Video - ISP Providers become copyright police, tracking all we download and watch - Will cut off those who infringe copyright laws

Now our ISP providers are going to become the policemen of the internet.  They will be tracking copyright infringements and will cut people off from the internet if they find violations.  A warning will be sent first, then a slowing of internet speed and then a cut off from the internet.

To me, this means everything we do on the internet is being tracked and our ISP providers are part of Big Brother in watching everything we do and everywhere we go on the internet.  There goes our freedoms and rights to privacy on the internet.
