Gulf Shrimp are NOT Safe to Eat - Media outlet Really Tested Them, They are contaminated with Toxins!

A Florida News Station decided to Test the Gulf Shrimp themselves.  They ordered Raw Gulf shrimp over the internet and sent it to a lab.

The results back - were not good.  Even though the Government and BP are saying the seafood is fine out of the Gulf, only someone who has not been paying attention would believe them.  But this proves the seafood out of the Gulf is Toxic!

Remember the FDA is only doing a smell test, they have not actually tested the seafood for toxins, they only smell it, to say if it is good or not.  It seems the covering up and protecting of BP is still going on.

Portion:

Scientists found elevated levels of Anthracene, a toxic hydrocarbon and a by-product of petroleum. The Anthracene levels were double what the FDA finds to be acceptable.

The scientist who tested the shrimp said she would not eat it based on the results, and the results may surprise consumers and shrimpers.

"There has been a lot of monitoring going on," said Sal Versaggi, Southern Shrimp Alliance President.

Seafood sellers have depended on government monitoring to keep consumers safe, but based on our results it appears more testing needs to be done
