatin getting the vehicle.  What is disturbing in the article is the fact that 60 police stations throughout Tennessee has requested and applied for one.
Portion:
Tennessee is one of the first states to get MRAPs from the Department of Defense.  The state'sLaw Enforcement Support Office, which controls who gets what, says more than 60 departments have applied to get one.
So far only Gallatin, Hendersonville, Mufreesboro and Lewisburg have the vehicle.  Those came from Fort Campbell, which drastically cut its transportation costs.

Here are pictures of the vehicle now.  It has obviously been painted since the news article about it last August.   A friend of mine sent them to me.

Here is one of my questions and thoughts.  It is said that the BLM officers were also hired Blackwater mercenaries in Nevada.  With the militarized armored vehicles being placed all around the country at police stations will mercenaries be part of any policing if another situation as the BLM standoff happens elsewhere? Are mercenaries part of the plans.  They have no oath to the constitution at all, their only oath is to their handlers, masters and money for doing whatever they are told to do. Will mercenaries be behind the MRAPs instead of police?

The Daily Iowan had this article about the MRAP that a small Iowan town of 7000 got.  It says the police have been militarized and has no business getting these vehicles.  Great Article with real concerns but it has a funny part too.  I highly advice reading the whole article, it is very good.
Portion of the 'funny' part:
I mean if the police were realistic, they could come up with actual reasons to use their MRAP/machine of doom. Drunken high-school house parties could be broken up by ramming the MRAP into the side of the building. Clearly, people who have been trying to curtail underage drinking have not seriously considered the serious deterrents to slamming down a few Hamms in your parents’ house caused by a soulless war machine demolishing your kitchen.
A serious paragraph of it:

The effects of cops moving from handguns to assault rifles and being equipped with tanks, bazookas, and Kevlar has been twofold. First, civil liberties have absolutely been eroded, with police-brutality rates skyrocketing in last decade according to the Justice Department. Not only that, but, with the influx of military gear into local police forces, cops begin to view themselves as soldiers whose main job is combat rather than keeping the peace. How else can you explain the rise in police shootings since 9/11?

Iowa got a total of 7 MRAP vehicles for their police.

What this all proves is, the U.S. government understands they can't put the military on the streets officially and many of the military personnel would not fire upon U.S. citizens.  But the police are very willing to shoot citizens and have proven it over and over again.  The police have murdered innocent people that were not a threat throughout the U.S. nor did they have weapons.  The police are perfect for those in power to use along with mercenaries to squash any citizens not abiding by their causes or police state rules.

The U.S. has put military on our streets full time through the police, we simply haven't fully recognized it for what it is.

Nevada makes ILLEGAL Bank Foreclosures a Felony! Philly Paper "Betrayal of Justice - Govt. looking the other way on Bank Fraud"!

Banks have to PROVE in all ways they own the loan in Nevada now!  If they ILLEGALLY or Fraudulently foreclose on a home it is a FELONY and they can be put in jail!

Every single state needs to put this on the books!  Good for Nevada!

 Article:
Nevada has set a precedent in which other states may follow by making it a felony if repossession of a home is illegal. Bankers better beware because now they can face jail time and a felony conviction on their records. This new law was in response to the thousands of complaints from homeowners to state lawmakers about the fact their homes were being illegally repossesses by banks without proof of ownership.

Nevada has led the U.S. in home foreclosures for six straight years and with so many complaints state lawmakers could no longer look the other way. These illegal robo-signing tactics have nearly crippled the housing market in Nevada. Homeowners poured in tens of thousands of these complaints which got their voice heard and action taken on illegal foreclosures.

The Nevada law makes it a felony for a mortgage servicer or trustee of a mortgage to make false representations concerning a title such as claiming that they are an executive of a bank or mortgage servicer, which was the case in at least hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of robo-signings. A $5,000 fine will also be assessed if fraud is found. The law requires mortgage companies to provide a new affidavit with the amount owed on the loan, the person who is in possession of the note and the individual with the authority to foreclose on the property.

Some 26 U.S. states conduct foreclosures through the courts, but the new law does not make Nevada a judicial foreclosure state. Foreclosures have been delayed in many cases since the law went into effect Oct. 1 st.

Cathe Cole, vice president of default for Trustee Corps., and foreclosure counsel in Nevada for Freddie Mac said as long as trustees can show a clear chain of title, including the named servicer of the mortgage there would be nothing for companies carrying out foreclosures to fear. “They just want to make sure we’re doing things correctly,” said Cole.

Nevada’s state attorney general is attempting to halt illegal foreclosure practices such as robo-signing with the new law, which they believe are still taking place. Proof of ownership title is critical to the chain of title. If the proof has been lost or never forwarded to a mortgage servicing company the foreclosing party may have no right to formally foreclose and take the real estate.

The Nevada law could provide an example for other states to follow implementing the new law. Homeowners throughout the U.S. have filed lawsuits against mortgage servicing companies alleging fraud in foreclosure proceedings used to formally repossess their homes after Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) reportedly failed to provide the physical documents on foreclosures their electronic system was used for to provide foreclosures through. MERS ordered mortgage servicers and banks to halt foreclosures in its name earlier this year.
A paper has "Betrayal of Justice" today about the Bank Fraud.

Portions:

There is a cancer in American government. It is aggressive and spreading.

The cancer was first diagnosed by the FBI in 2004, when it warned of “rampant” mortgage fraud. But the warning was ignored. No action was taken and the cancer spread.

Now, after a congressional investigation and the work of a few courageous journalists, we know the extent of the fraud. One of those journalists, Greg Hunter summarized it.

“There was real estate document fraud when the original Promissory Notes and loan documents were ‘lost.’ The Promissory Notes were required to create tens of thousands of mortgage-backed securities (MBS). No ‘note,’ no security. That is security fraud. No security means the special IRS tax treatments for the MBS’s were fraudulently obtained. That is IRS tax fraud. Because there were no documents, the rating agencies fraudulently made up triple ‘A’ ratings for the securities. When the whole mess blew up, big banks hired foreclosure mill law firms to create forged documents. That phony paperwork was and is being used to wrongfully remove homeowners from their property. That is foreclosure fraud.”

In exchange for paying some billions in fines, those who committed the fraud that has cost the middle class trillions of lost wealth and destroyed lives and futures, will get immunity from criminal prosecution and any future claims for damages.

Call it the first class action sell out.

But now SIX of the 50 state attorneys general are opposing this betrayal of justice: New York, Delaware, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nevada and California. They are demanding a full investigation and criminal prosecutions where warranted.

Court ruled Bank of America can continue foreclosures once more in Nevada

A court ruled Bank of America can continue (FRAUD) foreclosures once more in Nevada.  Last week I had reported a court halted all Bank of America foreclosures there.  But it seems there may have been a huge amount of pressure on a judge to rule for Bank of America.

This is sad news, since all their foreclosures are based on fraud.

I would advise anyone with Bank of America or any MERS loan who is facing foreclosure to fight it!

Portion of Article:

After being involved in the recent ‘robo-signing scandal’ and foreclosure debates, Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) has finally received approval from the court to continue operations in Nevada.

Bank of America Ordered to Stop ALL foreclosures in Nevada a non-judicial state - Attorney seeking Possible Class Action Status

Bank Of America has been ordered to stop all foreclosures in Nevada a non-judicial state.

The judge ruled they can only foreclose with a judges order, which is only for judicial state foreclosures.  The non-judicial states do not need court orders for foreclosing, the companies can simply foreclose after advertising the foreclosure for 4 weeks.

The non-judicial foreclosure states will have law firms and companies which represent the banks and become the trustees for foreclosing.  In Nevada that firm seems to be ReconTrust, which handles the foreclosures for banks.

By a lawsuit going against ReconTrust who is handling foreclosures in Nevada for banks, hopefully all foreclosures will have to be stopped, not just Bank of America's foreclosures.

It is amazing how people think the foreclosure crisis is behind us and it is all straightened out, because MSM does not mention it anymore.  Yet there is more going on then ever before and more and more rulings FOR THE PEOPLE by judges.  Some judges still rule for the banks, but I would think in appeals, the correct ruling by law will have to be applied and thus it should be for the homeowner.  I linked a New Jersey ruling below, which was for the bank, yet it went against all laws and rights.

Portion:

John Christian Barlow, a lawyer who represents North, said the lawsuit claims ReconTrust doesn’t have the authority to foreclose on homes in Nevada. Bank of America and other banks use ReconTrust to seize homes in Nevada, he said. Barlow said he will seek class-action, or group, status for the lawsuit.

In Tennessee and Arkansas I know it is a law firm named Wilson and Associates who become the trustee and substitute trustee to foreclose on people for the banks.

Every state is different and what is a shame is a judge in New Jersey is allowing foreclosures when the note is not available, which says who is owed the debt.    I certainly hope the people appeal this ruling by that judge.  As that goes against all laws and rules of foreclosures.
