Get your Congress people aware of this. I have been calling my congressional delegates to have them aware of this and mention it on the floor of the Congress! I have been told by the staff, they will pass the information along to the Congress person.
Obama is always flipping the U.S. people off by scratching his head or nose with his middle finger.
