This 12 year old, Victoria Grant, got it all completely correct! She explains the banking of the world in 6 minutes. She is a Canadian and as she says at the end "Every person does make a difference and can change the world for the better." She is definitely doing her part. She made this speech at the Banking Institute by invitation earlier this week. This is the same girl whose video had gone around the net last month.
