U.S. being declared a "Battlefield" -Military can arrest and Lock Up ANY U.S. citizen - We are about to become Nazi U.S.A. - Seriously! Bill Going to vote on floor Monday (11/28/11)

Update 12/2/11 - Solution to the Treason

UPDATE 11/29/11 - The Senate has COMMITTED TREASON - THEY ARE NOW THE TERRORIST AGAINST THE U.S. PEOPLE! They Voted FOR the Bill!!!

UPDATE 11/30/11 - Sign the Petition to IMPEACH ALL THE SENATORS WHO COMMITTED TREASON AGAINST THE PEOPLE AND U.S. CONSTITUTION!

This is it!  This would take away any last freedoms we think we may have.

Edit to Add - 11/29/11 - Any Elected Official who votes for this Bill will be Committing TREASON!  It passed through the Armed Services Committee of the Senate - with a 26-0 pass!

A Bill that allows the military to become the police and declares the U.S.  as a battlefield, then the military can take and detain any U.S. citizen in the battlefield!    They never have to charge you with anything nor give you a trial with this bill!  In other words, if they don't like what you say or do, you can be picked up and held for the rest of your life without ever be given a reason nor trial!

If you enjoy what little freedoms we have left... then you need to let your elected official (not that they listen to the people) to vote NO on this bill!

It is coming up for vote on Monday or Tuesday - Carl Levin (D) and John McCain (R) created a bill behind closed doors that proclaims even the U.S. as a battlefield and U.S. citizens can be proclaimed enemy combatants!

This is so serious!  This makes the military the Police and allows the military to come to your front door and arrest and lock you up!  Remember the patriot act allows the U.S. to take people and never say they have them.

This would even go farther, it will be the military not the FBI, CIA etc to take U.S. citizens.  It could be the military that could start shooting at us, since we would be in a battlefield!

Is it because the government doesn't trust the police to stop the Occupy Wall Street folks?  Is it because they know the police may even join the OWS movement at some point?

The ACLU is telling everyone to contact they elected official and tell them to vote NO!

This is so outrageous!

We will be Egypt/Syria/Libya if this goes through!  The military will be our police!

Lindsay Graham and Kelley Ayotte both (R) support the bill - they feel the U.S. is a battlefield now.

From link:

The Senate will be voting on a bill that will direct American military resources not at an enemy shooting at our military in a war zone, but at American citizens and other civilians far from any battlefield — even people in the United States itself.

The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world.

The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself.

The worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provision is in S. 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which will be on the Senate floor on Monday. The bill was drafted in secret by Sens. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) and passed in a closed-door committee meeting, without even a single hearing.

In support of this harmful bill, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained that the bill will “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield” and people can be imprisoned without charge or trial “American citizen or not.” Another supporter, Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) also declared that the bill is needed because “America is part of the battlefield.”

Do you enjoy the few freedoms we have left?  Do you want the military to be able to come to your door step and take you away?

We could become Germany under the Nazis!  Seriously... we could.  They went to people's homes and took them without reason and locked them up and killed them.  The U.S. is basically about to Okay doing the same thing here.  The government will officially become a Nazi government if this bill goes through.  Because it will allow them to do exactly as the Nazis did!

Go to this link - fill out your name etc... through the ACLU, it will go to your Senator saying - Do NOT vote for this.

The man in the middle, cries as the song grows on.

Hoping by chance he’ll soon join the dance, but knowing deep down he is wrong.

The people who lead have more than they need, insist on evermore til its’ gone.

And at the end of the day they’ll cry merrily and gay, “What happened, twas a wonderful song”?

  2. It's obvious the US has been on the road to being full blown Nazi's. Barack, with his image alone is enough to conclude that let alone the agenda he's been pushing. If you haven't been preparing on how you can leave the US if you have to your a fool.

There have always been the people who see these things coming and there have always been the masses of idoits who get played into helping make it happen every time. The only ones who win are the ones who leave and come back when it settles. The hard thing for americans is to think that there is "some where better" they could live. I assure you there are already much better places to live with more freedoms, better economies etc.

    You already are
    Ask the Serbs
    Ask the Iraqis.
    Ask the Afghans
    Ask the Libyans
    Ask the Syrians.
    Ask the Iranians.
    Ask the 2 million dead.
Ask the latest indiscriminate victims of your 'drones'.
Ask the six Afghan kids killed the other day.
Ask the other hundreds of thousands of dead and dying and blown away children like the half a million Madeleine Albright considered 'a price worth paying'.
The US has been worse than the Nazis for years.
But now its moving right into the Americans home town and its nasty isn't it?.
America should have cleaned out the Washington and Virginian cesspit years ago.
    But 'good people' did nothing.
    What goes round comes round.
The US is not becoming a Nazi state - it has already morphed into the most monstrous agressive and evil military force this planet has ever known. Worse, far worse than any Nazi regime.
    Murdering, torturing, threatening!!
    Hated the world over.
Now they might knock on your door its a problem!
    Bit late.

  5. Sherrie,

Contacting our congress is about as effective as saying 'NO' to the bailouts and other self-serving actions that they have done for themselves. At this point I say, 'Hunker down' and prepare for the seige. It will be at least 2 months before major actions start (think snowfall, cold, and people not keeping tabs as close with each other during 'cold weather outages') and then it will be a time for people to let time wear down on the soldiers (and their minds), then it will be time to reset our government and such and remind them that the Constitution was written with a 'if you fuckers fail' clause; open rebellion will be required, not a last resort, we passed that about 10 years ago. Maybe this next round we will be smarter or led by more spineless order followers. Only time will tell.

  7. Would you provide a quote from the bill that addresses this subject; i.e., section, subsection. I couldn't find it myself.

    Thanks, Sherrie

  9. Most Americans dont understand that their government is a bunch of thugs trying to run the world through war, murder, robbery and looting.
By the time they do - it may be too late to do anything about it.

  11. I call BS, I think this is not a valid issue. Please find this passage in Bill. Please point out my mistake.

SEC. 1032. REQUIREMENT FOR MILITARY CUSTODY.

    (b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-

    (1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.

  12. Anon... You are looking at the Udall amend - to say they can NOT do this to U.S. citizens. As it is... they can... see below.

    https://secure.aclu.org/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=3865&s_subsrc=fixNDAA

If enacted, sections 1031 and 1032 of the NDAA would:

    1) Explicitly authorize the federal government to indefinitely imprison without charge or trial American citizens and others picked up inside and outside the United States;

    (2) Mandate military detention of some civilians who would otherwise be outside of military control, including civilians picked up within the United States itself; and

    (3) Transfer to the Department of Defense core prosecutorial, investigative, law enforcement, penal, and custodial authority and responsibility now held by the Department of Justice.

  13. Resistance is futile. You are about to be assimilated. They can already become violent at you for no reason (see all the cases of police brutality [not JUST at OWS rallies]) and, basically, get away scot free.

Even if this legislation doesn't become law, eventually, it will happen. This whole thing has been planned for hundreds if not thousands of years. If something is desired to happen by the elitists... it will happen. A few non-complicit Senators aren't going to stop this train.

Just prepare yourself and your family and quit hoping for some kind of turnaround. The society you wish to see can only emerge from the ashes of the materialistic fascist fantasy land of today.

Oh thank God! And I thought that we were becoming a fascist state... phew! So they can only apply this dystopian nightmare shit to the 6.7 billion people OUTSIDE of the US. Okay, good. Those people are animals. I'm safe and comfy cozy after all... [rolls eyes]

  15. Resistance is futile.

So who are you trolling for.
Resistance is what they are scared of - hence the crackdown.
People like you are either enemies of the free people and the constitution or nasty bits of excrement working for the elite.
Either way you ain't going to win and hopefully one day will be called to account.
You are not even clever at the BS.
    Its so-o-o-o-o-o blatant.

  18. Sherri,

I'm looking at S. 1867 as it reads from the Library of Congress Thomas.

    Search for yourself: http://thomas.loc.gov/home/Browse.php?n=bills&c=112

Once you get to the text of the Bill Go to:

    TITLE X--GENERAL PROVISIONS.

    Then Go to:

    Subtitle D--Detainee Matters

SEC. 1032. REQUIREMENT FOR MILITARY CUSTODY.

    There you will read:

    (b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-

    (1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.

  19. Sherri,

    I see. It's S. 1253 instead of S. 1867.

The ACLU page has it incorrectly as 1867 and you copy pasted it from their error.

Those sections do indeed read differently.

    Sorry.

  22. If you are going to this link - fill out your name etc... through the ACLU......

you will probably be the first targets after the bill has passed... Because it does not matter how many people are against it. They are going to do it anyway. They have the weapons right? Democracy does not exist.

We have to become very careful being on the net and what we say. In the future, anything you say against them, they can just get your IP, pick you up, put you in a FEMA camp and kill you. THEY the government are being financed and controlled by the very same secret elite as the Nazis were. That is the JESUITS.
