Fight the Foreclosure FRAUD! You CAN WIN! Some know this personally, but are under Confidentiality Agreements

I want to stress to people to FIGHT THE FORECLOSURE FRAUD!

When you FIGHT the Fraud and WIN - the banks make you sign Confidentiality Agreements.

They make you sign a confidentiality agreement so you can't tell others how you did it. So you don't hear or read about the successes people have against the banks and their foreclosure Fraud.

There ARE many successes but again I am stressing, you don't hear about it because no one can talk about their success.  They are especially stringent when they know you have a blog and write about the FRAUD in the first place and make sure you can't tell anyone exactly how you won against the Foreclosure FRAUD!

But if there is one thing for sure.  If people simply follow many things that are already written and send out the RESPA letter and let the banks know that you are are familiar with their FRAUD, you WILL WIN!

The first thing you have to do is have the guts to STAND UP against the banks!  You have to have  nerves of steel at times too!

They are counting on people not standing up, not fighting them.  The media and government has tried to make it seem the banks have settled all the fraud.

Then banks have settled with the government and states, not with the individual people - which is you!

I just want to make sure people understand the Foreclosure Fraud is not over and people need to FIGHT THE FRAUD!

DO IT AND YOU CAN/WILL WIN!

  1. Hi Sherrie, I am from Jamaica, NY and I have been fighting the foreclosure fraud. I do believe that I am in the position to give some advice. The first thing you want to do is research your loan trail. See how if it is securitized by questioning your servicer in writing, as to who own the Mortgage. Also ask them over the phone but ask them to send you the info in writing. After getting these info, then ask who owns the Note and who holds the note. Send them a QWR and compare their responses. If you are getting different answer, hey something is fishy here. If you are in a judicial state, it's better for you because once you have established a break in chain of the title (Note) why continue to pay? Let them start the foreclosure proceedings then you strike.

Be sure to answer the complaint timely. Deny everything except that you live in the home (if you do). Admit to nothing. Do not admit to signing anything. Challenge the pretender's standing. List your affirmative defenses and counter claims. Utilize the information from the websites fighting the banks' fraudulent practices. File a motion immediately to dismiss the foreclosure due to Plaintiff's lack of standing, violation of UCC and New York trust law (if the mortgage is securitized) and Fraud. Use these 3 or 4 fronts to fight the pretenders. At all times DO NOT ADMIT TO ANYTHING. Once you raise the issue of standing, the banks have to prove that they do in fact has standing.
I am fighting the pretenders, and I vow that I will never sign a confidentially agreement. Why? Money is not all. Others like me and you need help. To me helping you is the greatest, the best, the most fulfilling reward.
This is my beginning. Walk good.
